Kathy did my nails. I came here to get SNS and one nail broke the very next day. Another one broke the day after. I went back to get it fixed and Kathy seemed very aggravated. She did however, fix them. A few days later another nail broke. The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because they did fix it, but their SNS product is clearly is poor quality. I will not be back.

Got my toes done here. Ladies were kinda nice.. pretty rude though. Then a week after getting my GEL pedicure, my polish began to crack and chip apart. Definitely wouldn’t recommend.

I’ve been here several times. I am seen quickly. I get the services I need and they are polite and interested in me. I often go in after working all week and want to sit and be quiet and they are okay with that. But they also notice when I want to talk and engage politely. It’s a nice change. My nails and hands look great and they always make my feet and toes look their best. I’ll be back again!

Ive been going to Kathy for overA year she never disappoints she always goes above beyond to satisfy her customers I definitely understand why she has customers from over 15 years ago today I decided to let her do my pedicure and Kevin did my nails AsAlways Im very pleased there work is very neat and set to a perfection standards I recommend Extra nail to anyone who wants great and professional customer service from people that will go above and beyond and most importantly they do care thanks Kathy and Kevin see youll soon

The service was great but the lady came and got me from under the dryer as my feet were drying sprayed my feet with something put some plastic bags on it put some socks on thank you and goodbye. Now mind you my total was $32 and I gave her a $18 tip. And this is what I got.

THEY removed my complaint! SAVE YOUR MONEY LADIES ..DO NOT COME HERE! Please go where they know what they are doing!

THIS PLACE IS AWFUL! Me and my mom went I got gel nails and my mom got a pedicure. I asked for a light pink color this lady gave me a dark pink and cut my cuticles way to much. My mom got a pedicure they said they would remove callus and they did nothing they only washed her feet with warm water. $47 gone to waste

Don’t waste your time going here. My nails literally fell off the same day. Go somewhere else ladies. You would be deeply disappointed. I know I was.

2nd time to this place. They are super nice and super quick. It usually takes people forever to get gel polish off. They get it off very quick and no damage to real nails. I highly recommend and it in. Very convenient location near 285 and 85. Quality work! Love it!

My friend and I have been here a couple times and the service hasn’t been amazing. We only went here because it was convenient. Honestly we played ourselves, but this last time we went was the worst. The lady with the short black hair, I think she’s the owner, completely over charged us for some subpar nails. She just made up prices up as we were checking out and tried to convince us that it was accurate. She doesn’t try to be gentle and cut my cuticles on multiple fingers. And my friend also has bruising and bled from the last and previous experiences here. The nails are crooked and don’t even look that good. While we were there she rushed us and had horrible customer service. After this experience I am absolutely willing to go farther for better nail service.

I came here because it was convenient to my residence and my normal nail salon was still closed. I had SNS done on my nails on a Friday afternoon. By Monday the SNS was lifting from three or four of my nails and addition to that one of them completely came off. When I called that Monday afternoon to try to get my nails fixed the lady, Kathy, told me she couldnt repair my nails that afternoon which I understood. I told her I was available all week after 3pm because thats what time I get off work. She told me she could do my repairs at 10am Tuesday. How does that even work when I had just told her I work until 3pm. Dont waste your time or money coming here as their quality is very poor. I ended up paying to completely have my SNS done over at a nail salon down the street.

I came in for the first time on a Tuesday and gotten a fill with gel polish, on Wednesday the polish had come off on 3 nails and one had broken. I work 2 jobs so I couldn’t come back until Friday. I stopped in on my way home from one job and she told me she didn’t have time to fix them and that I need to come back in an hour. I explained that I didn’t have time to do that because I had to work and she said that I should have called her. I told her that I would just have to go somewhere else, she didn’t offer any partial reimbursement to cover the fact that I will now have to pay for my nails twice in 1 week. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

I have been going here for YEARS! It is not fancy but it is priced right and they do a great job. Marie, the owner is very accommodating, and thorough. It is convenient and popular with local moms. I always know Ill be happy when I leave. Thumbs up...👍🏻

I came into this salon at 7:50pm, they were about to close at 8. I needed to get my nails painted because I had just got them filled in at a different salon and they didn’t do a good job and were rude so I left. Kathy, the owner was there about to close up but she graciously welcomed me in and said she would paint my nails even though it was so late. I only had her do gel polish on my nails so I can’t review how she does other services, but I can say she was very sweet and personable and had a conversation with me the whole time I was there.

