Please do not lease with Royse and Brinkmeyer. There are bugs/pests EVERYWHERE. Their staff do not make this place comfortable for you to live. This place is literally INSUFFERABLE to live in and I am extremely disappointed!!! I had to go out of my way to pay for pests services/control, spray and other necessities to avoid having bugs. These attempts did not work AT ALL. The staff, especially Kaitie, does not care about your concerns. I even had to stay in a hotel and with friends for awhile because I did not feel comfortable in my OWN home. Please do do yourself and your sanity a favor by not leasing with them.
I love everything R&B bring to the table when it comes to renting from them. They are super helpful when it comes to references for things. They always respond to any phone calls or emails you send. Maintenance men are out checking out the situation less then 24hrs from the time you requested maintenance. Staff is very upbeat and friendly. They offer so many things to help out people like myself who work 60 hours a week and cant run errands or find time to do anything and that is an A+ ALL AROUND..
My family couldnt ask for a better place to live in Savoy. R&B truly seems to care about its tenants. The property is very well maintained. Maintenance requests are quickly responded to. We are so happy in our second year here!
The staff is amazing here. Anytime I have called they have been very prompt in responding even after hours. I really enjoy renting from them and they make you feel very comfortable when calling to tall about any issues you may have. The staff is very helpful, understanding and caring. I was very lucky to have found such a great company to rent from.
My favorite landlord ever! Royse & Brinkmeyer staff are the perfect balance of kind and professional. When I needed to move to one of their other properties mid-lease in order to help out a friend in dire straits, they were helpful and understanding. Same thing when the power company double-billed me, causing me to come up short for rent. Maintenence requests were always taken care of promptly and professionally. Making those requests online is easy, as is their online payment portal. Would definitely recommend, and would gladly lease from them again. I only wish more of their properties were dog friendly; had to find a different place that would accommodate my boyfriends 70lb poodle.
I lived here for a year and after renting at 3 previous apartments before this one, I can easily say this is the WORST experience. Came to an apartment that wasn’t clean, left it spotless and they charged us $2,000 in repairs. The property upkeep is horrendous, the parking isn’t enough for how many people live there having to walk a block in the dark at night, the staff is rude and they do not provide assistance, they do not fix anything you complain about, and the area is NOT SAFE. Live anywhere else but here.

I love where I live, very much. Great community, and wonderful response time to issues in the apartment, but the business side is more business oriented, than resident centric. This review is very situational, and a warning when considering lease renewal with the company. Outside of some minor issues outside of this, I highly recommend the company.I will always push people to this company because I know that the maintenance department takes care of their residents, but be mindful when signing your lease 6 months before your current one ends, it’s important to try to predict where you will be.

The RB Resident Services could not have come at a better time! My spouse and I are expecting our first child very soon, and the services helped us with multiple hangings for the nursery and livingroom. The cleaning service was exceptional! The cleaning professional was on time and thorough! Baby planning is overwhelming, so the convenience of not having to research home services was a relief! Scheduling was quick and so was the service. Also, we enjoyed the peace of mind the security of having “in house” services provided! This is a definite win for the RB community! Thank you!!!
I had set up a date to tour an apartment a week prior to the tour date. I drove down five hours for them to tell me they leased the apartment without letting me know. The lady was anything but sympathetic to my situation. As I was voicing my concern about the meaningless drive, she didnt once take her eyes off her computer and then asked if I could move in a month later, despite starting my new job in a couple of weeks. I would steer clear of this place, there are much friendlier and professional housing services.
I have lived with Royse & Brinkmeyer for the past year and a half and have thoroughly enjoyed the experience! The complex I am at (Prairie Place) is well maintained, in a good location, and is a very affordable price. As a pet owner and someone who works in animal welfare, I am also very thankful for R&B’s leniency in allowing all of their tenants to own up to 2 cats. R&B had a lot of fun and creative activities they planned for their tenants as well, my favorites being a socially distanced outdoor movie in one of their empty lots and a community garden. Although I will no longer be living with Royse & Brinkmeyer in August, I definitely recommend those looking to rent in Champaign/Urbana to consider them.

