Don’t waste your time.I made an appointment to avoid a wait to have a nail removed and seal my tire. Otherwise it would be a 2 hour wait.I arrived at my scheduled time and was told it was a 2 hour wait….what’s the point of an appointment if it’s still a long wait!?!Went to Big O Tire instead. I was in and out in 45 minutes…

This place was awesome the first time we bought my husbands car in, they took good care of us and did the work right the first time. They even put the car in the hands of a technician that has the same car to ensure the work would be done correctly. Unfortunately the last 2 trips we have had here with the same car have been a disaster. The first time we had a problem with the check engine light being on, they diagnosed the problem and we agreed to fix it. My husband went to pick up his car a day or two later and was half way home when the check engine light came back on. He immediately turned around and it turns out they forgot to do the main part of the job, install a new O2 sensor. So then we were without the car another day because we picked it up at closing. This time it was the water pump. Had the car towed to the Firestone because it had lost all coolant and had them fix the car. My husband had to call out of work because he works out of his vehicle, when we got it back he was working the next day and noticed a weird sound coming from his car, he pulled over and checked, they didn’t mount the bolts in all the way so the water pump was hanging on not mounted on. He also lost a bolt so we had to take his car back in again. This time they offered a little bit of a refund back but honestly with this being a re-accruing issue, we will not be back and no longer recommend this shop. They don’t pay enough attention to the work they are doing and with my expecting my first child, I need to know that our cars are safe and I can no longer rely on them for safety, not when I have had half a** work done twice now and both times were bad enough to have to take it in. By the way, the photos uploaded to the review are the cars current condition, yes they forgot to bolt these areas down under the hood. Over it.

Israel is a nice guy and very informative. He knows his stuff and is easy to talk to. I have been coming to this location for 2 years. Won’t go to any other one because the service is great here and my car is always worked on fast.

My new favorite location, I have now had my car serviced here a couple of times and I will say Israel the manager is very genuine and won’t talk to you like you’re stupid. Sometimes it can be very nerve wrecking walking into a place not know anything about your car. But not here, if you need information it will be explained to you and detail and they will indeed go over everything before you agree to terms vs I would say my other experiences they just tell you this is what you need and brief explanation and make you feel “stressed” about it rather than assure you everything will be ok. They are also very accommodating and will go above and beyond to make sure you’re taken care of whether it’s a simple “can you fill my tires they are low” which I’m sure they get a lot of or more complex. No matter what it is they do it with a smile on their faces and make you feel valued even if they’re super busy which now I understand why because they GET THE JOB DONE RIGHT! Hands down best experience I’ve had in a while. Thanks Firestone!

Came in a few days ago to get a coolant leak issue taken care of. I was greeted by the Manager Israel who was very friendly and efficient. I thought the pricing was fair and Israel noted a few things that needed to be taken care of in the near future. He let me know which issues should be taken care of soon and which one could be put off for a while. It is hard to find a good mechanic who I honest and efficient,so when you find one, stick with them. Israel even fixed my broken sun visor and I didnt even mention it to him. That little extra that he puts into his service is appreciated. I will be returning here for all of my future car repair needs. Thanks to Israel and his awesome staff.

STAY AWAY!!!This location cant even find a leak in a tire. Went to them for a tire loosing PSI. They assured me the tire wasnt leaking any air. A couple days later, empty. The manager Crystal, has the worst customer service I have ever experienced in any business. She needs to be FIRED

Had my oil changed and tires rotated. Had an appointment for 3:30 but dropped the car off at 3:00. Car was finally finished at 4:30.They said I needed two new tires and had a nail in one of the good ones. I knew there was a screw in one but i never had an issue with it leaking air. Was quoted $20 to fix it but I declined. Come to find out the next day they removed the screw and didn’t plug the hole and I got a flat tire. Really not happy about that. Sabotage the car so I need to buy something? It cause a flat to get back at me for not paying for additional services? I’m not sure but it’s very suspicious.

