I have been coming to this location since they first opened years ago. Nina is my absolute favorite & always does an absolute stunning job on my nails EVERY SINGLE TIME. Not only is the atmosphere great, they play some of my favorite shows on the TVs, so many colors to choose from in regular, gel & SNS dip. These are photos of some of the recent sets Nina has done on my nails. I won’t go anywhere else!

Tried this place out after reading all the raving reviews and not I was NOT disappointed!! They use FRESH orange slices to give you a pedicure! Wow! How many places have you been to that do that? I was blown away with it.My manicure was also amazing! This was my first time getting ombré dip nail paint and again it did NOT disappoint. It didn’t chip for 3 weeks, I could have easily gone another couple of weeks with them if my nails were not outgrowing. I can not tell you how many compliments I got on my nails as soon as I left the salon. If I had to chose a forever nail salon, This would be it !

Original post from two days ago: I originally loved this place. 4 days after my dip manicure 3 of my nails are chipped and cracked. My routine hasn’t changed only the salon I did my nails at did. 😭1/30/21 I did receive a response to email them and they would fix my nails.1/31/21 after I went to my appointment, this is the response I emailed the owner:I appreciate the thought, the response from the salon was disappointing to say the least. I called and made my appointment for the fix. When I show up, 5 min early to my appointment, they told me to come back tomorrow. What a waste of my time and believing that businesses would back their services. I will be disputing the charges with my credit card because of this. I do hope that your business learns to treat people with the dignity and respect they deserve.

Edit: giving my friend grief on getting her nails fixed and/ or refund and they tell her to come back another day?!I only received a polish and this is was it looks like after a week. My absolute favorite place to get my nails done! Everyone is very friendly and helpful! They even do their best to get every walk in serviced even on a busy day. 10/10 service every time I come in.

This is my go-to nail salon!! They do an incredible job with amazing customer service. I got a French dip manicure and it’s still looks great even after 2 weeks. If you want to do some unique designs, they are more than happy to accommodate. Like my yellow v-tip below. They go above and beyond to get you the nail design/style you want! Definitely a nail salon to check out!

I love the idea of this place. The environment is almost relaxing and the culture seems to be professional. Ive been coming here for about a year waiting for it to get better and it has not! Im so upset because I really want to like this place and every time the service is okay and product is good enough to not complain.... but Im looking for a place to love. My experience today was not ideal to say the least. Ill keep it pretty brief.. Essentially whoever did my pedicure today was so rude, she burned my foot with scalding hot water, and made one of my toenails bleed from picking it too aggressively.Im not trying to get anything out of this negative review because you couldnt pay me to go back there. I do not recommend.

I went in for a white flame design, but I got this instead. The shape overall is done well, but the design was not at all what I showed a picture of. The first one is mine, and the second is what I showed.

Not a good experience for me.. I went in for acrylics and one of the nail techs accidently cut my finger with one of her tools. I was bleeding. She apologized for it and wiped the cut. She continued to shave my nail down while I was still bleeding. One of her tools caught blood on it because she touched directly where she cut my finger. I didnt see her clean the tool after that, instead she put it back in her box. She was nice enough to give me a fair discount. However, I dont trust this establishment after that.. 😬

Awful!! Do not go here. First time I came here I waited over an hour to get a full set and there were 2 workers sitting on chairs on their phones doing nothing. I decided to give them a second chance and I came here to get a fill and I waited over 30 minutes when again there were workers sitting there on their phone doing nothing and keep in mind I had appointments both times. Never go here they are very unprofessional.

I wanted to love this place since it’s right in front of my apartment, so close! The service was nice, the decoration is super nice and they have friendly staff. Everything looks clean and they use the appropriate cleaning for their items. The only thing, I was getting my nails done for my wedding and honestly I don’t think they were nothing like the picture and also after I left my now husband noticed that some where crooked, like not straight like the other ones. I’m not one to complain, so I just decided not to go back instead. They were also too thick, not natural at all.

Super friendly and very accommodating. Hana is the sweetest she was very patient with my pretty bad nails. I knew my uneven nails were giving her a hard time but she was super sweet and patient and always asked if I was in pain (which I wasn’t) :) plus it was super late and I was her last and she still had so much patience and she did her best. great experience I will come back .

AMAZING! New nail spot for sure. They got me in on time and the salon was so clean and gorgeous. The nail techs for our pedis shaped the toe nails like we wanted and the paint was perfect. They worked on our rough spots and massaged. Everyone was friendly, the place smelled so clean like clean laundry and disinfectant, which to me is super important. I can’t get over how well my toes are done! Thank you so much Tom & Ann nail techs! Just wonderful. ❤️

We LOVED our experience at Herbal Nails!!! We received both a Man’s Manicure and a full Acrylic set with Gel. We loved both! The facility was clean, the staff was mindful of the health and safety of all patrons (even during Covid) and the service was EXCELLENT!!!! I personally had Jessica and she was FABULOUS! After a bad experience at another Salon previously, we have most definitely changed our preference to this Salon after only one visit! You won’t be disappointed. They go above and beyond!

