Used them from Rock Hill, S.C. to the airport in Charlotte on a Sunday morning. Called ahead on Friday to set it up. They were 100% on time, professional, very nice Suburban, clean, and polite driver. I would recommend them. I was nervous since I had never used them and had to give them my credit card info to secure the ride. They didnt charge my card until after the ride was complete. All good!

Tim was 15 mins in time and kept me informed. He was very friendly and professional. The Cadillac was very clean and nice to ride in. Highly recommend this service to anyone.

I can not tell you how wonderful they were! My son was stranded at the airport and no Lyfts, or Ubers were available. Yellow cab gave me a hour wait time! American Airline had a huge group of flights delayed (for days) and everyone was scrambling for rides to hotels. My poor son was tired,(they waited 4 hours on the plane after it landed) nervous, (first trip alone) and far from home. Julie said the wait time would be about 45 minutes. After I told her the story, she called her brother (who was off for the night) and he went and picked my son up. I hope this doesnt have people asking him to do the same for them...lol..but this was such a blessing I had to share.

We used ATS to pick up reps at the hotel and bring to the factory and then again from the factory and take to the airport. They arrived on time and drove a beautiful Mercedes Sprinter. Arrangements were made with Jay and he made it super easy and gave me a better price than his competitors. Use them to get to the airport we like the fact that the drivers are checked by homeland fingerprint and have a permit to drive. We felt safer using them over uber. Our driver was early for our pick up and could not have been nicer

We tried to do something special for our thirteen year old. We found out after they dropped them off that they wouldn’t let the girls sit in the back of the Navigator! Hello...it has three rows for a reason!!! Teenage girls should not have to sit 4 to a row (it’s illegal) and one in front next to a man they don’t know. He wouldn’t let them listen to music. He said, “we only have 10 minutes left. I would rather not do that” We paid a lot of money for this and they should have been able to do that even if they were pulling up to the desination. The owner wants to act like it’s my girl and not own up to the fact that his driver was rude. Will tell everyone I know to not do service with them!!!