As a long term renter in CU since 1987, a blessing to have a stable, well managed, private landlord in heart of C-U with professional and responsive maintenance since 2006. R&B cares about and invests in the local community. Only more obvious during this pandemic.
I began renting with them right out of high school, and rented with them for three years. I had to move away for school for two years but am moving back and I knew I wanted to come back to Royse and Brinkmeyer. They were always incredibly kind, professional, and responded quickly to any maintenance work i needed done. I would and have recommended them to anyone looking for a place in Champaign/Savoy.

Quiet place to live. Maintenance responds fast to your requests. Property is well maintained. Onsite property manager is a huge plus. No more phone calls or a trip across town. You can just walk into the office right on site.
The community manager I communicate with is very friendly, patient, and responsive. The company itself is flexible and responsive to maintenance requests.

They Will Take A Month To Scam You On Not Giving Your Deposits Back Also Had Water Heater & Toilet Replaced.
My overall experience with Royse and Brinkmeyer has been severely underwhelming. I have repeatedly tried working with Katie, senior leasing agent, but she has proven to be deliberately deceptive, condescending, and insensitive.The unit I was shown poorly represented the one that I later received. My cabinet facings were taped onto the kitchen cabinets, rather than properly repaired, or replaced. When I patiently reported the issue, I was neglected for months, only to be later told that there was no resolution because the cabinets were “too old”.I foolishly agreed to renew the lease if a rental discount was offered, and that negotiation was a dispute on its own. Katie verbally informed me that the full discount would be applied immediately, but later claimed that the discount would only be honored months later when the renewal kicked in.When tenants who blasted bass speakers and violently argued at all hours of the night moved in next door, Katie instructed me to continue calling the police because “nothing could be done on her end”. She merely offered “walk-bys”, typically reporting back that nothing was heard at the time of her visit.Despite the respect and accountability that I have demonstrated as a tenant, even now during a global pandemic, the team at Royse & Brinkmeyer continues to lack empathy and reasoning. I am needing to end my lease to move back home due to personal COVID-19 related family matters, but of course I cannot be accommodated. I offered to find a new tenant if the company would grant a name transfer on the lease, but this was refused. The impractical and unfeasible options that I have been presented with are not even offered on the lease, so I am puzzled by the refusal to compromise.I hope that by sharing this information, I can prevent prospective tenants from experiencing similar frustration and disappointment.
Very nice apartment! Lots of space! I have a two bedroom two bathroom which is nice for guests and my extra belongings. Very quiet neighbors which is so important. The grounds crew keep the outdoors clean and snow removal is a plus. Any maintenance issues are handled quickly so that is a nice relief. I love living across the street from Kaufman Lake. I have a nice view and I enjoy many walks around the lake.
I have been a tenant with Next Chapter Properties for 6 years before Royse and Brinkmeyer took over. I was very skeptical at first, as anyone would be, because of change where you are living. I finally addressed some major concerns I had with neighbors and our facility with Stephanie. She listed to my concerns and wasted no time fixing them. Two days ago I also was having problems with my smoke detectors chiming every 40 seconds, and Ed with maintenance was very kind, and walked me through how to get them to stop, so he could fix the problem in the morning while still making sure I was safe. I applaud Stephanie and Ed for their amazing customer service, and taking pride in what they do, and caring for their tenants.
Their apartments are quiet, affordable, and well maintained. Ive lived in 2 Royse & Brinkmeyer Apartments and both times Ive had a good experience. They are professional and well organized from their front office to maintenance staff. Quick maintenance, great front staff if you have quesitons, and helpful leasing agents. I kept my apartement clean and recieved my deposit back in full with interest.
Royse and Brinkmeyer made finding my Savoy apartment quick and easy. Even with COVID-19 restrictions we were able to tour units in person and sign my lease that day.
I dont understand these people at all they told me my credit was bad. Ive never had an eviction in my life I always pay my rent on time and always keep my place clean.theyre going to go buy my bad credit I have good credit with all the landlords Ive ever been with. I know some landlord were skeptical me because of my bad credit but they never regretted it.just because somebody has bad credit doesnt mean they dont pay the rent on time or their other bills.