Wow! What great customer service! We we spent an hour or more trying to get a nut loosened holding the front brake disc assembly to the front axle rod. I told my son lets stop by Firestone and see if they might be able to do it. They did! Didnt charge us a thing! Chaz and Israel are awesome!

Fast service very friendly, got exactly what I asked for with no issues.

Our vehicle picked up a nail and we werent sure where to go. We decided to try Firestone since they were so close to where we live. We called on a Sunday and they got us an early appointment the next day. They took us right at the time of our appt and got us out before the estimated completion time. Israel was the one we worked with and he was very professional and friendly. He gave us advice about our tires, but no hard sell like other companies. It was refreshing to have such a customer friendly experience! We will be back to Firestone!

I havent had anything big done here yet, but I was happy with the oil change. The pricing was straightforward and nobody tried to sell me 73 more things I didnt need at the same time. They take reservations for oil changes, which I prefer to the no wait places where you might be first in line or might be tenth. Most of all, I was confident that theyd really change the filter and that theyd remember to refill the oil. Usually the guy doing oil changes isnt the worlds top mechanic, but at least at a place like this, SOMEONE in the building is a great mechanic. Ive had poor results at quicky places where even the boss doesnt know what hes doing.

This is place is a joke. I was told by Mr. Jesse my vehicle would be done by 5 pm (dropped it off at 11 am) and when I got there it wasnt even STARTED!!!! If you cant do it thats fine but dont lie and say it would be done.

Awesome shop! They helped me with a very unique wheel hub assembly mess on my old diesel and for a great price! Hard to find a reputable shop with good skill set too. I highly recommend them.

I do as much work to my car myself as I can, one major exception being alignments. I have a lifetime alignment at Firestone so dont really send much money their way but they still just nailed the alignment last time I went in. And I am extremely picky about it not just being within spec, but also extremely close on the left vs right. It was spot on.

This location is a shining example of what customer service should be. Matt didnt have lift big enough to handle my 14K lb truck, so he made a call to another location he knew could. Showed up to that Firestone, got me right in no waiting, job done quickly and right. Awesome. The Firestone on Crimson Rd should take some pointers on how to run a shop fr Matt and Crystal.

Really good folks. They don’t want to charge you for anything unnecessary. They check carefully first. I have always saved my time and money by going to them first for anything my dealership ‘highly recommend ‘ ‘ must do’ are usually $$$.

I called Firestone today with the intention of getting an alignment and to balance my tires. Israel answered and it had to have been the best customer service I have EVER gotten at an Auto Care Shop both on the phone and in the shop. Honesty is how you gain respect and customer loyalty. The staff exemplified these traits. Matthew helped me while I was there and was attentive. He even kept me updated on how much time it would be until my car was ready. My car is driving perfectly straight and I would highly recommend this shop. Fletchers used to own the shop and it’s now a HUGE improvement from when Fletchers was there.

These guys are my go to in the area. Reasonably priced also.Been coming here for 3 years now. Israel and crew are solid! Always had nothing but great service never the reason why I keep coming back. Always honest and great at helping me with maintenance and keeping my vehicle running tip top.

4/5 stars really just because theyre a bit pricey, but these guys are honest and determined people who get the job done. Been there few times now and most recent visit they topped off my oil for me and let me go quick and easy. No sweat with this place. Good hands and timely manner.

My brother and I brought both of our vehicles here because we both had a nail in our tires. They claimed they couldn’t repair my tire “because of the angle of the nail” and that I needed to purchase a new tire. They told him they couldn’t repair his tire because of the age of the tire? Despite the fact the tire was still in good condition. We left and went to Discount Tire where they were able to repair both of our tires FOR FREE, no problem.My advice, avoid going here.

Stopped in with a slow leak. I think there were only two guys working there, but they still managed to get me out the door in an hour. Super impressed with how hard these guys work.

