Our AC stopped working all of a sudden during a really hot week. It was not easy to find a company who can send technicians right away. Jesse called me back as soon as someone else canceled and scheduled the service for us. The technician is very nice and explained everything to us. He was able to fix the issue right on the spot and also performed an additional examination. Very good service!

I have had four excellent interactions with Jesse. They havent pressured me to buy anything, even further service. They were thorough, spent time making sure we had what we needed, and they were friendly. They are doing good work!Edit: It has been several months since my first review. I asked Jesse to come install a mini split system in my attic. The estimate process was easy. They did a quick, professional job installing the system. They left everything clean.Edit: My a/c unit threw errors and stopped running. Jesse came out within 3 hours, replaced one small part, and had it running again. There was no pressure to upgrade/service/replace anything, and the technician was completely professional. Surprisingly low cost for the level of service.

Furnace not functioning early this morning. Called them and they were here within 2 hrs. Very efficient service and had our heat back on within 15 minutes. Good communication about the problem and letting us know when they were on their way.

The installer showed up at the time we were given and was very friendly and knowledgeable. We had a gas log installed in our fireplace. He explained how to work the fireplace and answered any questions we had. Whenever we have received service from Jesses the installer/repair person has always offered excellent service and we feel the prices/charges are fair.

We contacted them to see what our options were for converting our wood burning fireplace to gas burning. The existing fireplace was previously fit for an antique wood/coal cast iron insert and the opening is very small. They were knowledgable of the unique circumstances of this fireplace and were able to offer us a ventless log set as an option. They came out for an estimate, and then they provided us direction on the steps we needed to take to get the area ready. Next week they will be out to run the gas line and install the set. We can’t wait to see the finished project and enjoy our new gas fireplace!Update: Well, almost 3 months past our original estimate with Tom N (2/25/21), 4 more service people out (all knowledgeable, friendly and result driven), and 4 more visits to our house, and the fireplace log insert is complete and functional!!! Unfortunately since its just in time for summer, the pilot light is off for the season and we will need to light it and do its first real break in burn this fall. We are grateful for their customer service and perseverance in completing the job professionally in spite of unexpected difficulties.

I love using Jesse heating and cooling. The techs always know what theyre doing and they are very efficient. They dont mind walking you through what theyre doing or what was done wrong. They are always inside their window that is given before hand. They have a lot of people on their crew to go around and you dont have to wait days or a week to schedule with them.

Their repairmen are always prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. Their office personnel is awesome also. I’ve used Jesse Heating and Cooling at different residences since around 2002. I highly recommend them.

In December I had my fireplace checked by a different technician from this place. I had problems with it afterwards (flames shutting off, the embers weren’t right and logs wasn’t placed correctly). I replaced batteries in the remote— it worked for a little while and started doing the same thing—flames shutting down. This time the technician was more professional and checked everything and replaced batteries—and he explained everything. He did a great job!

Called for a needed service to our gas fireplace first thing in the morning, Jesse had a tech at our house within 3 hours to fix the problem and the tech was done with the job in under 30 minutes. Could not be happier with the service and results.

Technician Lysol wiped everything he touched. Arrived on time, thorough inspection of A/C system.

Installed my new heating and AC last fall. Great price and provided free follow up visit this spring.

Bruce came out about two hours after we called by agreeing to pay overtime rather than waiting until next week. Our air conditioner compressor wasnt coming on and it was getting hot inside. Bruce was friendly and professional and took care of the problem right away and checked out the rest of the systerm.

Fixed non working furnace

I called these guys at end of business on a Tuesday. Got a call first thing Wednesday morning asking for more info and saying that they would get back to me. Its Friday afternoon and no word from these guys. Just needed a simple gas fireplace maintenance. Oh well.

Cody came and isolated the problem pretty quickly. Within an hour the office called me with a couple of options for my 20 year old furnace. Been using Jesse since I moved here in 1999.

Came out same day and on time. Very friendly and explained the problem issue in detail. Cost of service was very fair.