During the winter storm when wind chills reached below -40, despite doing everything I could, my pipes froze. Emergency maintenance came within 20 minutes and thawed my pipes immediately. He also fixed a water pressure issue I had since I moved in but never worried about since it was just one of the sinks. As a single mom with 3 kids and having absolutely no knowledge of how to repair anything, I was so grateful for how amazing this maintenance man was. He was even incredibly nice and polite to my kids.
I was a recent long-time tenant of Royse and Brinkmeyer and if not for a relocation out of state, I still would be. I cant say enough good things about these folks...they are terrific landlords!!!They are very sincere in their attitude, effort and services offered to those who rent from them. Their maintenance is unparalled in the CU community for its responsiveness and courtesy. Royse and Brink is also very willing to work with and support their tenants...I truly came to appreciate that over the years as they helped me many times to find the perfect apts to fill my evolving housing needs.Speaking of which, I have lived in several different properties and will share all were very well maintained down to mowing, regular cleaning and upkeep of laundry rooms and all common areas and snow removal. I was spoiled by the move-in/live-in condition of the apts...clean,clean,clean! And, Royse is super great about deposit refunds as long as you simply clean before you move out. They do not gouge tenants with suspect charges or fees of any kind and in terms of security deposits, they offer very clear guidlines to assure a maximum refund.And as if all that were not enough, most importantly....the people are awesome!!! They are professional but also kind and personable...they truly want to help potential tenants find the perfect home. Shout-outs to Kara, Kaitie, Landon, Stephanie and Collin🌞🌞🌞🌞👌👌👌👍👍👍👍! They are trustworthy and very sincere. Unlike some other rental companies, I have never felt like I was being conned or upselled/hardselled by these folks.I absolutely loved living in their properties. I never had to worry about whether or not a maintenance issue would be fixed, or if snow would be removed and knew that as my needs changed(sometimes at the last minute)they would be willing to work with me. Almost a perfect place to live in. Love the furniture, the design and very good maintenance! Convenient location to preschool, supermarket, Imax theater, and restaurant. Love the BBQ place and walking trail nearby.Two problems:1. The noise is a little bit loud. We can hear our neighbors.2. Dont have an on-site gym!
Royce & Brinkmeyer are the very best company to rent from hands down! You will find they are 1st class all the way making your experience with them the best.You will find all of their rentals clean, safe and well taken care of. They do their best always listening, and constantly making improvements.All their staff are first rate. Always respectful, courteous, and easy to reach. They respond quickly when you contact them.They even have a resident portal.You will never be caught with unknown surprises, and they dont have to run contest with their employees to get fake ratings to coverup low ratings.Two of my adult children rented from them and had great experiences. When they moved out they received all their deposit back.This is a family who really cares about being real and making your experience the best it can be.
I lived at Colonial Village for 2 years and never had a negative experience with management or the apartment. Several positive steps the management took: A week before I moved into what was supposed to be a 1 bedroom at a different complex, I got a call that the apartment had been vacated and was not in good condition, and they did not want to just cover up the problems with paint. I really appreciated their honesty, as Im sure my experience would have been much different had they quickly tried to get that apartment in okay condition for me to move in. Instead, they offered me a larger apartment close by for the same price. The apartment itself was much more room than I needed, but was very comfortable and felt like home. I never had any run-ins with bugs or other pests, which was a huge plus for me. The few times I needed maintenance work, submitting a request online was simple and quickly taken care of, even on a Friday at 6 pm. At one point, my refrigerator stopped working, and it was replaced the same day, with no hassle. Paying rent online, as well, was simple and straightforward, never had issues. I was always notified in some way if maintenance workers were going to enter my apartment for any reason. Ultimately, I waited to leave a review until I got my deposit back, to see how it played out. A few weeks before I moved, I got emails stating exactly what management would look for upon issuing the deposit back, which I appreciated. I knew exactly what to clean, and ended up getting nearly all of my deposit back, which I thought was very fair. Overall, great experience. Thanks, R&B for giving me a place to live and always being straightforward and reasonable.
I am impressed with Royse & Brinkmeyer as a leasing company! I had a fantastic experience with Jess showing me around. She was genuinely interested in helping me find exactly what I was looking for in an apartment down to the unit based on my preferences.
When I first started renting the management was very helpful and friendly when I requested a new apartment because of noisy upstairs neighbors. Now that my property manager has switched I cant say the same. I moved out of state for a job and had just resigned a lease 24 hours prior and thought with a minimal fee they would let me out but I was wrong. Fast track 6 months and Im still trying to find someone to sublease while they let it sit vacant because Im still responsible for rent. During the whole sublease process they havent been helpful just reciting the same information in emails and when I call.
18 months at Stonegate Village. Very satisfied renting from R&B. Office personal were always professional, helpful and friendly. Any issues we had were addressed promptly. Neighbors were friendly and noise from other units was never a problem. Plenty of parking too! Absolutely would have stayed longer if the house we bought had not come available.
I have rented from Royse & Brinkmeyer since 1991. Obviously they must be doing something right if I have been a tenant so long. Their maintenance department is very good, quick to respond. The people overall are friendly.