Terrible customer service. Dont even bother making an appointment online because they will cancel your appointment and not inform you. A phone call would have been the smart thing to do. There was nobody there but somehow they were super busy. So unprofessional.

Went in to have someone look at my car tires. The man comes in from the garage looks at me with a scolding look and says, whats wrong? In a distasteful manner. I felt uncomfortable. The next guy that helped me was respectful. Im just passing through...i will tell my relatives not to stop over here. There is a professional protocol that was not followed.

This place rocks! I rolled in here on a Sunday after not having much luck locating a place to take my business. Cahght a flat right as it was time to leave ans take the family to church. Brayan the GM was very busy and was actually turning down appointments for the remainder of the day. I was very luck to be serviced due to their line up being completely full. The best part was, Ive yet to find another place that beats his price! Shout out to him and his staff for excellent service and I will be sure to bring my business here in the future.

Bought 4 tires and an alignment. Added an oil change. Work was completed well and very quick. Courtesy calls were polite and informative, charges were very reasonable. Was a pleasant experience working with Troy and Pete. I had a very bad experience there many years ago, so happy to see the great improvement in customer service.

After constant disasters at the store on Burke St. I was referred to this one by one of the other employees. After 2 years they stand by their warranties and are very pleasant when I arrive. I took my car here for the oil change. It was more expensive than other places but it was more convenient. First they tried to charge me for the higher synthetic oil that I did not ask for, but then reduced it to what it was supposed to be. After I got it home I noticed there was a leak and the fan was running long after I shut the car off. I took it back and one of the guys said the fan was running because its hot in AZ and that the leak was just condensation and that I could take the car home. My husband told them to keep the car and check it out because it wasnt just condensation. We got a call the next day and they said the water pump was leaking. We thought it was strange that they didnt notice that before since they just had the car. We went to pick up the car because at this point we dont trust them. I thought the guy would say he was sorry that he didnt check it out before just saying it was condensation, but of course that didnt happen. Maybe these people should be tested with a hidden camera like another reviewer mentioned. I wont go there again and I dont trust them.

Came in for an emergency tire replacement, they replaced tire checked the other 3 and had me ready to go in about 30 minutes. the manager Israel was very friendly and helpful. I highly recomend

I have been going to this location since I moved here last year. They have always gone above and beyond. Very personable and honest people. They work fast and always check other parts of your vehicle to make sure it is running good. Negative comments seem to be those that dont know much about what is going on with there vehicle. They will alway inform you if issues and want to help but they dont push you into fixing it knowing its not a serious matter. Thanks guys!

It was late Monday afternoon and I found a bolt in my tire. I called Fletchers Tire & Auto Service at 4045 South Arizona Avenue Chandler Arizona right away. We are long time customers of theirs. They assured us they would get it taken care of by early the next day. The staff was very polite, professional and easy to work with. They informed us that we still had a warranty on the tires and there would be no cost for the new tire and the only charge would be for labor. I want to thank Fletchers for looking out for us because we didnt know we had any warranty left until they told us. They replace the bad tire, checked all of the other tires and the car was done before noon. When we went inside to pay, we were greeted warmly and was thanked for doing business with them. I highly recommend this store. They know how to treat customers.

Shoddy worksmanship. Simple oil change, they didnt have the proper gasket for the drain plug. So they just lined it with some goop instead of doing it right. Car began leaking oil (of course) and I couldnt even get a call back from area manager to take care of the issue. Need an entire new oil change and another shop to scrape off the goop and use the correct gasket to stop the leak. Also tried to sell me a air filter, when I said no thanks, they forgot to close the air box, just flapping open, engine breathing dirty air. Negligence, both intentional and otherwise.

I have been to this Fletchers location many times over the past several years and have always been offered fair prices and good service. However, I am most thankful to both Troy and Pete! I appreciate their great service, great prices, honesty and helpful positive attitude! Thanks for making a tough day a little easier!

