Great working with Bratchers!! Highly recommend for any heating or cooling issues. The techs that installed the new unit were friendly & professional, they did an excellent job! Two weeks after installation the compressor outside wasnt working, left a message for Jason & he was at the house within 20 minutes to check things out. A bug got into the unit outside and was blocking the signal for the compressor to turn on. He took care of the issue, and all is well!! Appreciate the great customer service!!!

When I reached out to Bratcher I was thinking that their quote would be just a routine quote that would be more expensive then everyone else. I was wrong. The quote was awesome and the work was perfect. The techs were professional and helpful. I have to say I couldnt be happier!!!

Bratcher personnel were highly professional in the installation of a new heating system. A/C, and thermostat. They graciously explained the steps involved in the installation and explained the operation of the equipment when finished.

The service rep John McIntosh was quick, friendly, informative, and competent. The AC units issue was addressed and we were back up to full power within 2 hours.

I appreciated how quickly the service rep was able to come to look at my furnace. He patiently and thoroughly answered all of my questions. In the end, I decided to replace the unit. The reps were both friendly and professional. In addition, they walked me through the replacement process and corrected another problem without added expense. The new furnace works better and is more efficient. Im happy.

The blower motor failed in our nearly 18 year old geothermal unit that was not currently being serviced by Bratcher. Bratcher sent John the next day after our call and he determined the cause and sent photos of the failed motor control and motor and then follow-up phone call to discuss the problem and options. We decided to replace the geothermal unit and circulating pumps. Rheetts proposal was very competitive with a GeoComfort unit. We asked many questions to make sure we had good equipment and apples-to-apples comparison across the bids, and I appreciated Rhetts timely and detailed responses to my questions. The warranty was the best in class. Rhett, Jim, and Sean were the installation team and did a professional job in communicating when and how the demolition and installation work would progress. The installation looks good, and the clean-up was great. We have not had the replacement unit long enough to test the peak and heating and cooling load yet, but anticipate it will provide the intended capacity. It has performed quietly and well to-date after about 2 months of service. We recommend Bratcher and have the new unit under contract with Bratcher for service.

I was very impressed with the prompt response I received. I called Bratcher Air to explain that my upstairs was not cooling and I would be having company in a few days. I made the call in the afternoon and John McIntosh was at my door within a few hours. He quickly determined what the problem was and was able to fix the situation on a temporary basis, until the parts arrive. It will take care of the situation while our guests are here; which was my immediate concern. John has worked on my geo thermal unit before and I am very impressed with his knowledge and skill and I trust his advice.

I had an issue with my humidifier and the specialist from Bratcher, John Mcintosh, did an excellent job all around. He kept me informed on when he would arrive, showed up promptly, was able to thoroughly explain the problems to me, and provided helpful options for resolving everything. Would strongly recommend!

John showed up after having spent several hours on a roof in serious sun & heat. He was clearly sunburned, poor guy. He could easily have been in a bad mood. Instead he was extremely pleasant & was able to get my AC unit up & running in no time. He also did an excellent job of explaining everything to us. He even came up w/a great idea to gain access to a water spigot so he could clean the unit. We were so grateful for his help. Having him as the face we see along with the skill & professionalism he brings to the job will make me call Bratcher if this ever happens again.

Their so-called flat rate only gets them to your house. For any problem they found out, they will charge labor and parts again. Over all, you will be paying twice of many other companies.