Royse & Brinkmeyer provides the best apartment I’ve lived in for years! I’ve been at their Prospect Point site for about a month. When I moved in it was nearly flawless, spotlessly clean, new carpet, new floors, freshly painted walls… They fixed the couple of tiny issues I fussed about in two or three days. The area is quiet; there is enough parking to invite friends over (unlike my previous neighborhood). I love the floor plan of this particular apartment, two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, kitchen, laundry, living/dining/office area and several closets.
I have lived with Royse and Brinkmeyer for ~17 years now and have loved leasing with them. If there is a maintenance issue; they fix it promptly and professionally; if there is a domestic issue; it is handled with dignity and understanding. Theres no place else I would rather live or lease from.
I lived at Stonegate almost two years. Nice property but not much parking on the west side. The office was flexible about my move-out date, which was great since I had some travel around that time.Maintenance was timely. Downside was the apartment was on the top floor and the electric bill in the summer was nuts.They returned most my deposit, which was quite fair. Would rent from them again if needed.

This is an awesome place to live! Maintenance is really friendly and on top of things when it comes to getting things fixed and taken care of. The leasing office has some of the friendliest and most helpful people that I know!
As of now, I have just searched for apartments and just signed my new lease... but so far so great! Kaitie has been extremely helpful through all of this and has really listened to what Im looking for in an apartment. She has made this process very easy and painless, I cannot wait to move into my new apartment!
Before you end your leasing terms your leasing agents wiil show visitors your apartment anytime during their work hours without making sure that you are aware of it in advance. They are not even willing to ensure that the visitors will take off shoes or wear shoe covers before they enter your room. They have little(in their own words, an amount of) respect for their tenants.

3rd time in my life that I have been a Royse Brinkmeyer tenant. Great staff, clean and well equipped units, prompt and efficient maintenance staff and very competitive rents.And no, I am not related to anybody that works there.....lol.
I renewed my lease and tried out a different apartment complex. It is not in a safe area. I have been here for two weeks and my car has attempted to be broke into. I also locked myself out of the building on a Sunday chasing my toddler and letting go of the door, I call emergency maintenance to see if anyone can let me in after trying to buzz neighbors and they tell me they refuse to help and will have to pay for a locksmith. It’s been a nightmare so far. I regret resigning my lease. Thank GOD I signed a shorter one.
We have lived at Prospect Pointe apartments over five years. We have LOVED living here. The apartment is spacious, the grounds lovely, and maintenance and office staff is very responsive. It is a great place to live.
Agents are very down-to-earth and no-pressure in their dealings with new clients and established clients. They are also willing to accommodate tenants in their requests, which is great.

I was honestly happy living at Stonegate Village for nearly 4 years. Maintenance was always really good - got a new air conditioner and new dishwasher the next day after I put in maintenance requests. They were also pretty good about extending my lease when I needed to for periods shorter than one year.However, when I moved out I cleaned my apartment pretty well, and I got an itemized list of charges for cleaning, which supposedly cost more than the $800 security deposit. They charged $20 to clean the brand new dishwasher mentioned earlier that had been used no more than 5 times, among other charges for cleaning things that were thoroughly cleaned. My advice: either dont clean when moving out because youll be charged anyway or take pictures and fight it so you wont be grossly overcharged.
They charged me $220 for a window that was cracked the outside pane of glass. It was there when I moved in.. when I moved out they took it out of my deposit. So be very aware and take pics as soon as u move in. I could see if it was the inside pane... but I should not be responsible for the outside pane of glass.
Have stayed in Champaign area for almost 9 years and moved many times to find a reasonable priced apartment which fits my needs (i.e. safe and quiet during the night, move-in date with some flexibility, prompt responding to any question or maintenance needs). Royse and Brinkmeyer Apt has met all my needs and definitely is the best landlord I have had in addition to University School Housing. Their staff in office is always welcoming, friendly, courteous, and helpful. Their maintenance crew is responsible and did a good job. For example, they shoveled the snow in a reasonable pace during snow days. They even provided snow melt and emailed winter alert/tips to their tenants, which was helpful to me as a person from the tropical zone. They maintain the property quite well; I remembered the apartment was really clean when I moved in. They have transparent leasing terms and payment plan, and also accommodate my move-in/out need as much as possible without asking for a fortunate. I have been really happy with their management.
Ive leased with Royse & Brinkmeyer 3 times now and I cant imagine a better landlord. Every apartment has been completely clean and the management is incredibly kind. I highly recommend them!
1year ago I lost my Husband and ended up moving to Prospect Pointe....this company R and B has been nothing but excellent for me...they are extremely helpful and friendly and Johnny on the Spot with their maintenance...their work crews are exceptional ...they get here quickly and very efficient in their work...winter maintenance for ice and snow has been wonderful...the girls in the office are cheeriewhen I walk in and they are so helpful..My leasing agent Katie Pruitt was there for me when I needed someone to get me into the nicest apartment I have ever been in...1st floor 2 beds and 2 baths...very handy and with great security...I have always felt very safe here...I have found out in my many years of life that if you treat people nicely and with respect you will get it back 10 fold...Thank you R and B for my fabulous treatment and life in your complex...I would recommend this company and location to any of my friends for sure.Marcia
If you live paycheck-to-paycheck or have an unorthodox payment schedule this place isnt for you. They charge hefty late fees.