I’m sorry the woman owner is trash at doing nails . In my opinion she rushes and picks at your cuticles WAYY TOO MUCH. This is my second time letting her do my nails and i swear my fingers were sensitive both times. Her husband on the other hand is a little better. This really is a low quality spot that I came too because i needed an immediate fill in . I won’t be returning and I highly advise people to spend their money elsewhere .

My Mom loves going to this laid back place. It takes about 90 minutes for her SMS mani and pedi. The only issue is the handicap ramps are too far from Extra Nails

I went there last weekend on a Sunday. I had a woman doing my nails with short black hair. I can tell she had no idea what she was doing. I had to tell her to even out my nails, thats ridiculous. You should already know the process of doing nails. She painte my nails wrong..now the color on nails have crack lines in them. Please do not go in there or just get another lady. I am paying you to make my hands look beautiful and you got my nails looking crazy.

It was horrible the lady didnt do any of the acrylics right she kept on drizzling my nail and my thumb started to bleed. All she said was its okay i asked her if she could clean it or give me a bandaid she was like its fine when she finshed the acrylics to paint my nails my thumb was hurting.also she didnt even paint them right the kept on going over my nail. I do not recommend this nail salon at all.

I will never go back theyre NOT professional !!!! I could go on and on and write everything that happen but I will say I went in and there were no customers and I had to wait 10 mins for someone to arch my eyebrows which was all I was there for .the lady was sitting up front she has long hair she was wearing it curled and she was laughing and talking to two customers looking at something on her laptop ...she greeted me and still continued doing whatever she was doing having me wait 10 mins or more for her .and then the lady stopped during the service to speak to the male coworker there ..

Keep forgetting not to come back here. They are not very welcoming. Tech (black hair lady with bob) barely noticed or interacted with me until it was time to pay....(yeah tip time huh?). They always RUSH thru the service. Came in for a simple manicure and my nails looking a hot mess! EXTREMELY DISSAPPOINTED!

Literally the worst mani/pedi Ive ever got in my life. The place looks dirty and worn. The tech that did my hands cut my cuticles completely off. I thought he was just pushing them back until I felt a pinch. I looked over and I was bleeding. He wasnt even going to say anything; he had already moved on to another finger. I had to ask for a cotton ball and alcohol for the cut. He didnt massage my hands or arms at all and the paint job was trash. The tech that did my toes was only a little better. At least he didnt make me bleed. He gave me a lackluster leg massage for about 2 minutes (total, not per leg). A good mani/pedi usually takes an hour-hour and a half. I was done in less than 40 minutes. And the products they use are terrible. Its been a week and the gel polish on my nails is lifting and the polish on my toes is cracking. I would never go here again ever in life and I would tell anyone willing to listen to do the same.

I am very disappointed, I had a lady with short black hair doing my nails and she made my nail bleed when she was cleaning them and she was very harsh on my nails. Then when she was painting them, she didnt paint them very well and there was nail polish on my skin and I asked her to clean it and she said its fine. I asked for a matte topcoat which was an extra $3 and she didnt paint the topcoat on my whole entire nail and the nails werent fully matte, the next day my nails had been chipping already. Very unprofessional.

I am afraid of infection. They do not clean the instruments. I kept on asking her to change the Instruments but she is so much on the phone that she really does not care. The towels they use from one customer to the other.
