Great stylist that strive to give you the cut you want. They listen to your requests. Always friendly!. Love the sign in system and being able to look at the app and see how long of a wait.. able to get yourself an appointment on the app (the whole check in process). Comfortable waiting and watching rooms! I won’t go anywhere else now. No matter where in the country I am I just click on the app and i am on my way to a first class treatment!

I was a loyal client of great clips for 11 years... during this whole covid nonsense I felt like Great Clips cared more dumb masks than being friendly and greeting people with courtesy rather than barking orders.So I tried for clips for the first time and it is the greatest... you get a massage hot towel wrap scalp scrub and sports to watch. Liz over on Arizona Avenue is spectacular, everyone is super friendly and theyre not mask Nazis. I will be a sport clips customer for life

I always get a quality haircut and a good conversation. The hot towel and scalp massage is a nice touch. I went to a different location than usual, but Tori was awesome and made me feel totally comfortable, and gave me a great cut.

Susan was wonderful. Best haircut Ive had in a very long time. She listened to what I wanted, and cut it just right. Although I didnt have time for the MVP, I highly recommend it, and will get it again in the future.

Taken my son (and daughters) her numerous times. Showed up today and they had 1.5-2 hr wait. So, I checked in at 2:23 and we left. After 2 hrs, no text, nothing, so we went back. Told that we were automatically texted and it must have gone to a different number on our account. Told we were purged at 3:53 and would have to check in again and wait another 1+ hours. Went home and checked in with my husband and he also had received no text. Won’t be returning - apparently they aren’t in need of business.

In town for a few days of rest and relaxation. Took a chance on a haircut nearby (normally I use the same barber back home in Houston), and it was great! Jo was fast, personable, and (best of all) she gave me a great hair cut! Fast, friendly service all around. Well done!

All the workers are extremely professional. They do amazing work on every tiny hair. Another thing is they go above and beyond to make my experience an excellent one. This is the first time I have visited a Sports Clips. I am an ex Mug customer which moved to the Chandler area. I found Sports Clips via Google maps and I am extremely pleased by my first visit. Liz took care of me, she went above and beyond to make my first experience an excellent one. My hair is extremely thick she took the time to ensure it was cut properly. I will definitely be coming back again.

I don’t remember the lady’s name (the pregnant one), but she did an amazing job and I will definitely be going back again and only requesting her.

First time at this location. I had Maria cut my hair. She was delightful and I would definitely come back again to see her.

My usual location I visit is in Gilbert off the 202, and this is where I had my most recent experience. Sports clips is my usual destination for hair cuts, and in my past experiences, I have always had fantastic service. Good hair cuts and nice associates that always were respectful and kind. Today, was different than usual. I was greeted by Courtney who gave a near-to-none enthusiastic hi welcome in. She asked me if I had checked in and she said she could do my hair immediately. After being seated, I was asked So are we doing the two on the sides and three on top? Now heres the thing. Im a guy; I dont keep track of the numbers on top because I have other stuff going on: so naturally i respond with: Well I didnt want it that short on top this time, so maybe a 3 and a half? She looked at me and said, No. You dont want a 3 and a half. I was immediately confused. I just looked at her puzzled not sure what to say because it made me feel uncomfortable and that it was a confrontational tone. I said, I think I want it this length... and pointed at my hair about halfway. She said oh yea thats not a 3 and a half, a 3 and a half would be a buzz cut. I said, But you told me 2 on the sides and 3 on the top was last time so I just trusted what you said. She said, No thats a buzz cut, I said 2 on the sides to a 3 on the top. At this point Im very uncomfortable and not sure if I should just leave. I decide to just sit and let it get done. Courtney then says in a really aggressive tone, You know, I wish I would just cut all of your guys hair exactly the way you say you want it. Like I had this guy tell me 2 on top and 3 on the sides and I was like, NO. I didnt say anything because I was uncomfortable. She then said, But you know, I wouldnt have a job then and smirks. The rest of the 15 minute haircut was done in silence. I awkwardly tried to break the silence by talking, but she didnt wanna talk much. So at the end, I walked out of Sports Clips not sure if Im ever going to come back. Horrible and rude experience and very non professional.

The haircut was perfect, offered head massage and hair wash. The only downfall was that what you see online as a wait time and the actual wait time when you are there is off by about two or three people. I saw plenty of people come in and see the wait time from the board inside and they would leave disheveled and dismayed.The staff was super friendly and balanced the line of being chatty and being not too pushy. I enjoyed it, and will come back for my next haircut.