I am revising my review from what I originally posted. Management reached out to me same day as I posted my original post to identify and look into solving my problem. Since the entire issue, has been resolved professional and swiftly with my security deposit. It is unfortunate, currently when disputing a security deposit the only way is snail mail, but they are looking into improving contact methods.Overall, from the issue I had aside. I enjoyed my year that I lived at Prospect Pointe. The apartment was as it showed in the photos when I was choosing. Maintenance was good at fixing the couple issues that I did have. Management was friendly and helpful when I switched to a garage closer to my apartment when it opened up. Plenty of room and really liked the layout of the emerald. Parking was great, I always had ample room so you could be far enough away from other vehicles that you would not have to worry about door dings and stuff like that. The location was extremely convenient with the savoy plaza across the street and Walmart just a mile down the road.My reason for moving on was the lack of amenities and high cooling bills in the summer. Every electric bill in the summer was 120 minimum (could have been because I was on the top floor?). In my opinion, the value for what I was getting with the raise of rent on my lease renewal was not competitive to other places in the same price range.
Theyre very quick with repairs when necessary, and everything is pretty great. No complaints.

I have lived with Royse throughout my time in law school (3 years). I signed with them because they seemed to really care about their residents and they had the cleanest apartments I saw. That held true during my stay with them in Champaign. They were always responsive to requests and checked on my apartment while I was out of town. Overall, i could not ask for a better leasing company during my time in Champaign.
I had to rent the apartment without visiting and it was in worst conditions than showed in the pictures. Once in, they didn’t want to do any work because “it’s what you get for the price you are paying”. The deposit they require is much higher than in other properties (in my case, about 10 times more). When I moved to another place, they charged me a crazy amount for ridiculous reasons. After some complaining, they agreed to give me back some more money. Even though, I kept being charged for some damages and some dust that were already in the property when I first moved in. Only positive aspect is the management during the rental period.
I have lived at the Ginger Creek Apartments for 4 years. The first two were fine, I did not have any issues. The last 2 have been a nightmare.I am currently trying to move out of Ginger Creek Apartments at the moment because Royce & Brinkmeyer are unwilling to provide any assistance in helping to keep myself or my vehicle safe. My car has been broken into 3 times in a year and a half. The police have said my vehicle seems to be targeted. It took Royce & Brinkmeyer 2 weeks to get back to me on renting a garage. In fact I had to call several times without them calling me back. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Still I had to argue back and forth to get them to take $15/month off a garage and they said I couldnt move into one until June 25. My car was broken into on the 1st.Unfortunately, even with a police report or dispatch reports this company DOES NOT VALUE THE SAFETY of their tenants.I spoke with someone just this morning who rented from this agency 15 years ago and they too had nothing but terrible things to say in regards to working with these people. They seem to only care if your rent is in on time.
Price is fair for the amenities, location is great, maintenance and staff are responsive and friendly.
The staff are very friendly and helpful. Maintenance is always quick to fix any problems that come up. Stonegate Village is a great place to live, there are spacious apartment layouts at affordable prices. Theres a pool, secure entrances to my building, and laundry facilities.
I dont like that we have to get or own exterminator,and sign lease 3-4 months in advance.Otherwise its been ok.
The apartment complex where I live is well maintained ... so that is a plus.
Management and apartments are decent, however they will charge you up the ass for petty stuff. Got locked out of my apartment once and they charged me $75 to get back into my own place! After moving out, not only did they keep my $600 deposit, but they charged me an addition $60 for petty cleaning expenses that didnt make any sense! I kept my apartment in great condition, there is no way it costs $480 to clean a small, one bedroom apartment. And if you sign up to use you apartment as a show model, expect visits 3x a day, everyday with about a 10 minute warning in advance. In addition, dont expect any assistance from maintenance. My heater wasnt working in the winter and I practically froze to death; I ended up having to buy a space heater to keep myself warm. Maintenance was unhelpful and took way too long to fix the problem. They clearly didnt want to help me out and had a snarky attitude while doing so, and management did nothing when I reported this issue. This place is a joke, definitely would not recommend!
Id like to rate them ZERO star if i could. This is one of the WORST apartments company in town. Ive lived in continental plaza for two years. Our apartments window was broken into a complete lack of security and interest in safety putting my family at risk. Despite the fact that we hand them over the Police report we end up being charged repair and rescreen fees against our deposit after we left. They fail to proctect my family but they decide to charge us for their mistakes. Their maintenance team is just horrible. I had to call multiple times in order to get a leaking sink fixed. They even not able to fix it properly. Don t even expect youll get anything back from your deposit. They make sure to charge you anything they come up with even if you did your best to get the apartment clean and fresh. I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL TO RENT TO THESE GUYS, YOU WILL END UP ROBBED.

