About a year ago- we called them to repair our fridge. First time they came, they did not resolve the problem, and charged us money. Second time they came, they did fix it, but charged us money for the second time.Yesterday, we called them, they came in, and told us our freon was low. They refilled it.... Im not sure if they did.... and told us to wait a little bit for it to start working. Now its been 20 hours, and our fridge is still not working. and they charged us $265will never use again

My experience with My Appliance Repair Chantilly was great from start to finish. I called late Thursday afternoon, and the repair was done the very next day. When I first called, the rep was very polite and advised me of the consultation fee for a tech to come check out the problem. I thought that was very useful to know in the beginning of the conversation. She took down my information, including the appliance model, and said a tech would contact me about scheduling. I received a call no more than 10 minutes after. We were able to schedule for the next morning, which was great, because who wants to wait on repairs. Mr. Singh called me to let me know he was 30 minutes away and arrived on time. He was polite and was able to repair my washer in under an hour (broken valve). It was a smooth experience all the way through. Two thumbs up for My Appliance Repair Chantilly.

I am Very Happy With Service. Call Them Again

Was given a three hour window for someone to come out and look at my refrigerator. Four and a half hours later no one has showed up or called to give me an update. Will not use again due to poor service.

I had contacted Mr. Singh (Tony) from MyAppliancesTech to repair our dishwasher panel that had come loose. I was told to order a new part (Panel) and the repair would cost $200+. The technician came out to repair after I ordered the part. The panel came loose after 2 weeks of installation performed by the technician. I ended up paying $200+ for a failed install job. I called Mr. Singh to let him know that we were covered under the warranty. He said hed send a technician over and no one came. I called him again to send out someone but he kept avoiding and never honored his agreement. I got busy and tried to call him again later to get him to honor the warranty (or issue a refund). He now said we need to replace the top part again and now the bottom part. He said he will get back with new pricing and never got back. So, no fixing the original issue (or a refund)! Does not stick to his agreement! Avoid him!

Tony was excellent and professional I will use this company for all my household needs.

Excellent support. Called on a Saturday, said he would arrive in an hour and he showed up exactly at that time. Took great care to ensure our wooden floors were not damaged when moving our large fridge. Immediately installed a computer board and reset the fridge control panel. We could not be more impressed with how courteous and professional Tony’s work was. Thank you very much.

2 technicians came out promptly as scheduled to repair broken microwave(double oven). Clearly not qualified and recommended replacing a costly part that when asked, was not diagnosed as a problem. Left after poorly securing double oven back in wall and never returned or responded to repair. Left it with new error messages on display. Not competent.

Had refrigerator stop cooling. Technician was able to come that day to diagnose issue. Was compressor gone bad. Had to wait for part but fix came 2 days later. Quick repair, tech explained everything as and let me know price with no surprises. Very good company and will use again for my appliance issues.

I never leave service reviews, but felt compelled to expose the dishonest, unethical, and unprofessional behavior of My Appliances Tech. The Technician admittedly lied to me about replacing the microwave fuse. They left the old blown out fuse in the microwave and created a “jumper”, connecting one end of the broken fuse to the other end with a wire coil so that the microwave would appear functional - this could have caused an electrical fire. The tech apologized for lying and said that he wouldn’t charge me for “fixing” the microwave as long as I didn’t leave a negative review. I will NEVER use this company again and recommend that everyone else avoid My Appliances Tech.

Worst. They just want the service fee. Call anywhere else.

Absolutely fabulous! They saved our Thanksgiving Holiday! They were able to come out same day, diagnosed the problem quickly and after receiving the part, called and installed. I will use this company again and highly recommend to others.

We had a tech come to last week and said nothing was wrong and opened up the vent. But we noticed the fridge was just getting warmer. First thing the next morning, I called this company to set an appointment. Tony called me back within 10 minutes and said he could come that same morning. He quickly determined the problem which was I needed a new motor and fixed it in about 30 minutes. The price was more than I excepted but still cheaper than buying a new fridge. Excellent service!

Tony was awesome! Tony, from my appliances tech, arrived so quickly from the time we called and was easily able to diagnose the issue with our fridge. We felt like he gave us the info we needed to make an informed decision quickly.

First time I used Appliance Repair Tech but certainly not the last. Very timely, called on Friday afternoon and had a 3:00 pm Monday appointment. Singh arrived on the dot....very knowledgeable, quickly located the problem with the 12 year old washer, and suggested the cost of the repair (replace the transmission and supports) was not really cost effective. Suggested how to continue to use the washer until it is replaced. I was very pleased with his efforts and suggestion. Again, Singh was vey timely, certainly knew his way around washers (and I would suspect around all types of appliances) plus was very friendly. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend Singh and Appliance Repair Tech. The cost of the service call was very reasonable. FIVE STARS!!!!

Not sure if they understand the difference between repair and replacement. Glad took a second opinion and got it fixed with less than 1/3 of the cost coated by My appliance technician

Excellent service. Our company refrigerator would not cool sufficiently to make ice despite indicating it was at 0F in the freezer. They arrived within 30 minutes of our call and had the fridge working within 15 minutes after arrival. They explained the problem, demonstrated they had fixed it and were on their way. Id definitely recommend this company.

Rip off. Charged 240$ for fixing refridgerator water dispenser. Looks like a lot for 30 minutes of work. $120 for service and $120 for part. The repair took around 30 minutes to complete. I believe such a simple repair could have been covered in $59 service fee, which it seems not.Also when i Google the original GE part seems to be 120 online, and some other versions for $40. I requested proof for part being original, they did not provide any proof. When i asked how long is warranty on part i heard its 3 months. I was surprised a GE original part has 3 months warranty.

Came to fix 3 appliances. They gave a complete price to repair the first appliance. They doubled the price before finishing. They never even looked at the other appliances. Would give a 0 rating, if possible!

Both the receptionist and the technician were very nice. Only took about 20 minutes to fix our dryer. Very reasonable price. Would definitely call again if I had any other appliance problems.

I didnt even get to the service part. But the tech that called to give me a more accurate quote was not pleasant and in place of the $59 quote just for an assessment he tagged on another $30 just because. Sounded very unprofessional and I didnt get as far as even getting a real quote. Why would I ever give them my business

The absolutely worst appliance repair incompetence I have ever experienced. Two visits to repair the ice maker in my fridge and it still isn’t working - on the first visit I paid $235 for a new valve, followed by no actual repair. He came out late today and claimed to “fix” it - he leaves, and still no ice. My next step is the Better Business Bureau and small claims court.

Tony at My Appliances Tech did a great job fixing our refrigerator a couple of months ago. Diagnosed the problem right away and fixed it as soon as the part came in. Quick work. Then, he just fixed our cooktop stove when one of the burners blew. Diagnosed the problem quickly and showed up when we were available and fixed in short time. Also gave us good tips on making our stove work better. We will definitely call on this company again and give Tony a great review for knowledge, speed and courtesy.
