I loveeeee the esthetic here at 217 South! the apartments are very modern but still home. The painting is awesome because It helps create a modern, clean, and open experience. I feel I can do anything with this apartment!

Second year leasing from Next Chapter @ 217 SouthAlways quick to respond to maintenence requests.Would recommend.... Only downside, still waiting for the tenant of the month plaque, corner office, parking spot. 🤔 and company 🚗 😁

It has been a pleasure living at 217 South. The unit is beautiful and SPACIOUS couldnt ask for much more. The management office being on site is also a plus. You cant go wrong leasing with Next Chapter Properties no matter which location you choose to live at.

Great location next to downtown Champaign.

Having lived in Champaign for a long time its nice to see another new development for downtown living! I enjoyed being close to the downtown nightlife, 217 South puts me close to both the University and downtown. A great place to live and perfect sized units. Since this was a secondary residence I was also able to rent nice furniture from the property company during my stay. Leaving everything behind but my clothes when my lease was up.

I’ve enjoyed living here. The bedroom sizes are large and my walk in closet is great. The location is amazing. I’m just a short walk from all the downtown establishments. Management is also very responsive to any maintenance requests.

The Next Chapter staff is kind, understanding and accommodating. One of the best to work with and never had a bad experience there. The living spaces turned out beautiful, they look so clean and modern

Great location that is close to all of the activities in downtown Champaign. This new addition in 2017 is keeping up with all the new development in the area. I would recommend if you are looking for apartments and you are new to the area. You will be in the center of all the action!

Ive looked at A LOT of apartments in Champaign, IL and will say, hands down, 217 South offers the BEST units! 10-foot ceilings, Quartz countertops, walk-in closets & stainless steel appliances. Additionally, their downtown location is hard to beat. You can walk to local shops & restaurants and jump on almost every bus line to that runs in Champaign-Urbana. Im happy to be affiliated with such a fantastic community!
