Im glad I found this spot! Myles was quick, efficient, friendly, and did a great job taming an overdue and overgrown cut. I had high expectations coming from a long-time barber haunt in North Seattle that I frequented, and this place fits the bill.Its a chain/franchise, sure... but an independent one that definitely does NOT give you SuperCuts vibes. Quality is key here and the little touches really add up in a business like this.As an aside, they do take walk-ins I hear, but Id suggest doing an online appointment. It makes everyones life easier.

I gave a picture of what I wanted for my child and explained what I was looking for. The woman parted my sons hair to nearly the middle of his head and then in her apology told me sorry we have different eyes and I can get my manager. Then her and her manager come walking out giggling. So disrespectful. There are many better barbers/salons to choose from. A tiny bit of empathy could have changed the situation entirely.

My husband has been here since we moved to Chandler, their service is super friendly and fast. My son got a haircut too a couple of months ago with Miles I believe and he was super patient and good with kids, my son was so relaxed, he was almost falling asleep and he got the haircut we wanted. Friendly staff at front desk and good music. The decor is on point too. Masks are worn all the time which is good.

Cynthia did a great job cutting my hair. I came in with a plan, but she suggested a much better plan that resulted in me leaving with an improved appearance that I am quite happy with. The ambiance of the facility is relaxed and comfortable, with the music of a bygone era being plumbed in at a satisfying volume. Cynthia regaled me with stories of her home, keeping me occupied for the entire duration of the cut while she worked rapidly to remove all unnecessary keratitis growth that has gone untendered for a few weeks too many. The haircut and stories were over far too soon as I could have sat there for many hours enjoying this fantastic experience.

I drove out 50 minutes there today to go get a haircut from them and I’m utterly embarrassed. My haircut was cut way too short, by far the worst cut I’ve ever had. Staff very nice and friendly but little to no skill when it comes to cutting hair. I asked for my hair to be cut in the middle of my chin and it was cut to my eyebrow and very uneven. I litterally can’t even go outside anymore because I’m so embarrassed of this haircut. Safe to say I’ll never be making a trip down there again.

What a fun place to get your hair done! Brought my son who is 9 years old to get his hair tamed, as he has been inherited a huge afro between me and his dad. John Paul was his hair stylist and took the time to give him a great cut and engage in conversation with him. The setting is very edgy and Industrial with decoupage images of all kinds of music artists all over the walls. Blasts great music over their speakers and very friendly service. I have already recomended one of my friends to go there because of the awesome experience we had!

After relocating back home to Chandler after a 5 year work related hiatus, Ive been looking for someone that can accurately cut my hair the way I like it. In the last 2 years, Ive tried roughly 6 different hair stylists with less than stellar results. My hair is straight, short over the ears and gray Today, I had the pleasure of meeting Shiela B. She was friendly, professional and cut my hair exactly as I wanted it. I will definitely return for my next cut. Great job Sheila!

I love getting my haircut here. Place is cool, staff are all nice, and Sheila, is an amazing hairstylist. First time I got my cut with her, people noticed and complimented my hair. Shes a pleasure to talk to, smart, and shes quick. She also takes pride in her work. Case in point, just recently I told her I dont need the shampoo cause Im going home after and take a shower. She still styled my hair as if Im going out cause thats who she is. The only con, is that its a bit hard to get an appointment cause shes that good and everybody wants her to cut their hair.

For the first time I decided to try something new and color my hair, I went in and Renee was the one who assisted me. I showed her what I wanted and when i tell you she is absolutely bomb at what she does, that is not an exaggeration! She made the process extremely smooth, was wonderful to speak with, and went above and beyond to make sure I had a great first experience with color! I am going to be 40 years old in less than a month. That being said, Sheila B. (Chandler) is by far the best stylist I have ever visited. She has been the only person to cut/style my hair since the first cut well over a year ago. I also took my son and he now refuses to let anyone else cut his hair. She does amazing dyes/styles as well. Everything from vibrant blue to purples. The Chandler location is great in itself.... but Sheila is exceptional. 5 stars

Today was the first time Ive visited this shop. Im trying to grow my hair out after shaving it for ten years and I was getting shaggy-looking. Jackie V. was awesome! I havent had hair in so long that I really didnt know what to do while it grows out. She was super nice, knowledgeable, and gave great suggestions and tips. Ill definitely be back and have her help me through this growing out process! The shop has neat decor and great music. Jackie V. has a new regular client and Im happy to recommend her and the shop.

The barbers are great and the place has a good laid back atmosphere. Service is wonderful. Only problem is that its extremely expensive even for a basic cut. Last time I went I paid over 35 dollars just for a pretty basic cut (I have long hair) and shampooing, which is a bit too much for my tastes, even though they did a good job

I’ve been going to Floyd’s for a year now. A close friend of mine recommended to me a hairstylist who works here. Her name is Renee and she’s awesome! I’ve become acquainted with some of the other hairstylists who work here as well. The atmosphere is inviting and the staff represent this atmosphere excellently. They are thorough in their work. Apparently mid length cuts are hair length past the ear now instead of the shoulder like their website says. They also dont inform you of this before they cut your hair. Got ripped of today. Edit: in response to the owner comment their app which is how i scheduled the appointment does not say that.

