Great service and very clean salon. I was able to walk-in in on a Saturday afternoon when other salons were busy and they took two of us for pedicures. We were in and out within 30 minutes and they did a perfect job! Covid precautions were taken with plastic barriers and hand washing.

Came for a girls day with my coworker and felt super pressured to get more than what I wanted.Just wanted gel mani but my tech tried to press me to get acrylics. Then when I refused I think it left a bad taste in her mouth because it was like she lost all interest.I was rushed to get my hands out of the UV light which caused my nails to start peeling between the layers. I have three fingers like this and its barely been a week😭

I made a last minute appointment here to get my eyelashes done because I was in a bind and I wish I never had. I got a full set of lashes which only took 45 minutes long which was great, but the quality is terrible! My eyes would not stop burning and tearing from the glue they used for almost a full hour after my appointment and the lashes on my right eye are glued to my eyelid and all clumped together with gobs of glue. My eye is completely swollen and irritated from this. I’m not sure how to get it fixed, but I’m never going here again. They might be good at manicures & pedicures, but eyelash extensions they are not!!

They rushed us in and out. My tech kept getting up to check people in and out and answer the phones so my nails took forever to get done. The tech doing my friends nails kept shaping them rounded and curved out like hooks even tho she wanted tapered square shape and got visibly angry when she kept telling her to fix the shape and that the nails were lumpy. When she was done my friend got up to wash her hands after and the tech moved her purse to my chair to seat another customer without wiping anything down between appointments. Barely gave either us time to dry our nails before ushering us out. Price listed at $30-40 for any set. Paid $60 for my plain black coffin shaped acrylic nails and $60 for my friends lumpy royal blue set definitely a rip off and not worth it

Ive been coming for a couple years now and Im always welcomed by the staff; very friendly. They always do a great job in taking care of me. The only thing I can complain about is the owner always asking for cash when most of the time I dont have enough and I might do my nails. Please dont turn away clients that can only pay with credit card, thank you.

Love everyone that works there. My go to is Gina, Julie and Katie. All very sweet and the best at there jobs. I will always will go back.

Not the fastest and the lady at the front desk doesn’t speak much, but our nail technician, Kim, did a great job on a full set of acrylic nails. She was very focused, yet polite. Acrylics with a coat of nail polish was $30.00.

I absolutely love Prestige Nails & Spa! It is the only nail salon I will go to to get my nails done! They have a vas selection of polishes, powders and dips. The customer service is top notch and recommend them all day long since I always get compliments on my nails! They are very personable and tentative and always have a smile. Once again I absolutely love this place!!! Best place in town!!!

Cathy does an amazing job on my pedicures! I had a terrible ingrown toe nail and she took care of it. Now I go every 6 weeks and I’m always very happy with the pedis!

Great new nail salon! Very modern, chic and clean inside. Techncian was friendly and very professional. She gave me exactly what I asked for, loving my nails! I got coffin shape acrylics and they are perfectly shaped and super thin but still strong. Definitely looking forward to returning for my fill.

I have tried 90% of the nail salons in the Chandler area and I finally feel like I have found my permanent place! Staff is very friendly and does a great job. They put a lot of extra effort into making you happy. Atmosphere is nice, good music and kept very clean. I recommend highly!!!

I absolutely love this place - what a gem! They have affordable nail art designs and I love how much time and care they give to my nails. Technician does an incredible job and making sure my nails are buffed and well-groomed. She literally spends an hour working on my hands.

I love this place. Ive been twice and have had a great experience both times. Staff is amazing, super meticulous and really takes her time making sure the nail is the perfect shape. A cuticle cut is included in the price, and maybe Ive been going to all the wrong places but thats not usually included.

I recently moved to the area, and cane in as a walk in. The service I received and the way I was treated definitely makes me want to come back! My nails look amazing! Though I didnt get anyones name it was an enjoyable service. I was laughing the whole time.. they are extremely polite and friendly. My service was not rushed and I left feeling great about the money spent. I will be back!

Got the piggies cliped. I think she did a good job.The foot massage was not worth what I paid for I.Will get a different girl next time . This is twice in a row I was not happy.

I have been consistently going to Prestige Nails for the last 3 years. They are welcoming, reasonable and they always take good care of me. FYI they also offer eyelashes and other services so check then out!

I gave this salon a try, after reading the reviews. I am so glad that I did. Being a nail tech myself, I am very picky. This is definitely my new nail spot. The salon is clean and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. A nice, relaxed atmosphere. It was flawless.

I like it. However, Ive been going there for 7 years since moving to AZ. I only go with an appt and have had only 2 ladies do my nails. The 2nd lady started when my first lady left. They have had a lot of turn over in 7 years, but if you find a regular that you like, its great. Owner is extra good to loyal customers. Owner has actually done a few repairs free for me when I dropped in with a nail😳 emergency. Shop prefers that you pay with cash to avoid credit card fees.

