Limited days and hours of operation (9am to 12:30pm & 1:30pm to 5pm. Open Monday and Thursday). Nice workers and small but clean space.

I didn’t realize I had to bring my form with me, as I thought forms would me there. The woman made me go away and print my form somewhere else. I had to rush home and print my form and rush back before she closed for lunch. She was not very friendly. She had no one in the waiting room. She did, however, have a PRINTER sitting next to her doing nothing. This is 2017. She could have offered to have me email her the form so she could print it for me. It would have taken 10 seconds and cost 5 cents for the paper.