Take cares of your car well also inspection when you buy second hand car

Originally I heard good things about Fletchers, bought a set of tires for a good deal in which they treated me very well like a customer should be treated (Got my money). Now after my first nail in the tire I couldnt get it fixed and after repeated attempts the last time they said no they were too busy and come back another day, after several days of trying I left and went to Fletchers in Awhatuke were they were great!More customer service 101 - be sympathetic no matter how hard it is for you!Also find a new manager with people skills and I will come back!

Dont take anything they say at face value. I was told that my car needed a battery that they checked it twice. My battery was less than 3 years old so i went to advanced auto parts they checked it twice and all was fine. They said i needed a cabin and air filter they should have actually looked at it since i replaced both the day before.CROOKS thats the best discription i can give.

Matthew and Billy went out of there way for me and my car. I cant say enough about these 2. Awesome place.

Terrible customer service. I waited for 3 days for my tired to be ordered. I was told they would be in the next day. Finally I called one last time and asked if my tires were in and he said the truck should be there any minute with my tires. Well here we are 4 days later and I still have not received a call about the tires. I ended up going to Big O Tires and they price matched the tires and gave me better tires since the ones I wanted were out of stock. Fletchers did not seem very eager to earn my business. Customer service goes a long way. Glad my money went to the right company. They company that earned my business.

Pricing was was great, service was even better. Fast, efficient and well done. Troy took the time to inquire about my driving habits and suggested a different set of tires than I thought I wanted. I couldnt be happier.

Bryon is the best shop manager Ive ever come into contact with in my 15 years of driving. I took one of my cars in for a misfiring issue and they tried to diagnose it for 3 days but to my avail, didnt have the expertise in shop to fix it. They gave me a recommendation for somewhere that could fix it and charged me nothing. Fast forward a month later and my regular car needed many things done. He saved us about 400 dollars compared to other shops! He kept in contact the whole time and even just called me a few days later to make sure the car was running good with no overheating issues. It is! Not many people have your back, but if youre looking for an honest auto-shop, these are your guys. Thank you so much to Bryon and his team for keeping us on the road, cool, and saving is so much money. 😊

Honest and dependable

Ive taken all my cars to fletchers over the years since it is close to home. I have always felt welcome there and believe they do satisfactory work and at reasonable pricing. Finding a mechanic shop you trust is not always the easiest thing to do, but I feel comfortable with the service here.

The Assistant manager Bryon is pet friendly, enthusiastic and very helpful! He went Above And Beyond for us! If it werent for him me and my husband and dog wouldve been stuck in bosa donuts parking lot, with no money to fix our car...... and wouldnt have gotten a 800$ credit card for Firestone auto parts :)

I went to firestone thats when my trouble began with their over prices, very RUDE CUSTER SERVICE REP ISRAEL, first time I went they put brake fluid all over my alternative and said had power steering leak, I said I keep my truck in the garage had no oil leak or any leaks. CUSTOMER BEWARE stay way Firestone, ARIZONA AVE & OCTILLO LOCATION CHANDLER, charge for 2 SENSOR AND LABOR OVER 600.00 hundred Dollars. I call customer to make my complaints, I understand these guys are probably under a lot of pressure to keep those bays full customer do have car problem but dont try to bleed us dry.I WILL NEVER USE FIRESTONE .

Fletcher was my go to place for 8 yrs before moving to California. I came back to Chandler after 3 yrs and had car trouble. There was only ONE place I trusted....Fletchers! Professional and courteous....wish we had them in California! Troy and Jason were great!

They kept my car for over 3 hrs just to tell me that I ran over a soda can and that was the popping sound that I heard. But I heard an odd sound coming from under my hood and didnt feel safe driving it but they said that there was absolutely nothing wrong. Took it too Big O Tires the next day and they immediately said that it was one of my fans and you could see the fan vibrating and that it was clearly not working as well as the other exact fan right next to it! Will never trust them again.