If youre looking for a salon that wont drill your nails to death this is it! This place is fantastic everyone is curious, professional salon is beautiful and relaxing.I will definitely be telling everyone I know about this place

This is a very nice establishment. They were very nice and extremely attentive. I have less than stellar feet and i usually get rude comments but they were amazing. I got the deluxe seaweed wrap treatment which was mazing!!! Definitely going back!💞💗

I love this place!! It is a little expensive but, considering other mani and pedis Ive got in other salons, this is the best so far.I always have a great rime there, the girls are always nice and do a great job.My nails stay fine for a week and that is hard for me. Totally recommended!!!I would definitely recommend this place. I will definitely be coming back!

I left in tears today after many years of coming here to get my feet and nails done. Now I will no longer support this business since they didnt support me. I asked them to please redo my gel pedi bc the nail polish came off after a week and they refused. They only fixed the single nail with a similar nail polish. They could have done the right thing by redoing the pedicure this one time but chose to lose a great client who brought in many other customers.

Prestige Nails is awesome.I walked in at 10:30 on Saturday, had a short wait and was seated upstairs. I paid for the classic pedicure that included a timed foot and leg massage that was way better than most places.

I have previously gone to other nail salons in Chandler and I was strongly displeased at the results. When I went into Prestige Nails I was nervous to see the outcome. She was amazing!!! She took the time to fix my nails that were done at another shop and transformed them into a picture straight off of Pinterest! I have now found a permanent place to get my nails done!

I went there for Mothers day today and my daughter complained that the lady doing her finger nails kept talking on the phone and walking away causing it to take forever to do her nails. My daughter was also annoyed with the fact that the lady when moving onto the other hand would hit the nail and mess it up and then tell my daughter that she needed to be more careful. Also the job she did on her nails wasnt very good at all.

Ive gotten pedicures before and I liked them. But this time I got a pedicure and manicure by Cathy. She cut me twice that I knew of while I was there, with the nippers. By the time I got home I counted all of the cuts there was eight cuts around my fingers. More than disappointed, I will be going to a different place next time. I had gel underneath my fingernails and around my nails. She also missed doing top coat on parts of my nails for my gel manicure.

I got my nails done here 4 days ago. I spent $28 plus $6 tip for a gel manicure. I wanted a gel manicure because they are meant to last about a month and I have a fancy event this weekend. The finished product was a little gloppy but the lady was nice and I liked the color. Only later did I see how poor a job it actually was. Its been four days and the polish is already peeling away on almost every single nail. She painted OVER my cuticle which is bad for the heath of my cuticles and nails over all and is causing the polish to lift up. $35 down the drain for a garbage job I have to go get fixed. Would NOT recommend.

I needed to get a pedicure ASAP. I called last minute and they were able to accommodate my cousin and I. Tuan did a fantastic job with my nails and Julie did a great French pedicure for my cousinI will be back

I have been going here for over a year. Cathy is amazing! I have ingrown toenails and she removed them so gently and it never hurts and my toes always look and feel amazing. She’s seriously amazing and always takes good care of me.

Worst experience at a nail salon in my life. My wife likes for me to keep my hands clean so I go every so often to get them cleaned up and buffed. My first time coming to this place and the woman I deal with did a horrible job, took maybe 5 min of her time, then when I go to pay $15 for the manicure she says $20. I said it says on the board manicure is $15. She tells me the buff was $5 extra. Not only is that total bs but even if this place charges that, she never made me aware. So I paid and walked out. I’m disputing the charge with my bank because I signed nothing and got horrible service. Don’t come here unless you want a bad job by a person with an attitude who plans to rip you off.

Ive been going to this place a long time, it use to be much better. The last few times my designs have been very poor even when I show simple flower with actual pic and say just like that. I leave irritated that it never looks the way I want... it did not use to be that way, super frustrating.

They were very friendly but they rushed me in and out full set is marked at $30 I got to the register and she said $70 I get the extra $10 because I got diamonds on one finger. I asked why $70 she said because you got long nails! So I was charged an extra $30 for long nails this is horrible I was never told I’m being charged $30 for longer nails

Took an hour and a half on pedi and less than 10 minutes on mani. Pedi looks nice but nail tech kept walking away, doing who knows what. Mani looks atrocious. Cuticles not cut. I’m a new mom and rarely get the time away to do something like this. Very disappointing.

I have gone to Prestige nails for over 8 years. They hired several new people over the past 6 months. 6 months ago, I had my nails done by a male worker. I got fungus under my nails. I went back to complain and the mgmt did my nails. Again, they had this same worker do my nails recently. I AGAIN got fungus under my nails. My first clue was that he packed cotton to keep the drill bit in place. My avg. amount spent each month is $60+. I cant believe I am the only person who has ended up with fungus from this employee. When I showed it this second time, the mgmt said - oh, its from not cleaning... game over. First time, shame on them. Second time, shame on me.
