My girlfriend and I went in for her appointment at 11am. We arrived 10 minutes early and she was seated right around 11. The lady that did her nails was also the lady that checked her in, she seemed to be the boss and was in charge of check ins, phone calls, and looking over the other nail techs. My girlfriend only wanted her acrylics taken off then a polish put on. Upon being seated her tech left and was answering phone calls and checking on other customers/techs, this happened at least every few minutes. It took over 40 min just to get the acrylics off because she kept leaving to do other things. My girlfriend and I didnt want to stay because it was taking too long, so she asked the tech to just finish taking the acrylics off so we could leave. She proceeded to complain that it was a waste of her time and other places wouldnt even take her if she just wanted the acrylics off. Highly unprofessional and so rude. Service was terrible and my girlfriend will never be returning. As a manager myself, customer service is the upmost priority and its sad to see that they didnt have the same priorities. Dont waste your time here!!

I went to this store for the first time and the last time I went together with my daughter, we did a pedicure and acrylic nails were super sore on her fingers from so much pressure that the girl did when she filed the nails of the hands and she started To have an allergy reaction, blisters began to appear around the nail with what is smibal, the next day a nail fell completely out of from nowhere. I admit that I liked the design on my nails is the only thing.. very expensive by the way..

We, my girls and I, always get top notch service here. Tina is our tech and will go to others as well. They are all very nice and do what you like. Just ask and chat. 👍

First time visiting and coming here.. I had high hopes since the establishment was nice, plenty of workers and when my boss called they said “they were available and the Rush was over“ ..well almost immediately, not only was their Rush not over, my boss had to wait almost an hour, and the nail stylist LENA was absolutely rude and partly aggressive. I could tell she talked about me the entire time and she made snide remarks.I warn you before you consider this establishment, you may want to rethink and go to another salon. A nail salon where they gladly want your business, they don’t sync to the immature level(s) of talking about their customers and another place where you feel Welcomed.If you do come here, due to circumstances please choose a different nail person other than LENA, she’s a young, immature, rude, Very unprofessional Nail person(I can’t call her a stylist).Happy nail hunting.

Very underwhelming pedicure. I got the classic spa pedicure. It was not the cheapest option, but also not the most expensive. I was looking for a good scrub on my feet and a relaxing massage. The scrub was pretty much non existent and the massage felt rushed. This was probably the worst pedicure Ive had. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

This place was amazing. I had a girl serve me named Sam and she was very sweet and I just had the simple medi and pedi. My best friend however had acrylic and she LOVED them the second time. She had to go back because they werent done right, but they immediately took her in for NO CHARGE and fixed them the way she wanted them. Thank you so much.

It’s my third time to this salon and I have to be honest; it will be MY LAST! The lady whom did my mani/pedi was rude and I’m sorry, but I’m pretty sure I’m paying her not the other way around.So, if you’re coming to this salon; make sure you come w thick skin! Can’t honestly say I would recommend this place! Oh and btw, you have to tip in CASH so if you don’t have any, they conveniently have an ATM in the salon hah!

The picture doesn’t do this place justice! Lily is my girl! She’s amazing and fast and she’s so friendly, I travel and I won’t go to anyone else but her. Every time I pick a picture out on Instagram she can duplicate it. She’s amazing! My nails were damage from acrylics and she treated them and now they’re naturally long and healthy. The prices are fair too. I love this salon, it’s beautiful and clean. Everyone there is sweet and friendly, it’s hard to find a good nail tech. I’ll always highly recommend.

Yesterday was my first time making an appointment, and I think its going to be my new go-to place. I walked in with a specific acrylic design that I wanted, and Danny completely exceeded my expectations! My nails look AMAZING, he definitely took his time and care with me. This place is definitely the spot if you have unique nail art that you have in mind. I will be coming back!

Tony was amazing. He paid super close attention to detail and fixed any minor mistake. He was as attentive to the quality of his work that I am when I do my own nails, which I really appreciate. Very particular about my nails I like them short and neat. I got dip nails, pedicure and gel polish on my feet $76. The quality of work is good the prices are a bit higher than Im used to paying prior to moving to Chandler however I will be returning my nails and feet are holding up really well for 2 weeks.

I absolutely love everyone that works here! My friend that works at the nearby Coffee Rush recommended them to me and Im still rocking my matte-gunmetal coffin nails! They also fixed my nail for free when it broke. Lovely people, fast and beautiful work, plus its close to my fav coffee place. Perfect

I’ve come to this place every now and then just to get a manicure. I recently got into acrylics and I was looking for something very specific and this place had it! I wanted butterflies and clear pink nails. I was super hesitant bc this is such a unique nail design I’ve ever asked before. And not only was it exactly how I wanted it, Cindy exceeded my expectations and my nails came out BETTER than I imagined them to be! totally worth the prices! And she took her time with all the details and shaping the nails. I’ve gone to other places that make it painful when it comes to acrylics but Cindy made it so painless during the shaping and buffing! TOTALLY recommend and trust them with unique nail art!!!!

Cindy is fantastic. I have been going here for years and i am always pleased with how my nails turn out. I love all the color options and designs they have available as well.

