The folks at Kleen Rite did a great job. They got out old stains others have missed. Cleaners were. Dry professional and knowledgeable. They also cleaned out my dryer vent!

I was extremely happy with the results of my carpet cleaning and tile floors cleaning and sealing. The area rugs came out great. We did have several spots on carpet and rugs that were really bad and they look brand new again. Staff were great to work with and everything was complete as promised. I would recommend and will use again in the future when needed.

Arrived during appointment window. Got a call ahead of time to say they were on their way. walked through all rooms/areas to discuss anything needing extra attentions like pet stains. Carpets cleaned and look great.

They did an excellent job cleaning our furniture. The guys were professional and respectful of our new carpet when cleaning the furniture. They laid down walking runners and had on boot covers to keep our new carpet clean. The office communication was great and the gentleman arrived on time and did excellent work. I will use them for any future cleaning needs.

In addition to our carpets being cleaned, we also had a chair cleaned and Scotchgard applied. The technicians were thorough and took care with the furniture that was left in the rooms being cleaned.

I am so impressed with this company! Their customer service is outstanding and the repairman was very knowledgeable and professional. The amount of gunk that came out of the ducts/vents was astounding! On top of that, another company wanted to charge me more than double of what KleenRite quoted!

I started out needing some very dirty tile floors cleaned in a large room and they did an exceptional job. They came out and tested a couple of spots so they could be sure they were equipped on the day they were to do the whole room. Not only did they show up on time, but I threw them a curve because of another mess that occurred in the past couple days and the owner Damon, actually came out on Sunday to examine the affected areas.He quickly made a plan and assessed the scope of work and estimated cost, (which was very reasonable). Under the circumstances I needed it done immediately and he figured out how to do it. If you need something done professionally and efficiently you need to call Kleen Rite and you absolutely get what you pay for.

KleenRite defines customer service! They came to my residence, gave me a fair estimate on cleaning 2 area rugs. They picked up the rugs, gave me an expectation on the time of completion, finished the rugs ahead of time and then delivered the rugs to the residence to which we moved. The rugs are as good as new. I really don’t know how I could have asked for more.

Horrible experience with this company. I just moved into my apartment and Kleenrite came to clean the carpet, costing me $120 out of my apartments security deposit. I was happy for them to clean it given my apartment smelled horrible and musky/mildew-y from the previous tenant, but they were extremely ineffective and unprofessional. My first issue with them is that 3 of their employees entered my apartment without a mask on. It is impossible to socially distance in my small 1 bedroom apartment, so I found this unacceptable during COVID19 pandemic, especially considering that they were cleaning every single apartment in my building (and maybe other buildings) that day, so who knows if they experienced contact with the virus and have now exposed me and my pet to it.The next problem I had with them is that they were ineffective at cleaning the carpet. They sprayed some chemicals a few times and then only proceeded to clean the carpet for ~30 seconds. The carpet was hardly damp after they left, and to my dismay, still smelled horrible. Definitely not worth the cost.Since it still smelled bad, I called my leasing company for an additional deodorization cleaning, not realizing they would send the same cleaning company for it. The next day Kleenrite came back to my apartment, only to barge in during the evening without knocking. Again, none of their employees took proper precautions or wore masks, and were extremely unprofessional. One of the workers asked if We didnt do well enough the first time, to which I replied that the musky carpet smell was still obviously there and that they had only cleaned it for 30 seconds. The worker claimed the carpet only took 30 seconds to clean, but if that were truly the case and they were as effective as they thought, why did it still smell so awful?Overall I would not recommend this company if you have any say in who cleans your carpets. They are extremely unprofessional and careless. I will speaking to my leasing company tomorrow to inform them of Kleenrites poor quality and lack of safety precautions, and I hope they will reconsider who they hire to clean their buildings carpets.

Kleenrite has been great for cleaning carpets in our rental units. Their promptness of service, quality of work, and price made me a repeat customer. However, be wary of their services relating to area rugs.Today I took four area rugs to Kleenrite for an annual cleaning. I called them first, described the rugs, and was quoted a price for cleaning ($140 to clean four 5 x 7 inexpensive area rugs). I usually get two quotes, and oddly, I got the exact same quote ($140/4) from another highly rated rug cleaner, Mr. Drummond. I stuck with Kleenrite out of loyalty.My husband and I found a fifth 5 x 7 area rug in the basement that we had never even used in this house, but we threw it in the car, too, just to have all our rugs clean. At Kleenrite I asked Candy, the friendly and very helpful receptionist, if they would clean 5 rugs for $175 since the deal was 4 rugs for $140. She said OK.As soon as my husband and I had loaded the rugs into the cleaning area at Kleenrite, the lady who does the actual cleaning (Darla) came into the bay and started remarking caustically about each rug as she unrolled it. She was in a terrible mood and just kept saying nasty, negative things. I laughingly said that one of the rugs was pretty dirty (it isnt really THAT dirty -- its only 4 months old -- but she was so heavy and negative I had to say something stupid). I was trying to make a joke about myself, but the lady (Darla) started saying the most insulting and serious things like Im going to have to soak this rug. This smells like animals. Im going to have to soak it. I think the word urine was thrown out somewhere. There is no urine. There are no dogs. I have only one outdoor cat that never even goes near that rug. And what does any of the dirt or smell have to do with cleaning it? Like I said, the rug was not inordinately dirty and I have one civilized cat. And, I mean, I was taking the rugs to be cleaned. Should I have pre-cleaned them for Kleenrite? Darla was humiliating.OK, then she moved on to the next rug Its made out of cotton! That is tricky to clean! I cant clean that for the price you were given. So I said OK, never mind about the cotton one -- and I guess the trick is that you need to use cold water.But she just kept going, rug by rug, insultingly telling us why she couldnt clean any of the rugs. I was so upset. 4/5 were under a year old and not very dirty. The 5th rug was the cotton one, and it wasnt dirty at all -- in fact, I just now put it right back in my living room. I just vacuumed it and it looks great.So I was going to be upcharged for the perception of animal odor -- not sure how much, but I think $100 more, because she specifically mentioned upcharging at least $100 for the cotton rug being made out of cotton.My husband and I were angry and sad. We just loaded the rugs back in the car and went home. It was an extremely unpleasant waste of time and good will. Nothing was achieved by either party, except that the lady ended up not having to clean any rugs (or make any money).

Came out side too see them dumping there waste tank in my yard and drive way! Grass then died of course. And the cleaning they did was okay but for got to put things underneath my wooden table now there are perment stains.

Kleen Rite is here cleaning all my vents. The low Value Pak price doesnt mean a cheap job. The worker thus far has been professional.Post Service note: Be prepared...the special includes the vents from the furnace. The main from the cool air return (air going in) was one of many extras offered, after the other work was done.
