I just called about my appointment, and the lady that answered my phone call was nice helpful and very professional. I dont know why so many bad reviews. I see some drivers are very so much in a hurry. But this is trucking. I can tell lot of these drivers are new drivers cause back in the 80s we didnt have this luxury. So relax check in and let everyone do there job. Its called patience.i have never delivered here and Im sure Im going to have to wait but I know trucking. So you all be blessed and have a wonderful day. Thank God you have a job many dont have that right now......

1. They treat us like actual people, which is nice.2. They expect adults to behave like adults, and not kindergartens.3. They care about our safety.4. They pay really good and have tons of OT for even more $$.5. They do hold people to standards, which is nice bc it weeds out folks that dont wanna be here.6. They give good extra pay and extra bonus for you to make even more $$.

This is a pretty swell place to work! Excellent pay for hourly employees and pretty decent schedules too. If you enjoy making money, there is plenty of opportunity to make a whole lot by working available overtime!

It’s very bad place for the owner operators to delivery in this place it’s sane we care for those guys are still in the hours from the drivers you’re not gonna get paid for the attention hours Take me seven hours to get a load

I have worked here for over 2 years and I still enjoy coming in every day. Its a very fast paced job but we all get along well and help each other complete the job!

Slow loaders....long time on doors come here early leave 5hours late. Don’t pay detention... Cancel load if u can ASAP I did

Great Management, Staff, Trainers and great pay, benefits and Insurance . Best warehousing work around . Very big with new standups . People are very friendly and helpful when you need it most.

Ive worked a few places in my days, but I havent worked anywhere that had a boss that cares as much as this place. They are strict as all get out, but they are fair. Ms. Tabatha has very high standards but that should be expected of adults at work. Most of the people I have seen complain about this place are the people who decided getting stoned or heading to the club was more important than making that dollar. They miss too much and point out then bounce and run they mouths. Well, youre a grown man or woman, accept some personal responsibility and show up, do your job, and dont cheat or lie; youll make more here than anywhere else. I made more when I did weekend shifts zoomin on the lift than I did breaking my back, heart, and soul for the Big Yellow Slave Driver in Decatur, and thats whats up!

They do not know how to load evenly, perhaps you will have an advantage on the axel, and you will have to return, reload

Don’t book a load with US express logistics first of all. Because they will lay to you about window about your pickup from 2:30 till 5pm. That’s a lay. In Kraft system I was late and 12h later I was loaded. Now I will be late for delivery!!!

8:30 am apt for pick uparrived at 7 got a dockout by 9am

Notice for my fellow truckers!! reject any live loads out of this place.black lady in the shipping office rude as fack.my appointment was for 1300 and its already 1730 and still not loaded.I checked in at 1030am.if you end up here make sure you bring lunch and dinner. they will kill your hours of service. good luck!!!!!

This is my spot been here more than a handful of times ladies in the office are always awesome. The ladies and gentlemen in the security guard shack are awesome never have an issue coming here. I can walk my dog never an issue.

Do not come here if you want to be out at a reasonable time. I got here at 1:30 pm for a 3 pm appointment. At 7:30 pm they still hadn’t started loading. At 9:30 pm dispatch cancelled the load. They finally started loading me around 9:00 pm when dispatch decided to cancel load. So I went in and told them take it off I’m leaving to go somewhere else to load because we aren’t sitting on the load all weekend. Then they called me and said oh well your load is done but you didn’t wait for me to tell you that. Told them I don’t care if it’s done now they’ve cancelled the load. Take it off. Now. I’m going elsewhere to load. They said oh we’ll get to it when we can. Told them you need to unload it now. You’ve wasted 9 1/2 hours of my time. They hung up on me.

It is just the worst. They forget to unlock you even though you are good to go.

I love working here great place to work good hours and great pay.

!!!Need change security quards !!!-very slow works,I was 1st in lane and spent around 20 min on check in,when I ask where I need to go(I was first time here)-received answer-this is far from here, look for door 51(shipping/receiving),check out was the same-10min in lane and 15min near window.....