My sister in law and I went here today to get pedicures and did not like the experience at all. First, our nails didnt come out as expected, the paint job wasnt well done and the cut of the nails were a little crooked. The ladies doing our nails also didnt even do all of the steps that the pedicure required. There were other employees there that just looked annoyed the whole time.

Only put a star because I had to. dont come here unless you want to wait an hour before someone can help you, and do a mediocre job. I called ahead, they said yes come in! no wait! and I got there and sat 30 minutes before someone took me to a desk for my fill. they kept taking people who needed other services though! apparently only 2 people are talented enough to do acrylics. but barely. after sitting at the desk for another 30 minutes before someone got started on me, a man came and did my nails. and he did a terrible job. if I had the supplies I wouldve done them myself because Im pretty sure I couldve done a better job. will never go back.

I LOVE Natural Nails!!! I have been coming here to get my pedicure and manicure for years. The ownership is ahhhmazing, they take pride in their salon and make it very comfortable for guest. The staff is also very good and knowledgeable about new trends and styles. Cindy is the only one I allow to wax my eyebrows...I travel back and forth from California specifically for her eyebrow waxes. I would recommend this place to anyone, they will take care of you and have you feeling brand new when you leave.

Worst experience. I picked out from a sample they had at the front & when she started it was not resembling AT ALL what I picked out. When I pointed that out many of them where whispering & laughing. One of the gals mentioned it’s because they made the samples 9 yrs ago so it doesn’t look the same anymore & I had to deal with it bc that’s what I picked. I explained I wanted them much shorter & she said no that was a good length. She didn’t do the shape I wanted either. Not to mention my nails are all different length and shapes. She was very rude even though I was very polite the whole time. I hated my experience. Don’t recommend.

I find myself going to this place because its convenient as its in my neighborhood. Ive been burned here one too many times. I got acrylic tips and I guess the technician made them too thick. My fingers were sore. This was the second time I have ever gotten acrylic tips so I thought it was normal. When I went to get them removed from the same place, the technician was appalled on how thick they were and asked me where I got them. I was like well here. Maybe acrylic nails arent for me. I have gotten pedicures here 6 times and three of the six were very good. The other three were not so good. I work in steal toed boots to give you an idea of what shape my toes are in. Im a hard working chick with a lot of callous so Im usually OK with mediocre pedicures but I cant handle c league any more. Im finding another place.

I love that I can walk in without an appointme nt and get gel nails during the week with little or no wait. Ive never had a bad experience despite having different girls each time. My favorite mail tech is Sally. My nails are very strong,grow fast and I like to keep them long.

Do NOT recommend going here for ANY service. My mom is visiting and renting near by for the month of March in anticipation of my baby being born- her first grandchild. She wanted to do something nice for me and decided to get us pedicures and manicures. We went to this place because it is near where she is renting. (I usually go somewhere else and should have driven further to go there). We opted for the second tier pedicure (so not the least expensive) and it was disappointing. I am 9 months pregnant- so you can imagine I was really looking forward to the foot massage part. She literally just applied lotion on my legs. No rubbing/soothing/squeezing... it was the worst massage Ive ever had. Move onto nails- my nails were really long, at least a centimeter past the end of my fingers and strong (thanks to prenatals). She asked if I wanted them shorter and I said yes shorter and rounded. Next thing I know she is clipping them straight across without even consulting me on the length. I now have stubs- barely any nails and they are NOT rounded. She cut my cuticle which has not happened to me in probably over 5 years. Day two and my nailbed is still bleeding. All she said was ouch- that hurt... I know my nails will grow back but I am worried about infection being cut and pregnant. Im also sad because my mom wanted to do something nice for me and even though I tried to play it off as if everything was great my mom could tell I got poor service. She spent nearly $100 for us to have a nice afternoon and still tipped 20% because she is kind. I usually tip 30% at my other nail place. When my nails were almost done she asked me if I wanted my eyebrows done... No are you kidding? Ive already lost all my nails and some of my skin- I will never let you go near my face, or return for any service here ever. Also the paint job is horrible! Not covered in some areas and not even at all. I tried to attach pictures but can’t seem to do so. (Although I have on yelp) If you are vacationing and wanting to indulge and be pampered this is NOT the place to spend your hard earned money. Im not looking for the salon to reach out or offer me anything- I just wanted to warn others because their reviews are too generous for the service they provide.

LOVE THIS NAIL PLACE! I have been a loyal customer here for the last 6 years and they have always done an amazing job and been very friendly. I have never had my acrylics chip or break. I have been helped by most of the staff and have never had a negative experience. This is and always will be my go to nail place!

Good prices. However this was the most painful nail service I have experienced. The nail tech drilled my down so thin that they have already broken off. My polish is lumpy and uneven. Not to mention I had made a reservation for 12:30 during my lunch break which did not start until 12:45.

Just got a pedicure here and it was great! There was no wait. The atmosphere is very class, clean and nice. The pedicure massage chairs are AMAZING. My favorite part is they put real fruit in your pedicure water hahaha.

