It’s the arrogance for me. My family and I are new residents of Arizona and have yet to find a barber home for our son. I googled a barbershop and found this one. Fresh off a 7 hour flight, I came straight to this shop to bring my 7 year old Son for a haircut. The place looked clean but it was in a salon booth rental flea market set up in which you had to search for the door number. When I found it, there was a man in the chair but no one else waiting. By the looks the barber gave me, I felt that I should speak up cause he sure didn’t. That’s when he proceeded to say that he was booked and that he only takes appointments. I said understandable, but I wish it said that on the website so that I could have choose another option and he proceeded to argue with me that it does... Google says “make an appointment with me” not “Appointments Only” and his arrogance was so pungent that even if he was able to get my Son in, I would have declined. If the google pictures are accurate, he does great work, but his attitude, argumentativeness, and judging attitude ruined it for me. He made me feel that if I came in looking like money, my treatment would have went a little different. Oh well, he lost a well paying high tipping long term potential customer, but according to him he’s always booked so I’m sure he could care less.

Very good at what he does but not very professional. He continually stops to watch TV, eat and check his phone. It took him two hours to cut my sons hair because of this.

Murt has been cutting me and my kids hair for several years and has been nothing but courteous to every customer ive seen him with! Its great because he does it by appointments instead of waiting in the room for hours to get a cut, and does a great job! Well deserved 5 stars!Deon Cayce

Go see the Barber Murt for that fresh cut. Lines are sharp and even get that Bigen done when I have a important meeting. Always on point and love that he does his cuts by appointment so I am guaranteed to be in and out on time.
