My son and I have been going to Sports Clips for over 16 years. The reason is that the staff have always been friendly, accepting and supportive on cutting my son’s hair. He has special needs and is non verbal. If it wasn’t for Desiree in the beginning by getting him comfortable in getting his haircut and by having him “help” her vacuum up the hair, he probably wouldn’t enjoy the his time at Sports Clips. Today, it’s now Adri, who constantly talks to him and treats him like he is a he only one getting his haircut that day. When she finishes “spiking” his hair when she”s done; he is all smiles and looking forward to pointing out that he got a haircut to anyone the rest of the day.

Sydney provided a great MVP experience! She is very friendly and extremely professional. It is hard to believe that she is relatively new to cutting hair because I received my best haircut yet from her! I am more that happy to admit that she has a new reoccurring customer in me and will be getting my business from this day forward!

Was my first time at this location. Jordan was my Stylist. She was very quick and efficient. Asked what i liked and made adjustments to what i didnt. Highly recommend this place and also recommend upgrading to the MVP. Great prices with service to match! Last thing, download and check in with the Sports Clips app. You can choose the location you want, check in and it will give you an estimated ETA for you to arrive and be seen.

Definitely worth the few extra dollars for the fantastic service they provide, hot towel treatment and hair wash is a great way to finish it off. Adri is superb and did a fantastic job understanding what style I wanted and then providing me with an excellent haircut. Will definitely be going back!

I have actually been a customer of probably 5 different Sport Clips shops. Thats because I was chasing my favorite stylist from location to location. Finally I have my favorite Adri who is at the Germann Rd. location. She is always so nice and friendly every time. She gets my haircut done just the way I like it every time. She never forgets my military discount either. Her great personality is contagious.

Always fast, friendly, and precise. The extra cost is worth it for the VIP treatment if youve had a long week. Most of the time your last haircut will be on file from last visit so a quick revisit of what you got cut last time is all you need. Love the atmosphere of this place as well.

This was my first visit to a AZ Sports Clips. I was fortunate to have Danele cut my hair and she did a great job. I would like to thank Danele for the sacrifices she and her family has made to support her husband serving in the Air Force. Danele I will be back soon and will request you. The wait time was short, perhaps 10-12 minutes. The cut was perfect (and I do not often say that about hair cuts). The price for a cut was also right in the ballpark.My stylist was Adri. I could tell immediately that she was not a novice but a well trained stylist with many years of practiceI SHALL RETURN!

First time using this location and had a great experience and great haircut. Were able to match what I was looking for with the right length and all. Had a special running for shampoo and massage that day for same normal price. Would recommend to anyone looking for a good cut.

The employees will put in their order to Chipotle before they start a unenthusiastic conversation with the customer. The haircut was adequate. Nothing I would rave or recommend to anyone about. Meh.

Excellent service and personalized, you get walked through every step and offered all the perks but not in a persisting way but a nice way. I like the MVP (is a great differentiation) and that I can check-in from my mobile. The fact that they keep track of my previous hair cuts is very convenient too.

My stylist Raquel was very friendly and did a great job. It was my first time at this location but its very cool. They have an easy computer check-in and then incorporate the baseball sports theme on a scoreboard showing the first names of customers waiting and whos on-deck (next). Very cool. I will probably visit again.

We had 2 ladies cut our 3 boys hair. A lady from Illinois and another lady who arrived shortly after we got there. They were both really nice and did a great job!

This company has no respect for a customers time...There is no check-in online option so I called ahead and was told the wait was ~20-25min. and I arrive just minutes later to find out the wait is actually 45min. I looked around at the crowded lobby where there werent enough chairs and others were actually standing! Walked out and dont plan on returning. If they are going to charge a premium for a mens haircut ($19+) compared to other salons, then they need to also have a reasonable wait time or at least a method of checking the wait time online before wasting a trip. I was able to go elsewhere and get a great haircut at a better price and was out the door before my appointment here even began.Also going to say that the extras you can get with the MVP treatment are just as silly as the name. They charge you several extra dollars to have a hot towel slapped on your face and a lame massage tool placed on your shoulders for a few seconds. The profit they are making from this is insane!

I would highly recommend coming here if youre looking to get a consistently high quality haircut every time.

Walked in and checked in original wait was 20 minutes sat there waiting for 15 minutes and the was getting skipped and after already waiting 15 minutes my new wait was 25 minute wait.

So if you’re unfamiliar with Sports Clips, then here goes; The sexist company offers a variety of mostly barber style cuts by 100% female stylists wearing attire designed to draw the eye of nearly 100% male clientele (go figure). Because they’re bursting at the seems with male customers they attempt to give a sense of time efficiency by allowing guests to add themselves to an automated scheduling system that the employees don’t really seem to understand. Either way you seem to blow about an hour of your day on a haircut that frankly is mediocre at best, over priced, and loaded with the potential for up selling that’ll break the bank. Honestly guys, I’d recommend finding that old-school-favorite, real barber spot where a guy, or a girl, can give you that great cut. Sports Clips is a big data driven monster playing on known, well studied human characteristics. Makes me sick just thinkin about it. How about this; Sexist Clips. Ya!

It is a great place to get your hair cut or even get you beard trimmed, You can get a mvp haircut which does cost a little extra but I would highly recommend it because it gives you the full experience. No matter who you get a haircut by you will get a great cut, I can guarantee it.

24$ haircut was definitely not worth it! I dont know about the other stylist but courtney made me regret choosing sportsclips. She seemed as if she had a bad day and was annoyed at me being there for a hair cut, never felt like I was bothering so much someone just by sitting there before in my life! She also scratched my ear and didnt apologize.. didnt think she deserved a tip but thier systems basiclly force you to pay one.. I highly doubt Ill return!!!