I love this new Herbal Nails, this is a brand new location near my house so I just had to come check them out!! Im so glad I did. 💕Today is the 3rd time I have come in to have my nails done. I came in the very first week they opened and was impressed with the quality of the service I received and how beautiful and clean this spa is. Nina is an amazing technician 🙌🏻 I love how well she did my nails today, she took great care and precision to get my nails done exactly the way I wanted them to be done. Jasmine the manager takes time to greet each client and helps choose the most beautiful colors. Their selection for both their dip nails and colors for gel or basic mani/pedi colors are beyond extensive. Jasmine makes you feel so special as she visits with you. This had been my first experience having dip nails and I truly love how they come out. They look great and last well, Ive been able to wear them 3 weeks before needing a fill. Pedicures are also phenomenal and at every level you receive a hot stone massage. Vivian gave me a very relaxing pedicure today. Do not use this place for groups of 2 or more. Confirmed 3 times they would honor time specific request just to be an hour behind schedule and screw us! They were so rude too. Ruined a teen birthday experience. Ridiculous place.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Had the basic pedicure with gel coat. Best pedicure Ive ever had and Im from CA. If this was their basic I can only imagine how great their other services are. Ill be sharing the word to locals I know and the hotel that recommended them!

I have been going to this place since it opened and it has been great but this last time I went I was very disappointed. For starters the lady that did my nails was in a rush and when she did my cuticles, the tool she used had someone else’s cuticle clippings and she didn’t bother to clean it. Then they started coming up the next day and I know you have 7 days to go back but it was during Christmas so I didn’t have time. Well now I noticed a dark spot under my nail so I took it off and of course its fungus starting to grow. Very disappointing and I will not be going there again.

The pedicure wasnt the worst or the best, but I am really upset with the customer service. The guy doing my pedicure accidentally dropped the nail polish next to me. (So what, accidents happen) but it spilled all over my brand new birkenstocks. They not only never apologized, but they laughed and joked about needing to pick a new color. Then they soaked my shoes in acetone to get the polish off. I was almost in tears while sitting in the chair. Wasnt even offered a discount. Paid full price for my pedicure. And my shoes are completely discolored and destroyed. I never got an apology. They were name brand shoes, they were meaningful, I worked hard to get them, and they just laughed it off and took my money. (I am trying not to be materialistic, but it really was the fact that they didnt even care.)Edit: As per your request I sent you a personal email about this issue on October 28th, I have yet to hear a responce and it is now November 15th.Disrespectful, unprofessional, fake.

I did the organic Jelly Ultimate spa pedicure. It felt incredible. The Aloe Vera smelled nice... loved all the different treatments and scents included. I highly recommend the Hawaiian orchid lotion . Overall a very relaxing experience— the place is kept clean and the staff is very engaging and attentive

I went in not knowing anything about dipping. I was given a full detailed consult on the product. I was showed how it was done explained about a Guarantee for 7 days on chipping and color! Sophia who did my nails was so nice and gave me several tips on nail care as well as skin care since this is my first season change in Arizona. I enjoyed my experience here all the way and everyone here!

I’ve been wanting to get my nails done a true matte black for so long. I have been to several other salons but they weren’t able to give me I was looking for. There was always a slight shine to the nail and I ALWAYS left disappointed. I almost decided to give up on trying this type of look but then I decided to give it another go at herbal nails. I wasn’t sure if this salon would be able to pull if off either… I was wrong! They really took the time and listened to what I wanted. I got a SNS true matte black manicure and the SNS lasted for solid 3 weeks. It might have even lasted longer, but my nails grow at a superhuman speed. They just opened everything was clean and the staff was super friendly. I also received a 20% off for some sort of pre-grand opening discount. Even though it is a little out of my way, I went back for a second time last week and they did a great job again. Definitely will recommend this place everyone!

This just opened in the area and I have found my new salon. Nina is wonderful, she takes her time and is very thorough. The manager, Jasmine, at the front remembered me from last time and made me feel like a regular already! I will definitely refer this salon to others. Very clean and fresh right when you walk in.

They are always friendly and accommodating and do a fabulous job. Every time Ive been here Im impressed with how quick and efficiently they run their salon, but mostly the pride they take in their work.

I came in with hope that someone would be able to repair my nails that I had done at another shop, and I left completely happy! Jessica promptly took care of me and did such an amazing job repairing my broken nails as well as applying another layer of SNS to the rest of my nails so that they wouldnt break since the previous SNS was so thin. I will definitely be returning to see Jessica when I need a fill!

Since this was my first visit I was able to use a 20 percent coupon. Had the one hour jello pedicure, dip manicure and eyebrow was got a very reasonable price. Would go back again. Vickie was very friendly and even gave me directions to the outlet mall.

I really wanted to like this place but the lady cut my nail in a v shape at the edge and pulled very hard and yanked the nail from the nail bed. Its going to become infected. I did let her know it hurt. I didnt say anything at the time when I went to pay so thats my fault. This place is clean and had lots of color choices so that is a plus.

