I’ve been working out at Next Level for about a year now and I really love it. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and easy to work with. They care about your individual situation and push you to be the best you can be. The place is bright and clean with great equipment too. This is a great choice for anyone.
I have been working out with Mary for years! You get so much more than an excellent workout. She counsels on nutrition and mindfulness. She is always looking for ways to challenge you. She gives back to the community as often as she can. The fellow boot campers keep it fun as well! I love it so much!My 16 year old daughter now works out with Kelsey in a small group setting. I can’t say enough nice things about this experience. Not only is a daily workout important to her but Kelsey has given her so much wonderful nutrition advice as well. And she is an AWESOME person and I want my 16 year old surrounded by AWESOME people!
I love my small group and bootcamp workouts at Next Level Training. The gym is just the right size with all the equipment that I wish I had at home but dont have the space for. Kelsey and Mary do a wonderful job making it tough but fun, whether its a personal workout or group boot camp. Im stronger and more toned than Ive been in a long time and I look forward to working out again. A huge shout out to them as they navigated the craziness Covid and kept us safe but fit with virtual workouts. You guys are the best.
NextLevel is great. Really friendly staff, great classes and a nice clean gym. I really enjoy my time there and its helped me take things to....wait for it: the next level! If youre on Daniel Island, Mt Pleasant or the surrounding area definitely check it out!
Have so loved my time with Next Level Training & Mary Patterson. Next Level is very helpful in scheduling, planning, etc. They are always available and professional when I need them and remember me each time I come in! We can even communicate via text which has been so helpful on days I am busy!Working with Mary in her small group classes has been awesome. When I came to Mary, I had never worked out, never done a push up, rarely lifted a dumbbell. Mary has a subtle way of kicking your butt in a work out, but making sure you leave feeling empowered and strong! She has helped me to achieve goals I never thought possible and can train a small group with women and men of varying levels! I now feel strong and capable when it comes to working out and will continue to use Next Level Training & Mary for as long as possible! I would highly recommend not matter what level you are at! They will help you reach your personal goals.Also, the space is beautiful and very clean!
Mary Patterson is my personal trainer, and I love her! I have one private session and one small group session each week. What I value most about Mary is the highly personal approach she brings to working with each client. I needed to start from square one, and Mary patiently pushes me to increase my strength and confidence. Next Level Training has an immaculately clean facility, cool music, and very friendly staff. I am delighted to have found a fitness home!
I enjoy my training sessions with Mary Patterson at Next Level Training. Every workout is different so there is always something new to try. Mary is very attentive and makes sure that form is correct to avoid injury. I feel much stronger since starting with Mary and I highly recommend trying a session. You wont be disappointed.

We love Next Level Training. I started training with Mary on Daniel Island before she joined with this training center, my husband and I were taking private sessions twice a week with Mary before our wedding. We were so glad to move to Next Level Training because it has new equipment, very clean and a good atmosphere. We love working out with Mary, and she has taught us both so much through her training.
I love the early morning workouts at 5:45 with Mary. It offers a controlled training session which helps keeps risk to injury low, as well as provides a great all over body workout focusing on all aspects of fitness. I also have benefited from the challenges Mary does with respect to mental, physical and diet.
Ive been doing small group training with Mary and the experience has been great! I would highly recommend to others just starting to workout or been working out for awhile!
