I took our brand new 2021 Lexus NX300 with a scrapped up right back side. The car only had 1,300 miles on it and my wife and I were very upset with the situation. I decided to try SRAC. I found them to be very professional and I am very pleased to say that they did not try to over estimate the problem. They quickly provided an estimate, got the part in that was needed and performed the repair at a very fair price.

I went in today in order to get a preliminary estimate on my vehicle. Due to some extenuating circumstances I will have to pay for the expenses out of pocket. Due to my youth and lack of knowledge of automotive repairs, every single place I have gone to has exorbitantly inflated the price. Except them. Apon my arrival I parked on the wrong side of the building and someone working on a car (who happened to be the owner) was very helpful in directing me to the estimator. Elizabeth was kind enough to help me and provided service above and beyond what I could expect. Not only did she have my best interests in mind, but she was able to help me navigate this very difficult situation. The owner Sadiq was also around doing various tasks and was extremely knowledgeable. Not only was he out doing some of the work, he was also corresponding with customers providing them with the best service possible. I will be doing all of my work through them now and in the future, and will be recommending them to everyone I know. Even if you feel as if you have been offered the best deal possible at another shop, I highly recommend seeing them first.

My Jetta had a very loose bumper and air dam after hitting a raccoon. I brought it to South Riding Collision Center and they had it fixed within the hour. Excellent and quick service from them, I will definitely return in the future.

My car got into accident due to snow skid and took my car to South Riding auto collision to get an estimate. Elizebeth at front desk took some pictures and knowledgeable enough to give a rough estimate and when I said I have to pay from pocket she was very considerate and called next day with a decent discount. Little bit extra discount would have been great. Work was done professionally. I had used their help in the past and sure will recommend them to my family and friends.

South Riding Auto Body gave him the best estimate and treated him with respect while other shops, in my opinion, tried to take advantage of him due to his age. The repair was done quickly and his car looks great. Could not be more pleased with our experience with this business.

This is my second time using SRAC. Based a great previous experience, I brought my 2002 M5 in for front-end repair from a deer collision. The service was efficient and professional, and they were easy to work with with respect to some additional work that I wanted done. Overall very happy with the results. Highly recommended!

Great service and quick repair. Staff is friendly, courteous and accommodating. Plus, they always get things done on time. One point I do want them to improve upon is calling the customer if they have the car ready. I had to call in to check if my car was ready and they said yes. Instead they could have called me to say your car is ready for pick up. But overall still a 5 star.

South Riding Auto Collision did an excellent job on my 2018 Lexus RX 350. The insurance claim was for repairing the rear passenger door and quarter panel. I am totally satisfied with the quality of the repair and the paint job . In addition to the body damage, my vehicle had a torn front driver side fender liner/cover due to a mishap on 495. I did not want to make another insurance claim for fender liner. The General Manager, Elizabeth, was very professional and kind; she offered to install the liner without any labor cost. I had to pay only for the part. I never had any good experience with the body shops in over 30 years of my living in the area even when I chose 5 star rated ones. I think I found an excellent auto body shop now. I will return if there is a need in the future. Thanks

We gave our car for door damage work. when we picked up we saw some yellow paint on bonnet. We knew we did not drop the car with that kind of paint on bonnet. They refused to fix it saying we brought the car with such condition. Luckily we had pictures from adjuster that we proved otherwise and then they agreed to fix the car. I was disappointed with the way they refused to fix their issue until I proved with pictures. I am not going there again.

The employees there were fast, efficient, and thorough. The entire staff were pleasant to talk to and were very helpful. Insurance said repairs could take up to 2 weeks, however, the specialists here managed to fix my car in under a week.

Fantastic shop! Took my vehicle in to Bitsy who got me taken care of and made sure I was updated every step of the way. I had zero concerns as to the quality of work and professionalism of the techs.

They did amazing work on my car! I had a warranty claim for my transmission and some other things as well as a Geico claim! I couldn’t have asked for better communication from Elizabeth with me and response time was very fast! I know my warranty company can be super annoying and stubborn but they pulled through! Brought our 2014 Subaru XV Crosstrek to SRAC after it was rear-ended at a stop light. Vehicle had $3000 worth of damage. The staff at SRAC are fantastic. They did an exceptional job and were cheaper than the substandard shop the insurance company suggested I go for repairs. They were very thorough and the car looks as good as new. You cannot tell it was ever damaged. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

My bumper was a bit loose from hitting a curb and they tightened it up for me for free!
