Hudson Nissan performed the prescribed items for 35,000 mile vehicle checkup. I don’t have to worry about the quality of what they did because they sent me a video of the checkup. They also provided complimentary auto wash, interior vacuuming and tire shine. I wasn’t expecting this service to be performed at all.

When I pulled up I was greeted by the manager with an inviting smile. All of the reps acknowledged me as I walked in. Danny was happy to help me with my oil change and tire rotation. I was in and out in about an hour and a half. Danny provided me with some recommendations which I will address. Everything happened faster and smoother than my past visits. I have not wanted to say something about their service because i was upset i still am. The service was upright awful. After driving almost about 2 hours away to get a deep scratch /dent fixed at the dealership that my car came with. They said they would fix it. As a dealership i assumed they would actually fix it but instead they threw some paint over it and said they had fixed it and said there is nothing more they could do. The paint did not do anything at all. Its like putting a bandaid over cracked glass and saying fixed. Very poor quality and i am a very disappointed customer. I thought they would be able to do better to serve the customer but they did not do that. They just made it look the same. As a working individual i am not able to take time off to just drive out there and back. They had wasted my time from work.

My 2020 Nissan Armada had a fuel pump recall. I visited the Charleston Nissan dealer and they worked through the part ordering problems and offered me concierge service so I wouldnt have to take off time from work to come back. Joe in the parts department followed up and even picked up the part!. Marcello in service was professional and helpful. This is the best expereince I have ever had with a car dealer. Everyone at the dealership was nice and cheerful (inlcuding the customers). They exceeded all my expectations.

The service department was very overpriced and the service tech wasnt aware of the specials they were running. Take 5 just down the street offers must better pricing on basic maintenance. I utilized the online sign-up but it didnt save any time since they had to check me in at the dealership and add all of the information.

On vacation and radiator blew! Was shocked that Folly Beach nor Charleston are very scarce on mechanics! Hudson Nissan was my last choice and wound up being the best choice! Very professional, paid a Lyft driver to take me back to the beach while working on my car so I can salvage what was left of my vacation. It was done in 1 day and could enjoy another day of vacation. My suggestion if you are on vacation and own a Nissan, and something happens to your car, go straight to Hudson Nissan. DO NOT GO TO FIRESTONE! I was rejected by 4 locations!!

I had an appointment at 11:00am. I dropped my car off at 10:50am. I went to another appointment that lasted an hour. Came back and they still didn’t have my car in the shop. I saw them pull it in around 12-12:15pm or so. The service representative asked me if I wanted a courtesy car wash. I said no. At checkout, he said, good thing. You’d be here for another hour or so. He said they were short staffed but had more people come in that had to have service. I had an appointment! I come before walk-ins. I didn’t leave there until a little after 1:00pm. That’s ridiculous! I’ll just take my service elsewhere going forward. I could do this quicker and for the same price if not cheaper myself.

I bought a brand new car. 2 weeks in the radio went out and my gas latch fell down into the car. They fixed the gas latch and ordered a new radio and gave me a rental. Kept my car almost a week. Got it back and gas latch fell back down into the car. They said they have a part on order but it has been weeks with very little communication. Last communication was because I emailed them. I have not been happy with the car or Nissan and I have always loved Nissan. I have owned many Nissans and never had an issue.

Took my vehicle back in after 8 months of paying over $3000 for the same problem. Was told its going to cost me over $900 this time. I had an extended warranty and because they knew this they did all kinds of extra stuff to cover all my extended warranty coverage. Ended up paying $1600 for the problem I took the car in for to be told the extended warranty didnt cover it, but did cover other issues that needed to be done (according to them). Now here 8 months the exact same problem and to be told I have to pay for this to be repaired. Very disappointed in the service done.

I had a reservation for an oil/filter change and a tire rotation. I had also requested a shuttle to/from work. The Service writer was professional and knowledgeable. He kept me informed (via text) of what was done and suggestions on what needs to be done. The shuttle driver was awesome. I have always used Hudson Nissan for all my service work including body repairs in the past from a incident that occurred in a parking lot. Highly recommend both the sales and service departments.

Everything went fine. It’s a different experience each time I go. I only have 25,000 miles on my 2016 Murano. The last time I was there, they told me I needed brakes and a battery. I didn’t have either done. This time they said I needed 2 tires but said nothing about brakes and they left a receipt in my car showing they tested my battery and it was fine. I did not purchase the tires either. The only negative was the hat after 2 hours of waiting, my car was done but I had to go to them to get my keys and check out. If I hadn’t, I may have sat there waiting for another half hour.

I recieved emails from the sales rep as soon as we were off the phone of photos and videos of the vehicles they had. The day I bought my vehicle it wasnt even off the truck yet, I asked to see it and just like that they delivered plastics still on the wheels and interior. I had unexpected issues with my 2013 Nissan Altima. It had been serviced at this location before so I took it in and unfortunately, the repairs outweighed the worth of the car. This and also the fact that my family and our fur babies had outgrown it, lead me to inquiring about trading it in instead of continuing with repairs. The service advisor quickly put me in contact with Shane who specifically handles situations just like mine. Before I knew it, I had the keys to a brand new 2020 Rogue in hand. Shane was very thorough in helping pick the right car for me and he provided great knowledge on explaining the whole process to me from start to finish. He was excellent to work with and I would recommend his services to anyone. The financial department also worked great with my situation, even without ideal credit on my end. I was super anxious about the process because it was not something I was prepared for, but had to do after realizing my car’s condition. Everyone involved at the dealership made the process very comfortable and smooth. All employees I came in contact with were super hospitable, attentive, and very friendly. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Service was ok. I arrived at Nissan for an oil change only, but they rotated my tires without giving me the opportunity to approve this service. I didnt find out until I was at the register to get my keys. I paid for the service and didnt make a big deal about it because the it was already done., but it left me feeling tricked and taken advantage of. This affects my trust in their intentions and will put my request in writing upon my arrival for my next oil change appointment. I should have followed my instincts and requested Danny to serve me as he always did with honesty and professionalism during my previous visits.

