Today I came to do my full mouth X-rays, exam and cleaning. The assistant that had done my X-rays was GREAT, she was very sweet and was very gentle. After the X-rays were finished the doctor came in to do the exam and he is the best, he explained everything so I can understand what I needed. I felt no pain the entire appointment. The Chandler office is AMAZING and clean. The entire staff was very friendly. I’m so happy I found an office that I love. I 100% recommend coming to this office, you won’t regret it!

I would not recommend this establishment. Some of their staff are not trained thoroughly (according to the office manager) but they are allowed to interact directly with new/existing patients.I made an appointment and was ill informed by their staff because they have “assistant workers” who work in the front but they have no real training to deal with patients directly (this was told to me by the office manager). I gave all of my information and specifically asked about pricing. The young lady making my appointment did not ask anyone and proceeded to tell me, “I don’t know but insurance should cover it.” Upon arriving to my appointment, the two assistants at the front desk were loudly voicing their concerns regarding an appointment and whether or not they should cancel it. It was later confirmed by the office manager that they were in fact talking about my appointment. As they are discussing this in front of me, they never voiced these concerns directly to me so I was none the wiser about what was going on.After getting my X-rays done they told me someone would come to talk to me about the billing. While waiting for the person to come, one of the dentist came back and started numbing my mouth. Once someone came back to talk to me about billing they told me my appointment was in fact not covered by insurance and no one voiced this until AFTER my appointment ended although I specifically asked before even confirming my appointment. I then left because it was too much and payed $65 for the X-rays while I did not even receive a general cleaning.I called later to speak to the office manager about my appointment and she knew more about my appointment than I told her because the information was shared with her. I asked if there was a way to be refunded or compensated for my appointment considering I was ill informed and mislead by the staff, along with leaving with a numb mouth despite having nothing else done, she told me no “because they already did the X-rays,” but I did not make an appointment for just X-rays.Still waiting to talk to someone else about this as it only happened yesterday.

This place is a joke. They are never on time, plan on waiting at least 30-40 minutes. Have you seen their equipment?! Broken knobs, out dated equipment, oh, and the dental chairs and the chairs the dental assistant sits on is all ripped up or broken!! Talk about GETTO!!!Every time I go there there’s someone new. No one stays there longer then 4 months even the Drs don’t last!! That speaks volume!!! I’m going to a private practice!!! Where the office is beautiful, the equipment looks brand new, the patient chairs have no rips or tears and the staff have been working there for more than five years!!! People don’t waste your time!! This is obviously a company that does not care at all!!!

Very bad service !!!! ....muy mal servicio !!!!!!!!!!!...I spent 2 hours in a chair for nothing !!!!....My appointment was at 10.30am....I waited 30 minutes for anesthesia and 1.30 hours more for nothing, Dr miller came and said to me, in 2 minutes Ill come back and she never returned....I decided to stand up and leave this dental Disintegrated Health with the worst service.

I showed up 15 min before my appointment because I knew I would have to fill out paperwork, my appointment was as at 10. At 1030 they finally call me back . The girl sits me in the “first room “ ( the rooms have no doors ), the gentleman checking out wasn’t wearing a mask and he was maybe 5 feet from “ my room “ . Then she began to do my xrays . About the third one I had to ask her if she was going to put the X-ray vest on me . She then apologized for forgetting to put it on me ( I don’t understand how you forget something like that ) . At this point we’re done with the X-rays ( did I mention she had to have someone come and assist her ) and I’m waiting to see the dentist . A lady walks in and gets put into the room next to me . She doesn’t even wait 5 min and the dentist is in her room working on her . At this point I have been then over an hour . I finally say something as to why someone who just walked in is being seen before me and it’s now over an hour since my appointment time . They schedule me for some work for the following week. I decide that I want to get a second opinion because the X-rays were blurry so how do you know what your actually seeing . And when I call to cancel, the lady put my appointment in on the wrong day ! DO NOT GO HERE !

The entire office has been so helpful and caring with all of my dental procedures. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Dr. Zeng has really been kind and patient with me and I really appreciate that. Thanks Westwind 😊

Scheduled an appointment 3 days in a row even though it says it supports walk ins. Wasted my time only to be told to ‘try again tomorrow’. Dont waste your time.

I was an employee at this dental office and it was a terrible experience I advise everyone to find a new dentist. The dentistry is not honest, there were several times where I had to use unsanitary X-ray kits & instruments! These people are just money hungry and use/abuse their employees! I highly advise everyone to find a new office!!