I am beyond thrilled with my nails and my pedicure. I have horrible nails and they made them beautiful and didnt shame me like most places. They are kind, caring and wonderful humans. Ill be going back for sure. Sophia did my nails and Im not sure if the gentlemans name who did my pedicure but they were both great.

Had a great time getting my nails done here! The salon is so gorgeous and clean. I tried the dip nail service and I loved it! They had a TON of colors to choose from, so I was able to find the exact shade I wanted. As a cool bonus I spotted a sign that offered complimentary use of phone chargers during your service, which was perfect because I went in at 4%. I left feeling recharged and so did my phone!

Just went and I really enjoyed myself. It was about the same price as anywhere else but what made it better was how super clean it was and that the staff was a lot of fun. Bonus that they played Friends and New Girl the whole time and they have over 500 color choices!! Ill definitely be back!

Facility was nice with a very minor wear and tear, staff was friendly. They offer complimentary wifi, water and charging cables. I didnt see any of the tools used removed from a sterilizing bag however and from what I could see they keep the same tools moving from client ro client. I hope thats not accurate, but I recommend asking before booking.

I took my whole family here to get pedicures and as with most places some of the beauticians are great others on the more novice side. They accommodated a large party on late notice and the prices were average. Overall I would visit again, but it wont be my go to place.

Was a nice place but not a good pedicure. Was so short. She barely did anything. 20 second scrub, 30 second massage (not exaggerating) didnt do cuticles. I could have paid $10 for someone to paint my nails cause that basically what i paid $30 for. I wont be back.

I got dip powder it was ok. The color wasn’t actually what I thought I was getting. Also when she was using the machine she cut my skin on many nails and one was bleeding. I told her and she just said sorry, I also told the girl in the front and she said sorry as well but I would have thought they would give me a deal on the nails since she made me bleed. I was also crazy expensive if you go make sure the color is what you want and that they don’t cut you.

I have been here a few times already and love it. I also take my 8yr old and my 12yr old and they love coming in here as well. My extremely picky 8yr old was sooo happy with her nails that she still shows them off. The nail techs go above and beyond to provide great service.

High priced BSI’m never happy with my nailsThen they have the NERVE to ask for a tip🤔I gave these people several chances to do my nails right. I shouldn’t have to keep going back. I pay about $62 for a full set. I’m charged “extra” bc they say my nails are long; but they are actually short (I can’t type with long nails😐) . The nails are always lumpy, uneven and not shaped consistently. They always start to lift up or crack in the middle right at the 7 day mark😒these “herbal” nails may last about 2 weeks if that, so unfortunately I won’t be going back. 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽I live in the area and that’s the only reason I kept going back. Totally NOT worth the money. They need to hire REAL experienced nail techs. ✌🏽

As a male, I always thought getting your feet done was for women only. Boy was I wrong. The place doesnt smell like the other dodgy salons and looks hip. Was welcomed with hot tea and enjoyed my time there. Will def go back.

Please Please Please consider the negative reviews. Although this salon is beautiful the service and skill of the nail techs is disappointing. After paying 54 dollars for a spa pedicure, I would think I would be able to leave the salon fully satisfied. However, my feet were still dry. When I asked the nail tech to remove the remaining dead skin on my heal which was minimal, her response was “next time.” When I expressed my disappointment to the manager, her response was “ I will talk to the tech have a good day.” Bottom line this spa is pretty but beyond that a TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY!!!

I have been coming here since August. I moved to AZ in June pretty sad that I was leaving my nail tech of 7 years. I tried 2 other shop and not happy. Then HERBAL NAILS I had a pedi it was really good so I came back to do my nails. At the time I was where gel tips. Nina did them but said I think you should try SNS next time. I did and love it.My nails took on another life the grow like crazy. And Ms Nina she is the absolute best. Everywhere I go I am asked where do you get your nails done. And I say HERBAL Nails call and ask for Nina.I ran into a friend that I suggested this to yesterday and she said she loved her nails and LOVED NINA.If you want a the best looking and healthy nails this is the place to go.Never been happier!!!!P.S. For extra pampering try a Jelly Pedi amazing!!!

This place is great if they actually honored the appointments they set. I’ve been to this location probably 7-8 times total, but yesterday was the last time I will ever go to this location.First, I called Monday morning (this review was written on a wednesday) when they opened to make an appointment for a SIMULTANEOUS mani/pedi because I only had so much time during lunch. That was the whole point of making an appointment in the first place! They said they could take me at noon, which was perfect. However, when I get there, they don’t actually start my pedicure until 12:19pm, so I had to do the basic pedicure since I wasted 19 minutes sitting around DESPITE HAVING AN APPOINTMENT. Not only that, they only did my pedicure, so I had to reschedule my manicure for the next day. When I come back the next day, it’s the same exact story. I had an appointment at noon and they left me sitting around. By 12:10pm I was done with their BS so I just walked out and I will never go back to this location.Btw, the other comments about the front desk girls being rude is totally accurate. I have dealt with three of them and they were all rude. Seriously, with so many nail places, go anywhere else. There is a Dutch Bros in the same parking lot so getting into the nail salon is a nightmare, and good luck finding parking if you come anytime during lunch.If you do go, make sure you see Vincent.
