Whether you’re a brand new climber or extremely advanced, Energy is the place for you. Fairly priced, amazing setting, and awesome to have the El Cap Pass.
Fantastic bouldering gym. I had never rock climbed but wanted to try something different. I took the introduction class and am hooked on the sport. The gym has great members and is very supportive. This is a low cost, easy way to start rock climbing. Im so glad I joined!
Great gym for training for climbing outdoors or just having fun. Solid route setting that is challenging and set by people who care and climb the routes themselves for training. Miss this place and try to go back every time I am in town!
Super neat gym uniquely placed in a residential area. So dont worry if you find yourself driving in a direction that seems unlikely to have a climbing gym. Fun climbing with cool people. Came here on business travel and was offered a ride back into town by two climbers so I could avoid paying for a taxi. Would definitely recommend!
Fun lil bouldering gym. Fantastic to have this establishment in the area. Everyone was welcoming. Im a beginner to bouldering and the problems I did were fun. Be prepared to watch an 8 minute orientation video when first going in. Will be back if in Charleston.
Fun for the whole family. Glad we finally have something like this in our area.
Really good people working and climbing here. Great paths to climb for all difficulty levels and theyve got some pretty kickass music too.
Awesome gym and awesome people. What more could you ask for. A small gym with bouldering and a tread wall. Good community feel
Fun problems for new climbers as well as experienced. Cool staff and chill environment.
I went to energy rock gym today for the first and last time. I put the address in my GPS which led to one of the sketchiest buildings without any sign or marking indicating its a gym or even a public facility. It looks like a storage building or a house and is in the midst of a neighborhood. We thought wed give it a chance anyways and walked inside. Inside, we waited ten minutes by the front desk but we were completely ignored. We were ten feet away from an employee (wearing the gym logo on her shirt) and we waited patiently. From the entrance where we stood we saw the gym, a small room with handles on the wall. My friends and I just walked out the door. We were not even acknowledged. Worst impression Ive ever had with any facility or gym.
Very good much like
Great community and a variety of problems to work on
