Best people in town, since moving to Charleston in 2016 they always have been caring, nice and honest. The do great work, have fair prices and help you on what they can to take you anywhere while your car gets fixed. I recommend Steve & Staceys to everyone!

Tire was low on air. Went to 5 different places to get air in my tire with no success. Luckily, and thank the Lord, they offer free air! They offered to put the air in for me, and I told them that was not a problem, I could put it in. They stated if I still had trouble let them know. The light did not go off and considering I live in the country and stopped by 5 places this morning trying to get air, I elected to have them go ahead and check. They pulled it in right away, checked and cleared for me! With no charge! Thank you so much for the help and peace of mind! And for offering free air! :)

Pleasant group of professionals. Appreciate the drive to and from their place of business to your work/home( if close) while yours is being worked on. The driver (Larry maybe?) very pleasant. Have used them for many issues, and will again.

They should have fixed my air-conditioning right the first time! I should get my back for fixing nothing! And to the warranty people which I got lied to, 3 different companies, Paylink does one thing, Endurance does another, & Auto Assure does another! The warranty company didnt tell me that! And no money down, they lied to me! All I need is one honest warranty company!!!!!

Travelling through WV, my family and I struck some road debris damaging a tire beyond repair. We were able to make it to Steve and Stacys on the spare and they were able to help us out with a replacement tire and requisite installation services quickly and professionally. I appreciate their ability to support us in a timely manner as we still had quite a drive ahead of us. I appreciate that their support allowed us to continue on our journey without further concern and that, first and foremost, I could get my family safely back home the same day with confidence.

Untrustworthy and over priced!I took my vehicle in to have an estimate done a couple weeks ago. Joe is the name on the estimate... he told me it would be $2,000 to replace the front struts, 1 caliper, brake line, new brakes all the way around, and do an alignment. He said my vehicle was not safe to drive and he didnt think it would even be worth it to fix it due to high mileage (its a 2011 chevy traverse w 175k on it and I commute less than 1 mile) He told me I just needed to park it somewhere or trade it in at Enterprise. My guess is he has a buddy over at Enterprise and was trying to use scare tactics to get me to make a rash decision.It worked because I was very upset but luckily a friend suggested Scotts Auto in Clendenin and they gave me an estimate of $1,200 to do the exact same thing and said there wasnt anything wrong w my brake line. I would not recommend Steve and Stacys to do anything since they are so eager to try to take advantage of people.Yall really need to take a minute to take a step back and THINK about the impact YOU have on your customers lives. You never know what someone is going through and learning that your only mode of transportation is a lost cause has the potential to send someone who is already at the end of their rope over the edge.

Well ill give it 5 stars based on techs customer service,and manners,middle aged guy at counter shouldnt be in customer service,he had no personality at all,but they were fast and got the job done

Hit a curb and damaged my tire brought it in they smoothed out the rim and replaced the tire. Quick and easy and not too expensive. Couldnt of asked for better service thank you Joe and everyone there. You turned eased my nerves

We were in WV visiting and my wife’s car wouldn’t start. I had it towed to a dealership and they told me it was a fuel pump and sending unit that needed replaced. They said it would be $1350.00. I called Steve & Staci’s and asked them for a quote for repair. They promptly called back and said it would be $550. Needless to say I got it towed again and had them to complete the work. Communication was great and they did the work on time. Highly recommend this place!

They were incredibly friendly, and they were able to take a look at my car on the same day I called them. When I (poorly) described the problem I was having, they understood what I was talking about, and they made sure I wasn’t driving the car very far to get there. (My engine could have overheated. Thanks for looking out!) They even asked if I needed a ride when I dropped my car off.As a young woman who doesn’t know much about cars, I’m mindful of the idea that some mechanics might try to charge me for services I don’t really need. Steve & Stacy’s didn’t do that at all. I went in knowing I needed an oil change in addition to the leak I’d asked them to look at, and they didn’t even try to sell one to me when it would have been legitimate. (I told them I already had plans for additional maintenance later on, so it’s not like they just missed it.) In fact, my bill ended up being much lower than I expected (like less than $20), and I barely had to wait.Overall I can’t recommend them enough!

Amazing service. My car wouldn’t start. AAA jumped it, Steve and Stacy replaced the battery, did an oil change, reasonable pricing, drove me to my house and after realizing I left my cell phone in the car, drove it to me. Then picked me up again when car was done. Above and beyond.

Very nice...gave me the lowest price for the best parts for my car...and fast repair services.

They fixed my main battery issue just fine, but I also had some low tire pressure I wanted them to fix since I was there. I get my car and my low tire warning was still on. They told they had filled the tires so I thought the display or sensor needed to be taken care of. I call them back and take it back in, and ask about the sensor/display issue, the guy just says to go check the tire pressure i was confused, because they said they had done that already, but it turns out they didnt. My tires got filled, but there was no apology or any acknowledgement of there lie at all. I know filling tires is not a big deal, but dont lie to me about what youve done.

