Got the best hair cut I have had in over a year.

So happy that I can stop in for a hair cut. Its just so convenient. Had a tough time getting the gal to chat a little but she soon warmed up and was very pleasant and offered great advice and did a wonderful job on my hair..

Omg! I loved this ole girl, Bethany! She & her coworker were both super sweet! I told Bethany the cut I wanted & she hooked me up! She shampooed, cut, & styled my hair,& she done a PERFECT JOB!! I was so comfy here that I felt I knew this girl forever, but I didnt! I will definitely be referring friends! Thank U Cost Cutters Bethany!! U have another regular customer if U will have me! Lol

Very friendly and will do men and kids hair cuts as well as women. Ive tried different places before and theyd only do womens hair. Prices are reasonable

Just wanted to relay very bad customer service at the #2036 walmart cost cutters store in Charleston wv. So the store opens on Sundays at 11 am which is completely fine. We arrived at 1040 to wait for opening. At 1050 another lady walks in and they open the gate and let her in. I assume its a worker. Wrong. It was just a customer who knew the employee. So at 1058 another family walks in and gathers just beside us. There were 4 of us waiting for cuts. Again an employee opens the gate and takes them all in. This time she leaves the gate open and says we need to sign in when none of the others did. I sign in and she walks over and says it will be 40 minutes. I said oh I did not know you could make an appointment (I assumed they must of made appts). She said no appts walk ins only. I said we were the first in line and she said the other group was her family and they were there before us. We litterally watched them walk in the front door. I was not aware of how bad cost cutters service was.

Was nervous honestly but she nailed my hair cut. Faded into my beard perfect as well and even stayed after close to finish

The lady there today, with black hair and red highlights needs to learn to be better with kids, Ive been going here for 6 plus years never and issue til today, you could tell she didnt want to cut my childs hair and my daughter sensed it, I will never go back there again!!! Also both the ladies in there today kept on about straighting your hair for just about any cut and charging more, that I dont mind, but my hair is naturally curly, I want it cut the way I will be wearing it daily, oh and dont suggest getting waxes I wanted thin brows, my right just has at chunk and the rest is gone I couldnt tell til after I left 😡

Its been a while since I had my hair cut and decided to do something drastic with my hair so 8 inchs was cut off and it looks amazing they know what they are doing when it comes to cutting hair and I cant wait to go back to get it colored

Samantha was so calm, kind and was so reassuring! I highly recommend her to anyone. She truly is an asset to your company I love my color and hairstyle. This was the worst haircut i have ever had. My hair was cut unevenly and long pieces of hair were left. I thought something was wrong when the man before me sat there for about thirty minutes and the woman took about 5 minutes on my hair. Then i called to try to figure out what happened. I had to describe what i was wearing to them and the woman on the phone acted as if she had never seen me before. This place is a joke. Almost $20 for uneven hair and missed pieces.

Hard to get in without an appointment

Because Angie, the lady that cuts my hair always does a good job, I get complements all the time. Angie is a nice lady too, the other ladies are very nice as well.

Called to see if they would be open. Told me the cut off was 15 to. Got there at 25 to, refused service. I am healthy and was wearing a mask. Terrible customer service.

The hair stylist i had was wonderful her name was Anamda. If you go in ask for her. She takes her time and makes sure you love it.

Worst hair cut of my life. Asked k for a fade and she cut all of the right side of my head bold. She was shacking the hole time and left single pieces of long hair all over my head

I went over the course of a year each time getting my sides trimmed on a #2 setting and each time getting charged a different price. I paid anywhere from $5-$12 for the exact same service each time. Depending on who was doing it that day. Either they dont have set prices or somwone was skimming off the top.

Awful experience I had Lisa she kept talking about her X-boyfriend and drugs? the entire time she was cutting my hair was really stressfull never let me get a word in very rude Never again!

Didnt even get to get my sons hair cut because he was passed over twice. I wasnt feeling well and still had to get my kids some school shoes, so I will just do it myself. The stypists friend came in and she took her kid first because she knew she was going to get a big tip from her. Wont go back!

Went in there to get a trim and the woman spent less than ten minutes on my hair. She literally cut straight across, and didnt even try to make it look even. Ill have to get another haircut just to fix what she did.

I have been here multiple times, they have messed up a few times in color. But this time they messed up by cut. I will never be here again. Its so awful Im going to have to Buzz cut my hair.... No joke.

I went to get a haircut and saw this woman putting on her makeup,,, it was about 7 or so,,, about 15 minutes in to combing into my hair she stopped and said I had head lice, lol I didnt have headlice it was just dandruff,,, so I went and bought some lotion,, never used it,,, a week later went to another hair salon and she never mentioned to me that I had headlice,, she just didnt want to do it because she was going out,, I did get my hair cut from another place,, wont ever go back there, GRRR

Got my haircut here in the walmart and the lady kept looking away and cutting while talking to the other workers it was awful anf i couldnt even get one word in because she kept gabbing to the workers still im glad she didnt cut my ear or mess my hair up but im never going in there again i want someone who actually pays attention to what they are doing while cutting my hair this happened in 2017

The worst place ever, my husband went in asked for a medium fade, she didnt fade in the left side of his hair you can literally see where she stopped, he ended up with a lopsided high and tight, he ended up having to go down the road to sports clip. The manager thankfully saved his hair and informed us that they have many times have had people come in to have their hair fixed, but that my husbands by far the worst so far. Save your time and money, DO NOT GO HERE.
