My name is Lisa Hills. I was referred by my primary dentist to come to Chandler Implants and Periodontics for a second opinion regarding some recession I had by my upper and lower gums. I had graft surgery on my upper and lower gums by Dr. Johnston and I couldn’t rave enough regarding his incredible skills!! Dr. Johnston did a phenomenal job on my gums. I went to my primary dentist and hygienist for my 6 month check up and both of them were astonished how well Dr. Johnston did on my grafts and commented how they couldn’t even see my grafts and how natural my grafts appeared. Dr. Johnston not only is an incredible doctor, but he has an incredible team. Every member of his staff made me feel comfortable, remembered little details regarding my life and made all of my appointments memorable. I wouldn’t go anywhere else! First off, let me just say what an upscale and positive environment awaits you at Chandler Dentistry. The staff is very courteous and professional. Dr. Carlos is top notch, he really knows his stuff. I would recommend him to anyone of any age. Theres also a large flat-screen TV to entertain you/your kids while waiting. Highly, highly recommend!

My rating is Excellent but if the scale went higher, Id go higher. Why? Because Dr. Carlos is not your typical dentist (Ive had many over the decades). To me, he is an exceptional dentist and Im glad to be able to tell others that a dentist like this exists. Why?1: Because every single time Ive used him, he has demonstrated that he cares about my dental health, not only now but longer term; hes interested in things being done right for me like I was a member of his family.2. Because hes been clear in communicating what I need-need NOW. His advice was not as an authority (do what I say) but as a dental friend--one that respects my process by giving me clear information and supporting me to do whats best for me. I think Im also saying that Dr. Carlos takes a conservative approach, which other dentists have not taken for me.3: Said a different way, he explains things in simple terms so I can understand them. My mind needs to understand things so I feel justified spending the money for the procedure.4: Because after numerous dental procedures with him these last two years, I can say that his skill level is really exceptional, i.e., my post procedure experience has been great (Im thinking that his past intense dental clinic experiences trained him well).I personally think that Dr. Carlos is a great dentist and a few of my friends that I told about him--who are using him now--love him too.PS: Personally I havent needed to use him yet for anything cosmetic or implant, but when I do, surely Id consider him. I recommend that you meet him and evaluate him for yourself. Also, even if you live 45 or more minutes away from his office (like me), I think that youd find driving to him well worth it.

IV been a patient for 2 years. He is amazing and very caring . He has given me my self esteem back due to an abusive relationship. I highly recommend him. His staff is great especially Shelly she always answers the phone very friendly. And I am very comfortable here considering I was afraid of dentists. He was the only place open Friday before Christmas and I have a huge fear of the dentist and he was so rude. He wasn’t sympathetic or understanding at all and instead was annoyed that I was scared. I wasn’t freaking out and stopping him from doing his work I just silently had tears running down my cheeks. He raised his voice at me when I tried to tell him something was hurting. He just comes in, rushed doing the job and hurry’s and leaves. No telling you what he’s doing or is going to do, nothing.He did the job. I appreciate that. But I won’t be going back there to made to feel dumb and uncomfortable. Don’t take your kids here!!

Dr Carlos and his team are awesome. I started going to Dr Carlos in August 2015, and since I had bad experience with other dentists I immediately felt at ease. Dr Carlos is very patient and explains everything to you. He is also very caring and kind. His staff is so professional but also very friendly and caring. Shelley is his secretary and she is so nice and takes the time to check on you after I had surgery and that made me happy. Angel you are awesome to. I highly recommend Dr Carlos. Could not be happier with the services provided by Dr. Pham and his staff. When comparing with the previous dentist used his services excelled in every way. I could easily see the care that he and all of his staff gave to me. He is very patient in taking the time to explain what is happening even though I could see that his office was filled with patients. Truthfully, Im a wimp when it comes to going to a dentist office, because I dont like the nerves and pain involved, but I have to say that the equipment used caused little discomfort. This was a pleasant surprise. Will highly recommend, and all of my family and my familys family will be switching to his services.

Chandler Cosmetic Dentistry is terrific! Every time I go there, the staff makes me feel very welcome. The office is clean, professional, and a fun environment to be a part of. There are TVs mounted in the patient rooms, and this allows you to enjoy movies or television during your cleaning. Last time I went in, I was lucky enough to get to watch one of my favorite movies, while the dental work was being completed. Dr. Rogel Carlos is awesome! I had an emergency situation with a crown that fell out. I called Chandler cosmetic dentistry office and they were able to get me in within one hour. When I arrived the service was excellent. They were able to fix my crown and provide me with a discount since I had no dental coverage. I definitely will come back.

