Ive been going to this location for nearly 2 years. I use on-line check-in. Always able to get in for a haircut with minimal wait. Every stylist Ive used has been friendly and well-trained. Always a positive experience.

Unprofessional (dont even expect minimum sense) behavior by one particular spanish lady...not sure how she got hired...at first place...Manager..if you are reading this..either teach her how to talk and behave with customers...or just replace...I have been a long customer to this location...and you lost one today...for ever...

I came in a little nervous cause it’s always hard to trust someone new with you hair especially when you are trying to grow it out like I am. Well Kim made those nerves go away the second I was in her chair. She made sure I was comfortable with the length taken off before cutting and was able to fix the mess that is my hair and did a beautiful job doing it. I would highly recommend her to anyone because this is probably one of the best haircuts I have had in a long time. I will definetly be back. Thank you so much you made my Monday, Kim. : )

I went in for a haircut and color, did the online check-in for those services. When I got there the lady who was going to do my haircut said she didnt want to color my hair, and then spent a whopping 7 minutes cutting a straight line across the bottom of my hair. My boyfriends haircuts take longer than that... She complained about the virus and people being out in public and jobs getting outsourced for half the very short time I was in the seat. Not at all worth the $20 I paid.

I received a haircut from Kim (I believe) and she was excellent! It was just a trim but she noticed an issue with the original cut that was causing a weird “hole” and fixed it! I will definitely come back here. Plus it’s so close to my favorite Frys it’s a perfect stop before/after shopping.

I just phoned to book for a haircut. There website says if you’re not booking for today to phone for future bookings. I phoned and they said they don’t take appointments. Maybe they should look at their website.

Overall, the entire staff was very friendly and outgoing. Sarah did my hair and she is amazing. I came in needing my hair fixed. Sarah was friendly, caring and knew exactly what she was doing! She fixed my hair, and cut it PERFECTLY. I left the salon with a smile on my face and confidence. Needless to say, I will be back every time I need my hair done!

The stylist was good but this place doesn’t take competitor coupons. I checked with another Supercuts store before walking into this one and assumed all the super cuts take coupons, but not this one. The stylist wanted to help but this is the franchise owners policy. Will never go backReply to response from owner: You say there is no policy about not accepting competitor coupons in your reply. Clearly competitor coupon was not honored on 31st Dec. Not sure what you mean. Anyway I would rather go to supercuts on Gilbert rd where they accept competitor coupons. Thanks

Just a jair cut for my 6 year old, stylist was friendly and nice she did a good job, my son and I were pleased.

For anyone looking to get a great haircut for a decent price, I would look into this location. I got my haircut and colored by Brooke, and I had such an amazing experience! I definitely will be returning!

You would think when you show them a picture from the book they would be able to replicate it. Especially when it tells them what blades to use. I have my engagement pictures on monday and she butchered my hair. (Sara) Ashely was the best stylist but now shes gone and i will NEVER go back.

Fantastic place, ask for Myra she is by far the best stylus that is at the location she is well-versed with African American hair along with many other hairstyles making her a true asset to the location whenever we come here we are service quickly and the customer service is fantastic

Walked in at ten till five. Two employees and one customer in a chair. The employee standing there looks at her watch, then at the other employee starting a haircut. I joking asked if she had time to cut my hair. She said her husband was driving over for a haircut and I would have to wait until the other customer was done.....really. needless to say I left and will not be back.