Windshield forward facing camera recalibration. My insurance company wasnt willing to participate with the dealership as far as billing. Service Manager Tony and service writer Dalton worked with me to get the work completed and offered suggestions of how to get my covered claim paid by GEICO. I was successful getting the insurance to finally pay me. Tremendous job by all involved at the dealership.Ive had some warranty work done as well and all very knowledgeable about the issues with noises. Pretty fast fix and everything was explained to me. Very patient with me while I explained what was happening and didnt hurry me along.All around positive experience with service department and even the car buying experience from my Salesman Clay to my finance man AG. After speaking with Chris Kemp, their master mechanic, I was confident that I was at the right place. I was extremely pleased with my experience. My service man, Jim, was courteous, knowledgeable, kind and professional. He identified a problem with the air conditioner that others had failed to diagnose repeatedly and gave me helpful suggestions on how to keep the air conditioner problem from recurring. The service manager, Dan, also helped me tremendously, and I am very grateful to both of these men and to the mechanics who fixed my car. It is once again working properly! It is nice, as a single woman, to find a repair shop that does good work and where I dont have to worry about being ripped off by dishonest people taking advantage of my relative ignorance of automobile technology. Long story short. While in Isle of Palms I experienced an electronic issue on my truck that would not allow the truck to go faster than 5 MPH. It was a concern because I live 900 miles North in upstate NY. It was obvious they made it a priority and treated me like gold in the process. In less than 3 hours they diagnosed, and replaced the faulty component. In addition, they washed, detailed and vacuumed the the floor mats.While distance isnt practice I may still figure away to purchase my future vehicles from Hudson.

I just purchased my Armada at Hudson Nissan about two weeks prior. I was traveling to Charleston when many of the dash warning lights went on and I received a BCI Malfunction message. I finished what I needed to do in Charleston and turned my car on in hopes that the computer would have reset itself. It had not reset so I drove to Hudson Nissan and went to the service department without an appointment. The manager came out and greeted me and took my car right away. In a short amount of time I was advised of the steps they had taken and was on my way. I thought I would have to spend a lot more effort and time to deal with the problem, but it was that easy and my car has not had the problem again a week later.

My experience at Hudson Nissan was amazing. I went in due to my car radiator and transmission had problems. Austin was my advisor he smelt my car burning from the engine he immediately when i pulled in. He took my information and got me situated and i left he gave me all information and his contact number to reach him. As days went by he made sure to check in with me and he kept me updated on changes as well as letting me know all the problems that was wrong with the car. I recieved very great service from him he was respectful and patient with me he made sure to keep me in the loop of everything that was going on with the warranty company and everything else i needed to know. One of the tires on my 2018 Nissan Rogue Sport went flat, so I inflated it and drove to Hudson Nissan of Charleston SC. While fixing the leak, the service team found that the tires sensor was disconnected. I was pleasantly surprised to get a day of appt on a Friday for an oil change. I was greeted immediately upon arrival. Josh checked me in for my oil change & asked if I wanted to get the recommended tire rotation done. I agreed. A complimentary car wash & front vacuum was offered, to which I also agreed. He was kind enough to explain this would probably add an additional 20mins to my wait time. He showed me to the lounge, offering up starbucks coffee or fountain coke products. There was also a snack station. Multiple bottles of hand sanitizer were available for use. HGTV was playing on the TV, & well...who doesnt love the property bros!?! The lounge wasnt crowded, allowed appropriate distancing, & was quite comfortable. The restrooms were clean and much appreciated! I overheard staff offering to find a phone charger for a customer. Everyone seemed to have their own staff contact person, making it feel as if YOU are #1 priority! Josh came back with a receipt/estimate of my service cost for me to sign before they began. I was told to expect a 2 hr wait & total time was pretty accurate. They have a text system that keeps you up to date on your vehicle progress. A text link included my certified technician sending a video of my car explaining my vehicle inspection passed, as it should being new. A had a painless experience & applaud the service department for a phenomenal job in customer service! You guys have exceeded my expectations. Keep up the good work & I look forward to my next visit.

I’ve owned several Nissan’s over the years and have dealt with Hudson Nissan for more than 11 years (N. Charleston dealership). This time I dropped it off using the (Friday) night Dropbox requesting an oil change and wanted to use my 15% military discount. Well, they texted me as usual to let me know that the car was complete around 10:30 Saturday morning. On the Dropbox envelope, I only requested an oil change but upon arrival, I was informed that my total was almost $90. I asked the price of an oil change, it is $48.45. Advisor then said they also did a tire rotation which was not requested nor approved by me. He did add on the military discount but only gave 10% instead of the advertised 15%. This visit left me disappointed because they usually communicate everything before they do it. Good thing I had the money available.