Good service, kind of pricey. Would only go here if I cannot get to my regular mechanic as was this situation. They are open on Sundays so Thats a plus.

Adequate at best, had a appointment and job took almost twice as long as told. Pretty sure they slipped customers in ahead of me.

The site manager named Pete really took care of me. Had about $500 worth of work done and the price came out to be 3 96 and they finished about two hours ahead of schedule he really saved my Friday. So great experience

That location has the worst service. I would not recommend anyone going to that location. Management lies and the staff is very incompetent. They deserve less than 1 star in my opinion but I have to give at least 1 star in order to post my comment.

Pete the manager over in Ocotillo and Az Ave is phenomenal . After meeting with him in regards to some Issues I have had in the past with Fletchers, he set my mind at ease, told me I want in good hands, and that he would make things right. Even though I was still skeptical, I dropped it off 1 last time. Pete made the situation correct, he listened to me, understood the problem, corrected it immediately, and has now regained my business moving forward. Until today I would never have gone back. As a consumer I want what I pay for and I pay for what I want. If I feel mistrust then I will give someone else my business. I will now be going back as needed to see Pete at Fletcher. They maybe abrupt at the front desk but they are there get you in and out. Im completely satisfied and grateful for the professionalism and gratitude that Pete and his team have given. They could have ignored me and lost a customer, but they have truly turned things around over there.I dont normally do these sort of listings but it truly stands out to me at home amazing Pete is so dont give up on using Fletcher. They truly do care

Have to give this place 5 stars. Have gone in several times with issues on numerous cars I own that I have been told needed major work by other places and these gentleman have fixed it for less or told me the repair work could wait. Most recently I went in with a brake problem which they diagnosed but reminded me my car was still under warranty and sent me on my way With no charge. I know if they say I need a repair, I need it. Hats off to Troy,Steve, Kenny and the rest!

Weve been taking our cars here for the last ten years. Weve had a mixed review of service until now. We were charged for wiper blades and upon turning them on this am the old cracked ones were still on. I immediately went back to complain. He did replace them then told me that a lug nut on the tire had broken and they were ordering it. If Id not gone back would they have told me? Not sure Ill go back. Too bad as we have 3 cars to service. I am NOT recommending them. Also my husband asked how they could make it right by suggesting a free old change and the comment was whatever. Wow. I would think customer service would be better.

Horrible experience with this place.... went in to get an alignment and was told it would take an hour. Four days later and being lied directly to my face by the manager himself I drove out with the car in worse condition than it was in when it first went in. I do not recommend this place to anyone even for a simple battery change.

While I was happy they were able to squeeze me in, it took so much longer than they said it would. I needed my tires changes and they didnt check the alignment. I doubt Ill go back there.

TERRIBLE experience. I booked an appointment for 9am to have my breaks changed. I left my car and came back at 11:30 and my car didnt even move from the parking that I put it in! Then after I asked them what was going on, they finally pulled it in the back and put it on the rack. Then after another hour and a half I asked them again how much long with would be, the guy went to go check on it, and they barely got the inspection done! Then they told me that they dont have parts and its going to be another hour and a half. I was there 4 hours they did absolutely nothing to my breaks. I was so upset and just left. And I wasnt the only one waiting long as well. Im never going to that location again.

I went for a oil change, tire rotation, balance and air conditioning recharge. $770 later they never rotated or balanced the tires. I went back a few days later and told them I was charged and the work wasnt done. I was handed the keys back and told all was handled.STILL NO ROTATION OR BALANCE WAS DONE. I called back and was told my tires were too bad they couldnt legally do the work. First - tires were only 6 months old and Second - why would they have not said anything to me OR supposedly let me drive out with unsafe tires??? Excuse I got was were only human.Corporate hasnt returned my call in 2 weeks.