The wait can be long so we got checked in over the internet before we showed up which helped a ton. Manager was very nice unlike other locations we have visited. Earlier in Scottsdale we were ignored for 15 minutes then told it was an hour-and-a-half wait. Got my sons haircut at this location, in Chandler, and was nervous as he has longer hair but the manager did a very good job. So we will be returning to see her for future cuts 😁

One of the best Sports Clips I have been too. Over the years of going here, they have only had one hiccup and the manager addressed it quickly. Love the people who work here and love getting my hair cut here. My son goes with me and they take care of him as well and this is the only place he trusts now with his hair. Would give it more stars if I could!

I went day after Christmas and the place had a long wait-list. I had logged online and reached at appointment time. The technician seemed in a hurry to get done and gave me an uneven haircut on thesides. On pointing it out, she decided to ignore it. The cashier however waived my haircut fee.Maybe I went on busy day and selected the wrong technician.

The staff here amazing, Ashley and Andrea are the ones I usually see and do a really great job at making you sure you leave looking and feeling fresh. Thank you!

Paige has been great for years

I like the convenience and price and we really like Savannah. She is who cuts my sons hair every time we go. My husband also goes to her We make sure she is working when we go and like checking in online. She knows their hair and they are always super happy with their haircuts When she is out she refers us and so far we have always been happy.

Megan is fantastic! She always gives me a great cut, and treats me like Im Customer of the Week! Theres always a great game on that I can watch while getting the perfect haircut! They carry all the products I need to keep my hair AND my beard in great condition!

All the girls are great here. Ive been coming to this location for several years. I just saw a negative review on Alyssa and funny enough she just finished cutting my hair. My hair is dark, course and hard to fade so Alyssa was thorough, professional and patient. She did a great job just as all the girls here do every time.

Sport Clips provides a great atmosphere and I always receive efficient and friendly service. This time I took first available stylist and was lucky to get Liz King. She provided an excellent hair cut and conversation.

The stylist dis not cut my hair as requested

This was my first visit to this location after recently moving down the street. Ashley was my stylist and was personable, interactive and gave an amazing cut and scalp massage. I’m very picky about how my hair looks and have found my permanent place now.

It is really difficult for me to write this recommendation. Gabby was my stylist this time. The problem is that I dont really know the vocabulary of the types of cuts. Apparently, my file had a type in it, but it wasnt really what I wanted. After about 20 minutes if cutting, Gabby and I were able to understand the type of cut I wanted. She cut the sides but neglected to cut the top and front. I just accepted what she did, gave her a nice tip, and left rather unsatisfied that she didnt really know what I wanted.Now I feel that I really cant go back to this location because of this so-so recommendation. In her defense, I am not young (Im almost 67 but most people think that Im 45-50). She likely does very well with people close to her own age.My last 2 cuts were excellent. Unfortunately, I travel to Europe and Asia, and am usually away from AZ for 3-4 months at a time. Ive just forgotten who did my last 2 cuts. If I had known that, then I would have scheduled an appt with one of the last 2 stylists.Gabby is certainly very good at what she can do. It just wasnt really good for me this time. Perhaps the next time it might be betterI hope my comments wont be accepted as bad criticism.If course I am available to discuss anything that I have written. Best haircut Ive received in AZ so far, and Im a 26-year native. The stylist was attentive, and asked me plenty of questions to make sure she got what I wanted. Apart from that the haircut she gave was also fantastic. Ive been to two other barber shops since moving to Chandler, and the barbers there were either unattentive and didnt seem to care (Vs Barbershop) or massively unprofessional (Country Clipper). This place was just right. Highly recommended, though keep in mind they do try pretty hard to upsell you.

We went here for over a year. Always enjoyed taking my kids to here, but my last visit the staff told me I would be paying extra for my daughter since they only specialize in mens cuts. They seem impatient with me since I asked when that changed. Oh well, my last time here.

This is where I take my boys for their haircuts. You can check in online to shorten the wait. The ladies do a good job and are friendly. I wish I didnt have to say no to new product being offered every time though.

Ive been using the same hair stylist Nikki Badger since I moved to Arizona. Great haircut and conversation. I dont even have to tell her what I want. I just sit down and conversate. With the stress of everyday life its nice to have one less stress to worry about.

I have been going here since we moved to this area back in 2008. I love that they offer a season pass and they keep it on record so I do not have to worry about it. All the stylists here do a great job every time.

Had a bad experience at Sports Clip. I am really sad because I have been using their services since a year. I checked in online and showed up and waited for my dresser for about an hour. When my number came dresser did not even called for my name and skipped to next person. When I asked I was told that when you came here, you did not check in. I was told it does not matter if you check in online, when you are here you have to check in again.I am trying not to say this but experiences like these say there is discrimination in this country.

First time trying Sport clips. Wait said 24 mins when I sat down. It got to 8 mins and went back up to 21 mins. The whole time I was there 2 stylist stood around chatting while 1 did the cuts. Guess break time is in front of the customers. Plus $19 for a cut thats $14 at the competition. Wont be back.