This man has changed my life. I have worn dentures for 40 years. Because of the accident that caused this, I have never had bone in my lower front gum. That meant I am not a candidate for mini implants or any other kind. Over the years, I have been able to eat less and less and what I do eat is well mixed with denture adhesive. I single handedly supported fixodent company! I have options--all of them costing in the $25,000 plus range. Dr Carlos admitted that I am not a candidate for mini implant, but he saw some patches of bone that might support them. He would have to go off protocol and it wouldnt be a textbook perfect case. It might not even work, but he was willing to try. No one else was in our lawsuit happy society. It took 4 months of try ins, etc to get things where he wanted them to be, but we did the procedure a couple of weeks ago. I can already eat! It still hurts a little, but I am eating things already that I havent been able to eat in decades-- and with no adhesive! . The only unhappy note is that I was not paying attention to the look during all of those try ins and I never noticed we were making uppers with normal size teeth in my baby size mouth. When I smile, I am all teeth. I consider this my fault, but at our follow up, I mentioned it to Dr Carlos. He is a cosmetic dentist, and he put my old ones in (they have baby size teeth). He agreed that the old ones look much better and immediately had a mold made to redo the uppers--at his expense--as if it were HIS mistake. His entire staff goes out of their way to make me feel comfortable, his office waiting room is furnished with very comfy recliners---there is just nothing I can find wrong here! AND, he is also the only dentist who has been successful in treating my stroke survivor husband. He is just special.

Dr. Carlos is amazing!!! He is concerned about making your teeth healthy again. He was fast and efficient. He listened and answered any questions that I had. You can watch Netflix during your procedure.. which really helped with my anxiety. They are like seriously the cleaniest office i have been too. They clean each room after each patient. They even wipe down the xray vest. Just top notch.

I found Dr. Chau Pham by accident through a Groupon. He bought the practice from the dentist who was offering the groupons and his staff told me that he would probably honor the price (which he did) of the groupon without me having to purchase it. When I went to my free consult, he asked me what made me think I needed an implant on tooth #19. I explained that 2 endodontists and 2 other dentists told me it needed to be pulled and have an implant placed. He told me he wanted to try to save it and that it is always best if you can keep your natural teeth. He wrote 2 treatment plans, one for a build up and crown and the other for an implant. The day I began treatment, he took off my old crown and I could smell the decay and thought there was no way I would be able to keep this tooth. You can imagine my elation when after cleaning it up, he said he could restore it! He spent a lot of time on the buildup and making adjustments on the computer for the cerec crown. He had to go below the gumline, and it was a difficult tooth to make. He admitted to me that most dentists would not try to save the tooth because for the amount of time they would spend on it, it wasnt worth it to them monetarily. Dr. Pham, however, is not most dentists. He truly practices the Golden Rule and wants to do what is best for the patient. During my visit, I learned that Dr. Pham teaches at Midwestern. I am sure his students love him as I watched the way he worked with his assistant on the computer as she worked on my crown. He was so kind and patient. Dr. Pham is great to be around and a genuinely happy person. It is such a pleasure to write a review for such a respectable and honest dentist. His office staff is great too. I can tell they enjoy working with him.

I have known the Carlos family for over three decades now.Dr. Rogel Carlos I daresay had nary a thought about Dentistry when I first got to know him. But he was, even then, athletic (with excellent motor skills), intelligent, diligent and personable, all qualities that, with proper training, make a fine Dentist.I am pleased to report that in conjunction with his professional training and continuing education, his personal life experiences have instilled in him a Caring Attitude toward his patients that I daresay is a rarity and well worth the drive to Chandler (I happen to live in North Phoenix, where there are Dentists -- and friends -- aplenty).The bonus is that his office is equipped with State-of-the-Art equipment, and he is assisted by young women who are just as pleasant personality-wise as they are to the eyes.My children actually look forward to a Dental visit with Uncle Oski.I am equally satisfied with the results. My advice would be for one to go and visit Dr. Carlos office, if only to view before-and-after photos that might spur ones imagination into wanting a better smile.