I’ve been going to this nail salon for awhile now and I’ve never really had a problem until now. Ive felt very uncomfortable these past couple of visits when I walk in as a paying customer, and because I look so young I get treated differently, as if I’m not being taken seriously. I recently got acrylic nails at this salon, after a week I broke one nail and went back to get it fixed. The male employee fixed my nail free of charge. Another week passed and I easily broke two more (I don’t do any vigorous work to cause them to brake) but when I came in to get them fixed this time I was very disappointed. A female employee tried to fix my nails but unfortunately one nail did not match my other nails, it was sticking up. I was charged $3.00 for the repair, unhappy I asked her to redo the nail. But even after I asked her to redo it I wasn’t completely satisfied. Also, when I was getting them fixed she was on her phone most of the time. I’m not really one to complain but this nail was horribly done. Not to mention when I pointed out how different the nail was compared to the others, another employee and a costumer were whispering to each other clearly talking about me. Their service is never consistent and neither are their nail techs, if you want to try this nail salon I suggest you request a male employee. (Speaking from past experience). I will not be returning to this nail salon again.

I love this nail spa! I was referred to the spa to see Cindy by a dear friend and client of mine about a year ago. In the beauty industry, referrals are everything. And I am very, VERY particular about my nails. The Natural Nail Spa team is everything she told me they would be. I feel at home at Natural Nail Spa and enjoy the professionalism and creativity of the team led by Cindy and Tom. You name it, they can do it. And always choose the top pedicure option on the menu. It is worth it!

Beautiful place, and very clean, BUT i regret going here. I came 6+ times hoping that maybe I the next visit would be better, but it wasnt. They made me wait 45 min and then took other people because they either were getting more services done making them more money or they forgot I was there first. I always get a fullset, and three of my visits I was charged extra because I wanted them shaped oval and apparently its an extra fee to shape them that way, my nails lasted only a week before lifting and I work in an office, so nothing rough on my hands. If you are willing to pay a lot they will treat you fine here, but for you guys and gals looking for a normal service, turn away.

I have gone there a total of three times. The first time I was pleased with my nails, but the woman did buff them a little too much. The second time I went we waited for 15 minutes without being acknowledged despite them being open, and a large group had left. The third time I went, today, I told the woman I wanted to keep my nails long and rounded at the ends. She didnt have to cut them, and even with a trim, my nail shape was fine. She even acknowledged that I wanted to keep the same shape. She started trimming my nails all the way to the tips of my fingers so they were very short, and then she clipped the SIDES of my nails. The are now triangular shaped, very small, and very unattractive. We spent almost 50 dollars for this service. I dont understand how they deem this to be acceptable. The only thing she did that I ASKED for was the color. And I would have said something had I been showed the nail shape. She started cutting my nails and by the time I saw it it was too late. Im also upset because it has taken me years to grow my nails to the length they were due to a nail biting issue. I am devasted to have short nails again when I told her I love my long nails. She did not listen to any of my requests. Another issue I have is that when she was buffing my pinkie nail, she kept going through it to the point of fluid from under my nail being exposed to the surface and I felt too uncomfortable to say anything. She dipped my injured pinkie in the SNS. She also cut my ring finger and my other pinkie finger and dropped a tool in the ground and still used all of them and put then back in her box with the other things. All in all, I think some of the women there are decent at doing nails, but their service is really bad and EXTREMELY unsanitary. My blood has been exposed to the SNS powder that they might use on you!

Customer service is not great. I came in and the wait was supposedly 20 minutes. So I wrote my name on the list and let them know I am waiting just not physically in the salon. I came back and they had filled their staff with other walk-in clients and said the wait would be 20 minutes again. Pretty ridiculous but I guess you have to just sit and wait at this place physically... Otherwise out of site out of mind. Basically if you call in and make an appointment or walk-in and make an appointment... You will be waiting. So just because of their lack of value for a clients time Im rating then as a two star.

Its hit or miss with this nail spa. Ive been using them for two years now and Ive decided that the miss was happening too often. Anywhere from getting my gel nails done and them flaking off within the first week to down right rude service and quality. The last straw was when nancy the nail tech did my gel nails and was having a real tough time removing the old gel nails polish. I could see that her tool was not quality and could have been the reason for the 30 minutes it tool to remove the old stuff. Then I had to listen to her complain about how difficult it was to take off and the salon that I used must have done it wrong.... like I listened to her complain for 30 minutes! Then her peer came over and suggested she use another tool. Amazing, it worked! The complaining wasnt over... Nancy through the pedicure and gel nails service also complained about the color I chose. She said I needed to go with a brighter color because of summer and that my darker brown was fall colors... It wasnt one time, it was at least 5 times she stated this and then actually didnt want to pain my finger nails with the color. She asked me to choose another color. She said that my selected color would not turn out right. I was sooooooo mad, I demanded that she just paint my nails! I should have left, honestly still dont know why I stayed. Perhaps it was the principle of it, that I was going to make her paint my nails the color she didnt like. To top off this entire ordeal. I was chatting with two of my girlfriends about the crazy experience a couple days after this happened. Would you believe they BOTH said, It wasnt Natural Nail Spa, was it? LOL!!! I Nearly fell off my chair in amazement. I will now use the place near my work and go on my lunch hour...