Everyone in the office (Receptionist, Dental Hygienist, and Doctor) was friendly, courteous, and professional! I received excellent care at my first visit!! I took my brother for his X-rays and exam and he received the same excellent, respectful, and compassionate service!!Denise

Stop looking NOW! I was in extreme pain. I have NEVER had a toothache and hope never to have one again. I looked for a dentist on an emergency basis for this appt. After many hours I found and made several appt. Westwind happen to be one of only 3 places I could find. They happen to fit me in on a late Saturday AM. ( I cancelled the other appt after arriving & being seen here) WOW, this place is incredible. The staff very pleasant, really nice and empathized with me not that fake baby talk either. Yes, I waited but that is expected. Everyone here was really pleasant and everyone there acknowledged me even if they were not going to attend to my mouth. There was the receptionist really nice welcoming, there was a tall black lady not sure what her role was radiologist /dentist or dental assistant/ She was extra nice and tried joking around with me but I was in so much pain. I did appreciate her extra efforts thought. They had good music playing, which helped to distract from my pain, the people were amazing and very nice, the place clean, looked like they had a few dentist there. All of them when they made eye contact with me were really nice. This was my 1st visit and I hope all my dental work & next visit turns out just as well. The emergency visit was a total of $$2.00. Yes, you read that correctly $2.00!, only !! I did get a reasonable estimate for my root canal work. I will seek a 2nd opinion only because I always do. But I will return here for the work. This place doesnt make you feel like a dollar sign on an assembly line. If you know what I mean! Loved it & I hate the dentist, as most do.deserve 6 stars Nothing to complain about!! I have had 3 visits so far and still have a few more to go. My cleaning was first and Dieu did a Great job! Dr. Zeng and Dr. Fehmi were fast and thorough talked me thru all of the procedures did a Great job. Assistants Leah and Margarita did an AWESOME job with all the final touches. And of course cant forget Brenna she has been helping me from day one totally understanding and pretty easy to talk to and I get the info I need. EVERYONE HAS BEEN TOTALLY AWESOME....Thanks guys. Keep it up!!!!

I went here today and i was scared like over time mountains. This place helped calm me down and make me feel good. I am very mucb a person that is fearful of dentists. The doctor is super cool and her helpers and front desk staff are pretty sweet. See you guys in the future 💗

Was recommended to go here by a friend. Had appt on in January 2020. No dental hygienist employed there. Had my teeth cleaned supposedly by the dentist and the dental assistant. They did a horrible job. The dental x-ray machine was taped together with what appeared to be packaging tape. My initial reaction upon waking in was to leave immediately!! Google this dentist, youll find that he was brought before the dental board for a pretty scary thing. Unfortunately my past dentist does not take my insurance anymore. He is a top notch dentist in Chandler, Az. I would not recommend that anyone go to DC dental.

I have had considerable work done at this office, and I am satisfied after each visit. Dr. Larson gives me his undivided attention and and takes the time to ensure his work is done correctly. I appreciate his professionalism and integrity. Kudos also to the support staff: scheduler/insurance specialist, Grace; and Guillermo, the primary dental assistant.

Set up an appointment on January 15th. When I arrived for my appointment on February 19th, the office door was closed and the lights were off. The call center told me they were closed on that date. When I called today to ask for an explanation, they said it was a computer mistake and they are working through it. They were aware of the issue but made no effort to call the customers to let them know the office was closed. If zero stars was an option, that is what they would receive.

This is the best dental office ever! My doctor is very gentle and care about his patients. Also, the staff is extremely helpful and they are willing to work with all types of insurances. Yes, I have been referring all of my family members to DC dental and they also love this place. I would strongly recommend DC dental to those who want quality dental care at affordable prices!!!

I had a pleasant experience with this office. Staff seemed to be on top of everything that was going on, I was attended with an urgency that flattered me, the doctor was very explicit prior to the procedure with what they were going to be doing. The doctor made me feel comfortable while I was getting my treatment done and that usually never happens to me. This place is highly recommended.

I had to bring my daughter to DC Dental. I had exellent service today. Dr. Chang, Regina and the receptionist Stephanie are all amazing! They have been working with me to get all my kids dental work done before the end of the month because thats when my insurance ends. The office is nice and clean also. They made my daughters dental experience great. She had two root canals and did not even hurt. I will continue to bring my kids and myself here from now on out....

I went there to get my teeth cleaned. Really nice experience! The office was clean. The people were really nice. I loved the doctor. Im happy to find a dentist Im comfortable with. :-)

Great first experience! No need to wait they took me in right at my scheduled time and thats a plus. Dr. Chaffee is very nice and outgoing took time to answer all my questions. It is obvious that he and his staff are always looking forward and are proactive in all aspects. Absolutely would recommend to everyone!

Dr Lee was the first one to offer an way to fix my front teeth. She did an EXCELLENT job at a great cost. It only took 2 visits! No pain, very pleasant and the staff is great as well. I have a fear of pain and especially dentists. I also hate going to dentists as they always seem to increase the costs of your service. Here I received a treatment plan, they verified costs and coverage with my insurance, and they provided service that exceeded my expectations. I actually had tears in my eyes, that after so many years I found a dentist that was able to quickly fix my smile! THANK YOU!

