Amazing service!! My AC broke in Aug at the height of the heat season. I heat up in an air conditioned room so this was certainly an emergency situation for me. They came out and got my AC working immediately. It went from 86 to 65 degrees in just a few minutes. Then I upgraded my 20+ yr old thermostat and now my system is good to go for another 20 yrs. Highly recommend this company!!!

Last October we were very pleased when we listened to our friends suggestion that we contact OHA to service our gas fireplace. The two technicians seemed very knowledgeable, competent, thorough, trustworthy, and honest. When our upstairs AC was not cooling a few days ago, we contacted this company again (around 5:30 in the evening--and they answered the phone!), and Jonathan ZImmerman came promptly the next morning and fixed it on the same visit. (He added refrigerant since it was 20% low.) He was just as impressive as the others, and he seemed happy to take the time for well-communicated, thorough explanations. One thing this terrific company does that sets them apart from the rest is taking many photos of the work they do while servicing your home or business. We highly recommend them!

The OHA Technician, Kevin, was prompt for the scheduled appointment.Upon arrival, he was courteous and explained the steps that needed to be completed to perform the bi-annual furnace and heat pump inspection.Next, he went to work and finished the inspection with a minor adjustment.I recommend OHA and Kevin for heating and cooling services.

Crew was professional, thorough, and did a great job. They showed up on time and got the work done as we wanted it. Additionally, we have a 7 month old child that had a nap (unfortunately) at the same time they arrived. They were accommodating to do that room last and even took their time on the second floor of our home (where the baby sleeps) so as to not wake our child. Did a great job will use again.

OHA was great to work with. I had a gas leak with my fireplace and they came out within 24 hours to diagnose the problem. I ordered a new system and although it took many months to arrive ( no fault of OHA), it is much better than our old fireplace. James installed our new gas fireplace and did a wonderful job. In addition to working on the installation of the fireplace, he pointed out a future problem I will have with my hot water heater. I would recommend them highly.

Jonathan Zimmerman from OHA Heating & Air came to my house and repaired our mr.cool minisplit unit.Our unit started to pour water from the unit when on.Jonathan not only fixed and cleared the clog he also cleaned our unit.He provided me with information and education on how maintain my unit in the future.He was very well spoken and knowledgeable. I was very impressed with the care David put into fixing our fireplace. We scheduled the service just to diagnose why it wouldn’t light; David not only took the time to diagnose the problem, but he fixed it, vacuumed out the area beneath it, rearranged our logs in a safer configuration (after searching all over the internet to find the correct one), and cleaned the glass for us without being asked. I’m extremely happy with the experience. Our fireplace has never looked (or worked) better!

First time customer with OHA and needed to establish an annual service contract and to inspect the systems for winter. Jonathan arrived in the time frame and was courteous and professional. He answered all my questions and reviewed our recent home inspection report to address a few items. It was a pleasure to have him here today.

Mr Kim was fantastic. They service was great. The only problem is the cost. I’m not an HVAC contractor but 312 to replace a fuse when others quoted me $79 plus the service fee. Would do business again but pricing needs to be more transparent

I called OHA back a second time because the first time, I was very impressed with the technician Brenden Kelly and the best cost of any other company to fix my tenants unit. This time though, I feel like I got ripped off. Even though the tech was nice, I got charged $312 just to reset a thermostat. His explanation was that he waived the $95 trip charge (which I thought was the actual diagnosis fee).$312 just to check the outdoor unit and show me how to reset the thermostat which was an option on the fairly brand new unit?? Very very disappointed!!!

Scott came to my home in August to clean my main level fireplace/chimney and today to clean the one in our family/ room basement. He was on time and personable, left the areas clean when tasks were completed, and performed his duties in a very professional manner. Very pleased with his services and fees.

