Absolutely wonderful experience! Everyone is beyond friendly and fun. The atmosphere is very welcoming, soothing and clean. The color selection is fabulous. CC has magical hands, I feel like I have a new set of legs and feet, go see her! Nate is also quite magical. I will most definitely be returning as a regular. Pricing is great. Id recommend over and over again.

I called ahead to ensure I could be seen immediately. To my delight when I arrived they were ready for me. It’s a beautiful, clean, and friendly location. My SNS came out perfect. She didn’t rush, explained every step as she worked. The technician who did my pedicure truly recognized I needed pampering. Shoulder massage, long leg massage, and a gentle foot massage made me doze off (whoops). I’m coming back again and again. Impeccable service!

Worst nail salon experience ever! Technician said her name was Piny. This was supposed to be a dip job, she ended up applying gel over it. Poor quality of work, shame I cannot give a zero star.

I go to Nail Time Spa religiously, and continue to be so impressed! They do a phenomenal job for my gel mani’s and pedi’s, they have the best selection of colors (they literally just got tons more this week while I was there), and they’re so nice! I was SO loyal to my last nail salon in New York, and had struggled after moving here to find somewhere I liked, and now I love Nail Time so much, I’ll never go anywhere else. So grateful!

This was my 1st time coming here. I called ahead & when I got there they were expecting me. I waited (maybe 10 minutes) & I was in the pedicure chair. The young lady that did my feet was very sweet & constantly asked if I liked them. ( I like that b/c normally techs do their own thing & you end up hating it.) my nail tech for my coffin shaped acrylics was pretty good. She was heavy handed at 1st but once I told her… I had no more problems. The decor is pretty, it was clean & very quiet. I don’t like loud nail shops. I plan to go back soon.

The nail techs here do a great job and pay every attention to detail. The spa has a nice ambience and is also very clean and well decorated. I come here all the time to get my nails done and they never disappoint.

Throughly enjoyed my pedicure however the man doing my manicure didn’t provide a good service. not only was he rushing but when asking for his assistance in picking the right shade was just rude. I specified that i like thin nails and he just did whatever he felt like. afterwards charge me $75 for a short fat nail job with lots of blemishes. as a business owner myself...i am well aware of a rip off when i come across one! 😬 won’t be getting my business again.

I’ve come to this place several times and I’ve always had a good experience. However I came on Friday around 4:00 pm. This time was not the case. A young man did my nails. He was very rude, didn’t even bother to say hello. It was as if I was in his way . I really did not like the shape nor the application of the SNS. I’m really sad about this experience because I thought I had found my new spot. I’ve invited several friends and family members to come and try out this place but after the last experience I don’t feel comfortable doing it again.One of the times I had a great experience was a girl named Sarah! She was so sweet and accommodating! If I ever return it will definitely have to be if I make an appointment with her.Inconsistency is very bad for business.

Super nice nail spa in Chamblee off Buford Hwy in Magnum Plaza - next to Mamak Vegan. The employees are really nice and all adhere to masks and sanitizing workspace. I went for SNS and they did a great job. I saw a wedding party in the private area - what a great idea - will be planning this treat for my friend’s wedding party and besties birthday coming up 😊

I was looking forward to getting my nails done since I’ve had a very long and stressful week. I’ve come in three other occasions and I’ve had an amazing experience. Today was not the case. I gentleman if you can call him that did my nails. He was so mean. He didn’t ask me what I wanted. I showed him a picture of the design I wanted he did not follow thru with it. He left my nails plain and beige when that was not what I asked for. I said something and showed him the picture one more time and still he did not do what I asked for. The shape and the execution was not good either, he applied polish on super fast and without being cautious and it ended up looking really rough. I was looking to feel better and get some relaxing me time but I left feeling worse than when I got there. I tipped him really good anyway because everyone else at the salon were really nice, just not him. What I wanted/Why I got

This is my third visit to Nail Time, and I always leave unsatisfied with my experience. Last time my gel manicure lasted less than a week before it started chipping. This time I asked for a gel French manicure in hopes that it’ll look presentable for longer but he didn’t even cut my nails straight, which I consider to be the bare minimum. I even found a picture online of what I wanted (nail shape, thickness of the white part) and tried to show him several times but he hardly glanced at it. Super disappointed and will not be returning 🙁

