The staff were very courteous, but they smelled like cigarette smoke and service was not quite as Id hoped. I have an 800ft home, most of which is carpeted, but I also had them clean a vinyl bedroom as well. Id moved/condensed as much furniture as possible to make it easier and did a bit of pre-cleaning. While Im sure everything is cleaner than before, by the next day everything looked the same as it had prior. There were some stains in my vinyl floor, which I can get out by vigorously scrubbing by hand, but had hoped that a professional cleaner could get them out more easily (which was honestly the biggest reason I had professionals come out in the first place). The vinyl flooring itself is only a year old. The stains are still there, and there was a small pile of dirt in a corner of the room, so not quite everything got cleaned. While the carpets smelled nice temporarily, its really just the spray they used in the room as a whole - again, by the next day, the carpets werent any fluffier/I couldnt really tell Id had them professionally cleaned. There were some mild coffee stains in parts of the carpet that are still there as much as they ever have been.Im not sure if my expectations were skewed from what they should have been, but Ive had carpets cleaned in other homes, and this just wasnt the same result. As a veterinary student with a limited budget, I dont think I could justify doing this again.

Id had a terrible experience with another carpet cleaning company when I called Chem-Dry, and was a bit nervous about paying another company to take my area rug for a few days and return it. Mike was so kind; he listened to my concerns, made time fairly quickly to squeeze me in, and provided me a discount given that Id already wasted money with another company (I had already paid for a carpet cleaning with the previous company, and the area rug hadnt even been unrolled when it was returned to me). I felt heard and respected on the phone, and was immediately assured that the same thing wouldnt happen to me again!The job itself was better than I couldve hoped for. I have had this carpet since 2015, and hadnt cleaned it since 2016. Id sent the rug off to address fairly new food stains (less than a week old); I wasnt anticipating that they would be able to get out old dirt stains and discolorations from nearly 5 years ago! Yet, the carpet looks practically brand new! Ill definitely be using Chem-Dry for any future carpet cleanings I need to do, and am so grateful for the generosity and professionalism of the owner thought the whole process.

I have been using Chem-Dry for many years and could not recommend them enough! My carpets have always looked brand new after they are done, so I had my tile and laminate done this time as well. Let me tell you my basement smells amazing now and looks even better than it smells! I had an ailing cat and puppy that had made messes and you would never know now. The guys who come clean are also always respectful (had their masks on too) and helpful if you have questions.I can’t say enough amazing things about this local business and it’s owner!

Awesome job all the time

They did an excellent job on a slip-covered white sofa, chair and ottoman that was really soiled. I intend to use them in the future on area rugs. I was very pleased with the results and would recommend them to anyone needing furniture or flooring cleaned. I have used other companies in the past and would only use Chem Dry from now on.

These reviews have to be mostly fabricated. Not to mention the owner wrote a review for himself. He uses one of the shadiest scam techniques out there to bait customers and the employees who did my carpets said he does this with almost every customer. He gives a super low quote online (yes, I literally have it in writing after listing in detail what I needed done), people book for the low price, then they show up and give them a price >$100 more than the quote. He asks people to list what areas need done, then tells them when they show up that they charge based on square footage instead and thats how he justifies the price even though he still gave the quote. He knows most people will just yell at the employees and pay the extra amount to avoid having to book with another company. My husband worked in sales for 15 years and said this is one of the slimiest tricks out there. I wouldnt make such a big deal, but the employees said he does this with almost every customer and they only book a couple customers a week due to this garbage. They also have to deal with customer backlash and getting screamed at constantly. Disgusting. There are so many students that cant afford to be scammed like this in the area, in addition to other populations. I just finished my doctorate and am a very reasonable, normal person who is low maintainance and doesnt make scenes, but people need to know this. Who knows, maybe he deletes these reviews.
