The other day I called your company and asked you to send a technician to look why my A/C was not performing optimally. He arrived on time and started the diagnoses. The filters needed to be replaced. “There was inadequate maintenance”, he explained. “If you allow filters and air conditioning coils to become dirty, the air conditioner will not work properly, and the compressor or fans are likely to fail prematurely”. The A/C is now performing perfectly and I have entered into a contract with Joyce Refrigeration Heating & Air for routine maintenance.