I visited this establishment today and am utterly disappointed! I’ve been coming to nail time for a year now and have never dealt with anything like today. I called ahead before I showed up and asked to book an appointment with Vincent. Unfortunately Vincent is no longer an employee there. I then asked if there was someone there that could do designs just as well as him and they suggested Lee. I took their word for it and showed up at 5:30 as they advised. I had to wait almost 20 minutes to be seen. Once seen the pedicure was great in which I made sure I tipped her. By the time she was done Lee was still doing another persons nails in which should have never been started being as though I set an appointment. He starts doing my nails and the shape and color looked great until he attempted to do the design in which he advised me that he could do. That was false!!! His design was horrible so I asked him to take the design off!!! He then became very aggressive grabbing my hand roughly and being rude. When I gave him a simplified design he stated that he did not have time to do it. Note at this time it’s 7:05 the shop didn’t close til 8 but he advised that he could not give me what I asked for even though he’s the one that messed up. Unfortunately this experience has left a bad taste in my mouth so I will not be back! I’ll rather spend my money with a salon that cherishes and appreciates their customers, all of them! Also just a tip ask all of your customers if they would like wine not just the ones you think may have money.

I just left this place and the guy that did my nails was horrible. Don’t know his name. He was tall and sat on the end. My nails are thick and he couldn’t understand that I literally only wanted ombré on one nail. Also I have polish and stuff that they usually clean out under my nails. He also couldn’t understand that I wanted them pointy. The same exact way they were when I got there. How hard is that?? They look round which I hate. Also when he was done I wasn’t even sure. He just got up. The girl that greeted me was very nice and the lady who did my pedicure was awesome.

I found this place on google and I’m so glad I did!! Very clean and nice modern look!!! My pedicure and s&s polish came out great!! What I loved the most about this place is that everyone was so friendly, and that alone will keep me returning. I love my new nail shop!

I’ve given this place multiple tries and every time there was some issue. They had one good tech and he left which now I know why. They constantly have new technicians which says a lot about a place.Bad quality gel that comes off the next day. They barely even touch your hand as a massage. This last time half my nails were slanted and the tech was ignorant enough to say your finger is crooked instead of fixing it so I had to pick up the file and straighten all my nails.They never even wash your hands after they mediocre filing they do so there is nail dust under the nail polish showing through. I even had nail polish all around my nail on my skin.My nails looked like a kid did them it was so bad.I have very nice long nails and this place manages to make my nails look bad every time.I’m done with this place

This place is beautiful!m and really clean. I love the decor. The staff was friendly. Nate was my pedicure technician and he did a fantastic job. They offer a variety of services including several pedicure packages. We made oue appt for 2pm which was a good time for a Saturday afternoon, it got packed after that. Lee did my friends pedicure & gel manicure, he is a fan favorite!

The salon itself is beautiful! I love the decor and everything is extra clean. Upon entering I told the receptionist I wanted acrylic nails and a toe polish change. It was 4pm and I wasn’t sure if I would have the time for a full pedicure. The wait wasn’t too long and I was placed in a seat. It did take awhile for a mail tech to work on my nails. After awhile the mail techs switched, so I had someone else. I didn’t have a problem with that because the previous tech was extremely slow and constantly getting up doing other things. The new nail tech did a great job after the confusion with my nail art but she got my nails exactly as I asked. I assume the receptionist didn’t tell them I wanted a toe polish changed but I had to remind them. The lady asked if I wanted full pedicure but by this time it was already after 6 pm and I had somewhere to be, so I politely declined and waited for my toe nails to dry. I paid $100 for acrylic nails and a toe polish change. That was the fee plus the tip. They are kind of pricey but it was a last minute set before my Vegas trip so it was fine. However, they chipped and one mail broke within a week.

The technician did a poor job with the dip work, and ended up applying gel polish over the dip polish. It started peeling off within hours.. The tips were horrible, she seemed totally inexperienced. Said her name was Piny. The worst experience by far.

I had a great time for my first time here for a manicure. The environment was very clean and classy. The service was so nice from the staff. Jessica took care of me and was very informative on which service I should get. She was really friendly and did a wonderful job on my nails. The shop also enforce social distancing, everyone had a mask on, and was very clean. I felt very comfortable and I highly recommend this place! I will be back to try their dip powder nails :) A+++ service!