This is the second review Im writing for OHA Heating & Air on behalf of the same technician, Kevin. When Kevin was here for the first visit to service my furnace, I received an estimate to replace the valve that connects the water to my washer. He came back a second time to replace that valve for the washer, and what of course happened..? The main shut-off valve to the house COMPLETELY BROKE and wouldnt turn back on after it had after the washer valve was fixed. Kevin went above and beyond to drive and pick up additional tools, come back, and fix the main valve to the house very late in the evening. I purchased the annual protection plan to have OHA provide service twice a year, and I will absolutely be requesting Kevin for my visits in the future. Last time I gave him 6 of 5 stars.. This time Kevin was 7 of 5 for truly going above and beyond. Thanks OHA, and thank you Kevin!!

We have worked with OHA on a few calling over the past couple years. They help us figure out why our furnace was flooding our basement, and were able to fix it and clean the unit. This year our 20+ year old AC unit develop a leak and after an initial attempt to recharge the unit, we found the leak. We ended up upgrading the unit to a much more efficient one and the guys that came to install we awesome. They started their day at 6am to avoid the heat in our attic as much as possible and were done by 3pm. They also did a load calculation and found that adding a couple vents would help with keeping our kids rooms more comfortable. They did a great job and were very friendly and professional. We would highly recommend them for any HVAC service.

Zack was honest and efficient. He explained what he did and what the problem is with my unit. He double checked it before leaving and determined that my unit needed to be checked and possibly repaired by a senior technician. I am very pleased with his work and professionalism.

Called on a Saturday morning to say our AC was out from the previous day within about an hour we had a tech at our house, Zack. What a great guy very professional took the time to listen to us, quickly assessed the problem, explaining it to us in terms we understand even showing us pictures he had taken of the broken part in our unit (as it was raining outside) and pictures of the new part. We had a wood stove fireplace insert installed. From the first telephone call to the company to the final installation was TRULY PROFESSIONAL and went way beyond outstanding from the receptionist who answered the calls (with a smile in their voice ) and really meant it when they said how may I help you to the installers.I most strongly recommend OHA.It was a pleasure working with a company that knows what customer satisfaction means (which all too rare now days).

My AC stopped working and OHA was able to get me a same-day appointment and they even showed up early. The technician, Kim, was able to quickly figure out I had a bad circuit breaker and got everything working again. Im quite happy to have this fixed and the price was reasonable.

Excellent and prompt service by a very professional technician. I received a text informing me when Jonathan was en-route, he arrived near the beginning of the scheduled 2-hour time block, and promptly fixed my problem (slow refrigerant leak and low charge in my heat pump). Besides fixing my problem he answered a lot of questions I had about the system. The total bill was comparable with estimates from other well-advertised companies in the area.

We had a weird situation happen, our emergency heating went on during the summer and wouldnt turn off. Weve had Brian (sales tech) and Zach and Wesley (install tech) help us out twice with fixing/upgrading our indoor/outdoor units and installing a new ductless system. OHA sent the technician within the 30 minutes that they promised when I called them to request help after my AC stopped working. The technician David Jalal was very courteous and professional. Brandan/OHA have been outstanding when dealing with our recent mini-split issue. I called late on a Friday night to inquire about a technician coming to our home. The phone was actually answered, spoke to a person, received a call back a bit later to let us know that Brandan would be out the next day. Brandan arrived early, troubleshot the split, ordered parts, came back too install when parts arrived. OHA lent us an indoor portable AC unit while the parts were coming being shipped. We are thrilled with Brandan/OHA.

Ive used Airbenders for installing my Trane Heat Pump HVAC, HAHN Whole House Water Filtration System, and just recently for a new 50 gallon electric water heater. Their work is very clean and they only use top quality components. The price is reasonable considering the high quality parts they use. Workers are very polite and friendly. I NEVER write reviews, but this company did a job that is definitely worth my time. Our system was completely shut off and not working, it was 90 degrees in our house. We have a newborn and we needed someone ASAP to come and fix our system. I called air benders on Sunday night and inquired about having a tech out, and with no hesitation they got someone to my home within 1 hour. Not only did they get here fast but they did the job and gave us cool air even faster. They were very professional, and were following all the COVID safety precautions. David came to our home with his son, and they were both very knowledgeable and knew what the were doing and From the moment they walked in I knew I was going ti be taken care of. I will be calling air-benders in a few years once my system is of age, and ready to be replaced. I recommend airbenders 100%