I had my first encounter with the management and that was bad. They need you to provide complete details with SSN of all the residents will be living before they show you the unit. They also want to make a copy of your ID. I felt very uncomfortable sharing all these before I see the unit so stepped out from their office.
Very friendly and responded to maintenance requests quickly!
I had the pleasure of working with Katie and Vaughan, while searching for a residence for school. Although I had no experience with the area, both agents helped me find a residence with all the amenities and features that I desired.
I have been with them for a whole year, Maintenance is bad, they come to your place, enter, and dont even leave a note.The laundry is for the 2 apartments, but only one is in charge of paying for water and power.They were very sneaky when signing the lease, after you signed and paid the deposit, then they will tell you about the extra laundry agreement, which basically you dont have a choice....In our contract says that they will take care of snow, and provide salt,.... we still never got salt, and our drive way still has snow!I could keep going... but you get the point... watch out!
I lived at 2 of their apartments and they were always great about fixing things. The itemized list of what they will charge you for your deposit is annoying, but if you clean what is on the list, you get it back. It was off-putting, but at least you know what you will be charged if you dont clean the fireplace, oven, etc. It is all itemized, so if people are complaining about not getting their money back, they didnt clean what was on the itemized checklist or just destroyed the apartment.
Would not recommend. Save your money for somewhere that doesnt try to tack on hidden charges whenever they get a chance.

The apartments that we toured at Royse and Brinkmeyer were by far the best maintained and best priced units that we have seen in Champaign-Urbana. Our leasing agent, Vaughan, was very friendly and accommodating to our schedule. All in all, we had a very professional experience, which is a very refreshing thing in Chambana, and we would highly recommend this agency and Vaughan to anyone.
Bathroom was backed up. Maintenance came within 5 min and solved the problem within an hour including clean-up on a Friday night! Really friendly people!
Great place first year. Lovely neighbors, felt secure, and maintenence repairs were timely. This past year however it has been one thing after another. The mailbox is perpetually broken where half the time anyone can open it up and take what they please, to it being inaccessible to even the mail man. I have had packages stolen. In the past few months my girlfriend has gotten a glass shard in her foot while in the laundry room, and someone hit and run her car without leaving at least a note. The cherry on the top though has to be the FBI and swat team raiding the apartment and conducting a week long investigation. I know some of these things are uncontrollable by Royce and Brinkmeyer, but if you are going to pride yourself on your selectivity and safe homelike atmosphere these things cant keep happening, especially without at least a note to your lessees.
Ive lived at 7 apartment complexes in the past 9 years, and Royse and Brinkmeyer was head and shoulders above the rest. I would give 6 stars if I could!
