Quick Summary: Dont trust them to pick you up, especially on time. Have a place to go? CALL A DIFFERENT CAB COMPANY.Longer Story:5:15 - Scheduled for pick up5:25 - Call the company to see where the cab is. Had to call several times before someone answered. I was told the cab would arrive in 3 minutes, and they apologized for the inconvenience5:40 - Still no cab. Tried calling the company again several times. No one answered.5:45 - A cab driver called me saying he was just dispatched and would be there in 15 minutes. If he picked us up at 6:00 (45 minutes after the scheduled time) we would have missed the wedding ceremony.We had to order an Uber to get to the wedding.NEVER got a call back from the company.

Drivers absolutely wonderful. Dispatch absolutely horrible had a hard time with the man at dispatch trying to get a taxi and then trying to figure out how long it would take at first he said 20-25 minutes then I called back after thirty minutes and he said it’ll be 5,10,15 minutesNearly an hour later and I finally got into the cab and after everything said and done.. I’d be taking lyfts from now on.Update: the ride ended up being 10 dollars more than I was told and management went out of their way to text me

After my rental car broke down on the side of the highway with 30min left to make my flight I called affordable cab. They were there in 15min (to pick me up on the side of the highway) and got me to the airport in time to catch my flight. They were above and beyond superb. Thank you for your great service.

I called numerous taxi companies. I was mostly treated rudely and was hung up on several times. No one had any drivers available. I was on the phone over an hour trying to get a ride home. Affordable Cab was a lifesaver as I thought I was going to be stranded. I couldnt use Uber or Lyft because all I had was cash. The driver was polite and I would not hesitate to call them again.

Affordable Cab was very professional and prompt! I had an unexpected business flight and they got me to the airport on time from Ballantyne ina very professional and safe manner!

Definitely recommend when in town or even close to town. I was recently in Charlotte for 5 days and had to get around to some important meetings/appointments and I put my trust in Affordable Cab and they came through every time. Also got me around town in the evenings and gave this newbie a short tour of the downtown area. Really appreciate the friendly service it was like riding with family. If you are ever in Charlotte or surrounding areas give them a call, you won’t be disappointed.

One of the best cab companies I have experienced in Charlotte. I’m from New York so you know I am used to expedite service but to be able to call order a cab and have someone show up 10 mins after I hang up was amazing . DEFINITELY RECOMMEND

SUPPPEEERRRRRRR UNPROFFESIONALLLLL ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️ I normally don’t do reviews because I honestly don’t care enough but I called this cab company to take me to work because they were cheap and I wanted almost an hour for somebody to arrive and when they did arrive it was a two door bmw which was odd but ya know I needed to get to work so I got in. When I got in there the car smelled nice but the back seat was beyond junky and had dirty and nasty towels and socks (which again I ignored because I was already late for work and this was my last option) when the man began to drive he constantly went above the speed limit and almost wrecked the cars in front of us.PLEASE CHOOSE ANOTHER CAB SERVICE ‼️‼️‼️

Worst Taxi Company on here i called and they said they are to do my fare for 18 dollars and i wait a hour for them and they never came and when i called they pretend they couldnt here me and this is not how you are suppose to do business....