The staff when I called to setup my appointment was very professional. Rebecca I believe her name is was very friendly and really sweet l. These guys are great, especially the owner David Jalal. He and his brother came to my home and repaired a leaking refrigerant pipe for a reasonable price. This is a quality, family-owned and operated business that I wouldn’t hesitate to call again if I need any further repairs or maintenance in the future. I had two other well known companies come to my home and neither technician was as knowledgeable or proficient and efficient as David was in detecting/diagnosing the issue I was having and repairing it.

I had an air-conditioning issue where there was a pipe that was dripping and causing some minor flooding on my basement. floor. I had used Airbenders in the past and was extremely pleased with their service, and didn’t hesitate to give them a call immediately. Around 9 PM on a Tuesday night, not only did they get to my house quickly, the owner of the company, David showed up. David is an incredible technician, and equally as great a human being. Such a nice guy, explains everything in layman‘s terms, and is extremely fair when it comes to pricing. I can’t recommend this company and David enough. If you have any sort of HVAC issues, this is the company to get in touch with.

I have been a customer of Airbenders Heating & Air Conditioning since David founded the company. We have purchased HVAC systems from Airbenders and have used them for repairs and Spring/Fall check-ups. Most recently, our main HVAC Trane heat pump failed. 2019-06-21 Sentaria handled our most recent request to repair our master bedroom bathroom shower and the hallway bathroom shower faucet diverter (to turn shower on/off); she was professional, always in touch with us before, during and after the repairs; a contracter named Ramira and his partner Jne (Ja-nay) were assigned to our job to complete repairs, they did an excellent job and were really nice and friendly, since it was a 3-day job, Ramira always contacted us via phone to make sure we were home and/or available for them to come and do their work. Thank you Airbenders!2019-03-05 Tony and another person came back to our home to clean the dryer vent and then paint walls (free-of-charge) that were damaged on 2/23/2019 (see previous post/comment, above); Tony was very nice, polite and professional; he said that we can request David to come back to repair/install the bifold laundry closet door. Thank you Airbenders!2019-02-23 We contacted this company one day, scheduled services for the next day, Dave and Tony completed and confirmed proper and professional installation of our new appliances (washer, dryer, gas range oven/stove, dishwasher and refrigerator), they recommended and offered service to clean the dryer exhaust and installed a new dryer exhaust to the new dryer, they also dissembled step rails inside the house, moved the new refrigerator from the 1st floor to the 2nd floor and then moved the old refrigerator to the 1st floor and outside and drained the refrigerator of freon since we had 1800 Got Junk to remove all of the old appliances. They asked for broom to sweep and clean dirty areas where new appliances were installed, they wore plastic over their shoes and laid down some type of carpet cover on the 1st floor. They dissembled and reassembled the new refrigerator to move it upstairs, they fit the new refrigerator and did not have to cut our cabinets (even though they were prepared to do so) and they dissembled the old refrigerator to move it downstairs. My wife was not happy with the scratches/marks on the wall(s) due to moving the old refrigerator from the 2nd floor to 1st floor and then to the driveway, but Tony asked and checked our garage to see if the previous owner left any paint and they recommended how to get rid of the marks on the wall(s). Dave offered some good advice, suggestions and ideas on a few things. I would definitely recommend others to make use of their services, request Dave and Tony and Im sure you will be pleased with their services and professionalism.

David was a thorough professional from the minute he stepped in. Within minutes, he had assessed the situation with my faulty thermostat and put three options on the table, literally. Within minutes again, he was installing the selected thermostat. He walked me through the smart phone set up. He proposed some economizing measures. From start to finish, it was probably well below an hour. His service fee on top of the materials was modest. I would definitely recommend David and the Airbenders team.