This place is gorgeous ! Me and wife went there last Saturday for our anniversary . We didn’t have appointment, the store were fully packed. We waited about 20 mins while waiting they offer free soda and coffee . We both had milk and honey pedicure . It was the best !!! Nate did my wife’s pedicure, he was thorough did an fantastic job, he took his time to make her toes look beautiful . Highly recommend this place, great technician and awesome customer service.

The manicurist is very professional, I had the green tea pedicure ，the technician massage technique is very good . I even fell asleep in the shop. And they were gracious enough to serve red wine. Cici was by far the sweetest most personable nail tech I ever had. I felt like I was there with one of my close friends. She did a wonderful job, everything was clean and I love the decor. I been going to this nail spa since last summer. The place is spacious and very clean, good decorations, most importantly, the staff are very friendly and do very good job there. They will make sure you are satisfied with their work; and I am always happy with my nails. Also, if you sign in every time you go, you will get discount after signing in 10 times...

Its in a questionable area, but the little plaza itself is nice. Ill start by saying my experience was better than that of my boyfriends that went with me.We called ahead to make an appointment to avoid waiting, so when we got there we only had to wait a few minutes. I got gel nails, and my boyfriend got a foot spa. I had Cici who was very kind to me, and I believe she did try her best. That being said, the quality was average. The color on the corner of my nail chipped within an hour of me leaving (it was already chipped during application and she tried to cover it - guess it didnt work very well). Also, I got the iridescent powder (not sure what you call it) on my nails to make them shine in the light with a design on top. However, when she was cleaning up the design with nail polish remover, it also removed the shine from my nails, resulting in a very obvious difference in color from where it was accidentally removed. I asked her to fix it, which she tried to do, but it was already ruined and couldnt be saved. My nails had already cured with the UV light so the difference in layers from where she added extra was visible (some areas were barely shiny and some looked as they should). She also cut the skin on my cuticles (on more than one finger) which caused me to bleed, and apologized saying that my skin was thin? Again, it happens, but Id rather go to a place where it does NOT. Overall, Im happy with the way they look, but it ended up being $55 for gel nails which I feel couldve been done better with higher quality elsewhere for the same price. They did not tell me all of the extra charges until I went to pay... If they had told me at the time of service, I couldve declined or prepared myself for the extra fees.Now for my boyfriends experience: We paid for the more expensive foot spa with shoulder massage and wine included, but never got the massage (like the person next to us who got the same thing did) or the wine. They did offer us the wine at the end AFTER we said we never got it when we went to pay, but we didnt want to spend time sipping from the glass after everything was already over. They wouldnt discount the price even though we didnt receive the full service, and offered us a cola to go, which we also didnt want and didnt think made up for the price difference.While we were there, a very unpleasant customer was next to us who started to cause a scene with the nail tech she had. I understand that customers can be difficult to deal with. That being said, the way the nail tech responded was unacceptable. He raised his voice at her, stood up, and walked out, never to be seen again. Very unprofessional.TLDR: They were nice, but it could be better elsewhere, especially for the price.

Second and last time here. I went for the most basic of services you can get, acrylic nails removal and a gel manicure. After she ripped 3 of my real nails off by forcing the acrylic nails off, I wanted to take them off myself. Cut my cuticle to a point of it bleeding, I had to pull my hand away several times. On top of that, it’s only day 3 and my manicure looks 2 months old with it peeling. I will not be returning.

I just got my French manicure done and I’m IN LOVE! They worked really hard to make it how I wanted and they are so SWEET. I got my nails done a couple times with them & every single person in there does a beautiful job!!! I’m so HAPPY (((:

Very experienced technicians . Very friendly and eager to please your nail request. I love when Psi is there, she is nice and she is great with designs. Also she gives hand massages at the end. The last few times i didn’t have her cause she was off. I had another girl she was very rushy, didn’t talk. And she just left me to start on the next client and didn’t say nothing. Then today i went, had a young guy . He didn’t greet you just sat down and started working. I don’t really get designs with the other techs, I prefer to wait to get special designs with Psi.