I haven’t been to Floyd’s but I want to share how great Lisa D. is. She was cutting my husbands hair for years before moving to Arizona and he always came home looking great! Lisa truly knows how to make her clients feel comfortable and relaxed. We miss her very much and highly recommend her! Floyd’s is lucky to have her.

I finally found someone to give me a great haircut. I moved to AZ about 6 months ago and have been on a search. I tried other Floyds locations but they always managed to jack up a fade. I even tried other barbershops with the same jacked up results. Ive been getting a fade for close to 30 years now. I dont believe a fade is a hard haircut to do but for 6 months Ive managed to find all the people who jack it up. Today I got my haircut from Todd S. at the Chandler location and FINALLY got a great cut. Todd S was professional and knew exactly how I wanted my hair cut. When he was done he asked me to look it over and asked if I wanted anything changed or do e differently. This is the service Ive been looking for. Ill definitely be back. Thanks Todd.

Renee was wonderful. She spent over 3 hours working with my ruined, dead hair and made me look like an actual adult again. My hair has never felt better and she made me feel relaxed the whole time. The shop itself is a really fun environment and the staff were all very friendly and helpful.

I come here for the barber who I met at Floyd’s. I’ve been going here for the last year and feel the company as a whole has been focusing on quantity over quality. There are great barbers at this location but feel corporate is the downfall here.

So disappointed in how little flexibility they gave in time. I completely understand being prompt and how appointments work but Ive only started going to Floyds and this is about my 4th trip back and not once have i gotten in at my scheduled time. Usually about 10+ minutes and one time close to 30 minutes after my appointment. And not once did I complain. I even thought I found the right Barber in Myles but I was 9 minutes late - 7:39pm for a 7:30pm and he wouldnt budge. Ive never had any cuts from them take more than 40 minutes so I felt that I would not interfere the last appointment he must have had that I was posing to delay. The double standard is frustrating... ok for them not to make the appointment times but no way can we be a little late.

Renee is one of the most patient, knowledgeable hair stylists I’ve ever come across. I have a difficult dome to work with and she has always been kind while expertly removing my “homeless chic” look. I will continue entrust my hair to this consummate professional till the end of my days (or she retires 😁)

I went to Floyds and had the best hair cut and beard trim I have ever had. Kate B. Was my stylist and she did a very thorough job and did exactly what I asked for. The cleanest fade from any barbershop I have been in the valley. Its also important not to skip the hair wash. A hot towel over the face and someone else washing your hair is an experience in itself.

Went in for a haircut and beard trim, and was VERY nervous about the beard trim, as every attempt at maintaining my wispy man mane on my own ended with shaving off the wreckage of my poor beard.Courtney P took it in stride, and gently transformed me from Grizzly Bear to Grizzly Adams while giving me a solid cut that goes from meeting room to mosh pit with classic cool.Also, stock up on Reuzel products while youre there to keep that new cut smell!

I always have Brittany cut my hair. The main reason is because she consistently does it right. I really like knowing that I can walk out of there satisfied with my hair cut. I like the style of the place with rock music. But let’s be honest if your a guy you should go to a barbershop and this is consistently the best place to go. If you can get in with Brittany I recommend giving her a try.

Overall great vibe and a good place to get your haircut. Better atmosphere than most places but stylists are basically the same you get at any franchise hair place except more expensive because of the cool atmosphere. Overall it was a good haircut but Ill be going back to the barbershop to ensure I get a tight fade and tapered neck line.

This last time I had my hair cut by Ashley who did a great job cutting my hair, was friendly, and even gave me some great tips on how to keep my hair looking fresh. She was very personable and took time to make sure every detail was right. I highly highly recommend this place. I got a 0 taper with a 2 all the way up to the part a line up and a trim up top. When I get the stylist Myles D. I get a good cut and a good talk he is very friendly and good at what he does not once had he messed up my hair.. when I get anyone else they always cut my hair too short or just mess it up I ask for the same haircut every time and something different always turns up, it’s ridiculously busy too so make an appointment with Myles he deserves a raise! (Only reason this gets two stars is because I have respect for Myles)

Haircuts are a big deal! I went over a month without one as my last stylist bailed on me and tried to find a new one. I walked in and was greeted amazingly as a first time client. Sarah U was my stylist and I told her what I wanted and without hesitation knocked it out of the park. Fade was awesome and product she used worked as well! Inexperienced shave. Nice people. Simply a novice not understanding how to truly shave a mans beard with a straight razor, which you MUST pull up at various places and then shave down to create a smooth and completely clean shave, and not simply shave down, which does not work nor provide a clean smooth shave.