I had an emergency engine problem on the interstate which prompted me the nearest service repair center or Steve and Stacys service. They helped me get a tow to there station, because I was traveling they worked me into the schedule and found a spark plug blown completely out of the engine. The not only were able to make the repair and had me on the road by the end of the day but the shuttled my around and the charge at the end of the day was extremely reasonable. They are trustworthy and very good people. I am very greatful and very very lucky to have found them. Very highly recommend.

I currently live out of state about 15 hrs away and broke down due to my radiator. They had me in and out within 4 hrs and got me back on the road to continue my trip. Francis, specifically was the best of help and very professional and kind. If I lived in the area this where I would be taking my vehicle everytime. Great service, great staff!

I love this place! My mother and I have been bringing our vehicles to them for the past ten years. We have presented them with some well worn cars (10 + years and 200,000+ miles) and they have performed miracles to keep them safely on the road. I know mechanics in the area that will do the work for less, but the quality of their work is well worth it. I feel much safer driving my vehicle knowing they did the work on it. Thank you guys.

My wife and our sons girlfriend were driving from South Carolina to Kansas City in a 20-year old Dodge Intrepid with all sorts of problems, and as my wife pulled out a Visa card ready to pay for all sorts of repairs (brakes & engine) to get them back on the road, she asked the mechanic Jeremy, Tell me the truth: would you put more money into this car? Do you think itll even make it all the way to Kansas City? Instead of taking the easy money from two women with no car-knowledge, he said, No maam, you might make it there safely, but theres so much that needs fixing and so much thatd still be wrong, Id really suggest you junk it here in town and get home some other way. When they decided to rent a car at the airport, he only charged them for a small fraction of the time he spend on it, and even drove them there and wished them well. Jeremy, I appreciate your honesty and helpfulness, and most of all, so did those two women I care about. Thank you.

I had major front end work done at Midas in San Antonio, TX. 5k miles later, a lot of what Midas did needed to be redone. Had to get towed in to Steve & Stacys, they repaired the vehicle in a few hours (Midas took 3 days), and the truck runs smoother than ever! Definitely glad I had them do my repair!

Best Car Service Ever! Not only are they great at servicing my vehicles, they are reasonably priced and they never charge for unnecessary work. They also provide a free shuttle to and from my work place so I dont have to find a ride. I recommend them highly to everyone that needs car service.

Every time Ive been here its been a disaster. Took my girlfriends Van here multiple times and even when I say just need 2 tires please they charge you the extra $50 for safety inspection every time. We got new brakes pads and ending up spending way too much. The next day we had fire near the tire. They left a note saying watch out for dust on brakes..Tried getting a sticker today and they wanted to another safety inspection just because my door handle doesnt work from the outside. And the mechanic I spoke to say they dont fix doors so they were wasting my time by doing anything. I saw 3 ladies walk in after me that got offered rides to work as my car just sat outside for a good hour with an appointment. They had put a sticker on my car 2 years ago with the door being the same way and a crack windshield. The guy behind the counter said whoever did it was wrong for doing it but it was the same guy and woman behind the counter as before. Why wasnt I offered a ride to work also? And to top things off theres never any parking. I spent the morning there watching them eat and giving rides to women. It felt really unprofessional.

John was a very professional individual with mass knowledge mechanically. Everyone at the shop was easy going good guys. ..... Amazing people, amazing work Not the largest shop but they make you feel comfortable and a great prices. These guys I Highly recommend...

I was driving through west Virginia on my way to florida and my car broke down. My car was brought to this shop and they were nothing but nice. My timing belt had snapped so they immediately bought my car from me to help with a rental. They took my sister to the car rental place and stayed at work after hours while i waited for her and when she got back with the rental they even helped load up the car. They are very hospitable and very helpful i definitely recommend them.

Will never patronize their shop again. Went in for a state inspection. I had the vehicle inspected two weeks prior and passed perfecrly however due to expired tags I did not get a sticker. I made the mistake of telling them what a hurry I was in because I was leaving town the next day. I was told that my sway bar needed to be replaced and that it was going to cost upwards of $150 for the recommended repairs. I chose not to have the repairs and took my car to another mechanic who explained that they could not find a defect with the part and immediately passed my vehicle. This establishment will take advantage of you.

Went in for a tire mount and balance(brought my own new tires). Asked if they could move the driver side rear tire to the spare positionon the back of the car, and mount the new tire on the full size rim on the back...said it would cost more to do so(it doesnt.) Your still mounting 4 tires on 4 rims. Charged nearly double what ever other tire shop costs for mount and balance. $82 total. And didnt even clean the lube off the new wheels! I definitely wont be coming back. Lied to and ripped off on my first time dealing with these people?? Thanks but no thanks.

DONT GO HERE unless you like to spend money unnecessarily. These people are out to get your money!! I had to pay them $11.72 to have my car inspection rejected. They handed me an estimate of over $400 to do the so-called required job. I then took my car to an honest mechanic who charged me under $100 for parts, labor AND inspection. This outfit is obviously looking for ways to screw the customer. BEWARE!
