Load was booked out a week prior to pick up date. No pkup nnbr ever given, nor could we get one the whole day long. Broker could not get customers to respond aftr trying all day..I sat frm 11:30am Estrn til 17:30pm Estrn waiting for pkup mnbro ly to find out the load was not even picked, nor ready!!?? They stop shipping at 17:30pm. So I cancelled the pkup and found another opportunity.Make some you have a pkup nmbr that begins with 2021. Good luck. Niw on my list of places not to go
