Nice people, quick unloading, use gate to entry on S Duncan street to make nice backing to dock!!! Not from Clark street otherwise hard U turn inside yard!!! Thank you to Receiving Department !!!

They discriminated against me in the hiring process based on my disability even though I was fully qualified for the position. I wouldnt work for them now if they TRIED hiring me because I refuse to work for corporate entities that discriminate. A law suit will be filed in due time.

Gate 3 unloading is simple and quick.

Driver treatment is sub standard, unless you are A regular

Strict appt only, at a time when driver shortage is common, these people decide to detain the few that still want to work avoid this shipper, lets see what they can do with a real shortage of trucks

Shipping receiving personal not helpful at all. Like they don’t wanna see you. We’re here to Pickup or Deliver you production come on people. I don’t know will their management read this comment. But your employee needs to learn some respect for the drivers. Remember your business is going only because of truck drivers out there.

Takes a extra long time to unload and get your paperwork signed, 2+ hours in the dock.

CAT is at the back of the building. No signs indicating so. Coming here regular so familiar. Only offload from one dock (5). Strict with appointment. Can’t stay overnight but there is a plaza where trucks can park. Usually in and out within the hour.

Really Nice, Distribution Center. The People That Work There Are Great.

Building is not well marked or easy to find. Compared to other businesses this building is almost purposefully hiding.Caterpillar its a huge name brand and could possibly help the locals, who many dont even know of its existence in Champaign, feel more pride in the community and help try to keep local jobs.