Horrible service. Walked out on my appointment after being there 2 Hours and ONLY getting x-rays done, then get told I will have to reschedule for another day because after 2 hours of sitting around I had to leave. A basic cleaning should never take this long.Guess they think people have their whole days to waste at a dental office. And I NEVER leave reviews so that should tell you something!

Dr Zargar is an excellent dentist. Everything was done well. Got some good advice on how to take care of my teeth.

Its been a pleasure working with the doctors and assistants at DC Dental. They made sure I was thoroughly taken care of and were very courteous. Coming from a single mother of two, it is very hard for me to find the time and money for preventative dental care, but they really worked with me to ensure that my needs were met. I will be coming back!

Dr. Larson was great! He made my experience of getting my wisdom teeth removed A LOT better than what I thought it would be. Even though I was in pain it helped that he was nice and caring the whole time! Thank you Dr!!

Was able to get an immediate appointment. The staff was very helpful and professional, and the Dentist very gentle.

Rude and unprofessional. Advertise a price and then charge double and claim it to be an older promotion yet its a advertised on their window for years. Wont release X-rays unless you pay them a $25 fee and wait 2 weeks. They want you to go through double the radiation instead of helping they are helping to hurt you. I guess its all about the money with them.

I would not recommend anyone here and i myself will not be going there anymore. The dentist had no idea about what was going on with my problem. And did not give any good explanation on how to recover it and what are the causes of my pain.

Wow! I will NEVER go back to this dental office. The office was filthy, there was a dirty band aid on the floor. The equipment was dirty and falling apart. The woman taking my x-rays seemed confused and didnt appear to know what she was doing. She was pulling up her pants with the gloves, walking out of the office and then coming back in using the same gloves while she was putting the ex-ray slides in my mouth. I have never had trouble with x-rays before. The doctor came in and was very disinterested and short. I didnt even stay for my cleaning. Not a comfortable situation. I excused myself and the lady at the desk told me that she would call me in a couple hours to let me know about my treatment plan because her computer wasnt working. I never did get a phone call. What a terrible experience. They need to have training on cleanliness and germs.

Horrible experience at this dentist. Went in for a root canal and two months later, it still has not been completed because the dentist do not know what is going on. Very unorganized and no communication between the dentists. I do not recommend this dentist at all.

Came in on 7/23/14 for a consult on new dentures. Started the process on 7/31/14. Did not receive my dentures until 10/9/14. So lets start out with a few of the events - DC Dentals website says dentures starting at $499. My first quote was $2000. When I questioned it, I was told it is a better quality and has a 5 year guarantee. Then I was told because I dont have insurance they can do it for $1600. However, I dont have anything in writing to support this. Still false advertisement. The next thing is the door says open M - F 9 - 6. Definitely not true. They are only open Wed. and Thurs. Which explains why my dentures took so long to make. Now from the wax try-in, I voiced my concern that the bottoms were too loose. I was told by the dentist not to worry about it because she can put in a permanent soft alignment at the office. So I agreed to get them made. When they came in, they were still loose. I was told to try them and if needed come back. Again, I was reassured that if the bottoms were still too loose, and they were, she could do a permanent soft alignment. Unfortunately, I couldnt even wear them and now had to wait another week to come in. The high spot on the uppers were taken care of and I said I wanted to go ahead with the alignment on the lower denture. She said they had to call it in and they would give me a call. Puzzled, I waited for a call. When I received it I was told that for the permanent soft alignment it was going to cost me an additional $300+ and they needed to be sent to the lab. I expressed my disappointment and said that I would have never agreed to have the permanent ones made until they fit right. I was reassured from my dentist that she could fix the lower plate was why I finally agreed to have the permanents made. I was told this was a corporate decision and they couldnt do anything for me. I asked to contact Corporate again and tell them my position and what I was led to believe. As of 10/30/14, no results! I am extremely disappointed. How can you be told one thing over and over again and then dont back it? So now I put alot of Poligrip on and still struggle eating. Right or wrong - if a dentist tells you something, I would at least think corporate would support them. As of now, I would not recommend DC Dental Group. The only good thing I have to say about my experience is the staff is very pleasant. So here is my question - What then does the 5 year guarantee cover? Evidently not fitting right isnt one of the items!

HORRIBLE PLACE! Do not go here!Worst experience ever. I took my son here for x-rays and cleaning that wer supposed to be followed by fillings. First off my son went in and they took two hours on him. I thought they were doing xrays and cleaning but when we were in the car headed home he told me that they only did xrays and absolutely nothing else. I went back and asked why they didnt do exam or cleaning and they didnt know how to answer that. The staff looked at eachother and nobody knew why it was not done. One said oh sorry we can set you for another appointment another day i refused and asked for my money back. They refused to give me my money back and when i asked to speak to a supervisor they said i could either go back another day for a second appointment or that i could leave and go to another dentist. I left and did not and will NOT return to finish the cleaning, much less the fillings. Absolutely the worst, most dysfunctional office i have ever been in! Do not waste your money here! Staff is rude and unprofessional. This place should be shut down. Management should be embarrassed.