As soon as you walk in, the nail salon feels like a spa --, warm, inviting and tranquil. The folks working there are all very friendly and nice. I have very soft nails and they took time and care to do my Gel manicures and I love best the hand massages - its was as if I was at the spa. I think I am addicted to doing my nails (Ive been back 3x) or I am just happy that my nails are so pretty now. Thank you Nail Time! Btw I had a hard time finding the place but look for the Magnum sign.

First time visit and will definitely be coming back! My acrylic nails look exactly the way I want them to. One of my toes slightly touched my sandal as it was drying and the tech went back in and fixed it without me having to ask.The staff is friendly and the place looks great! They are enforcing social distancing, ensuring everyone is wearing a mask and everything appears to be very neat and well kept.

My first time. I’ve been driving a hour or more to my usual nail tech for more than 9 years. The quality of my nails is extremely important to me. Honestly Nail Time is my new home! In 9 years I have never been in and out for a mani pedi in less than 1 hour! I love the shape of my nails, my feet feel silky smooth, and the young man that did my nails educated me on the up keep of my nails. This was the BEST experience I’ve had in 9 years. I can’t wait for my next appointment in 2 weeks!

This was my second time visiting Nail Time in Chamblee. The service is exceptional and the treatment was superb. The technician was skilled took her time with my manicure. The salon is spotless and bright and welcoming. This salon is my go-to for now on. Tons of parking.

My friend recommended this place but al though she went only once so maybe she got a good person to work on her nails in fact the day i went i got a lady that was un experienced it took her 3 HOURS to do a gel acrylic manicure $50. Absolutely wonderful place! My pedicure was perfect and incredibly well priced in comparison to other salons in the area. The package I chose came with a thorough shoulder massage in addition to the typical leg massage time. All the techs and patrons were wearing masks and were socially distanced per COVID standards. I left feeling rejuvenated and excited to return next time!

OMG. I CANNOT RAVE ENOUGH! Ping was fabulous- sweet, attentive and timely. I had a full set removal, a full set put on, gel polish each nail with a special design, brow wax and a paraffin wax treatment all for 60-I’m kinda convinced they forgot to charge me for something—What a steal!!! And they didn’t cut corners. The place was clean and everyone was sweet. I have another location closer to my home (walking distance) but they are worth the drive! So going back.

Sai was wonderful. She took her time, was thorough and a joy to talk to. My mani looks and feels great! Angie worked my toes and heels. She did a wonderful job!!!! The color selections were beautiful as well. They sprayed and sanitized everything so well. I was very impressed with the efforts they make to keep healthy in a Covid world.

Warm welcome from entire staff, professional, extremely beautiful salon... they went above and beyond to ensure my visit was smooth and well satisfied. I did a full set, toe polish, and eyebrow wax. Everything was done with care and in a timely manner. Perfect music, free water, and a quick hand massage after my nails sold me ok making them my new salon although I live in Marietta. The ambiance was on point. I even forgot my shoes and they bagged them up and held them for me. 5 stars

Terrible service... they make nails super thick and not pretty at all!

These nails are so brittle and thin, not only after two days of getting my nails done they broke off. They were extremely slow on getting them done and I got glitter, they didn’t do an undercoat so you can see right through them. This place is not the move. I recommend polished down in Brookhaven.

I came in today for a manicure and pedicure. After my manicure was finished I was told that they didn’t have time for my pedicure and I left without the service. It was 2 hours before they closed and they accepted 5 additional customers while I was getting a manicure, but denied my service for a pedicure.

Wonderful. Im so glad I found them. And theyre not very far away from me. It was a very serene ambiance which I appreciated very stress-free its very clean too! Everyone had on mask. And everyone was performing best practices as it pertains to covid-19. My feet and hands were an absolute mess! Now I feel like my feet and hands are brand-new :-)

Please support this salon! I found them searching online for a place to get a pedicure. The photos are what drew me in. This place is very nice. The teal paint and decor, light fixtures.. very well organized. What sold me was the service. They asked me did I want a manicure also but I didnt feel up sold or pressured. Nice soft sell! I upgraded : ) Even though I know they must finish quickly (total about 1 hr) they really took their time and never made it seem rushed. Also included was not only leg and foot massage but hand, head, neck, shoulder, and chest! Wow.. Best experience like this ever! All for a very reasonable price in my opinion. Please support them and help them grow. I dont post reviews often but considering the level of service and friendliness from the staff and owner I would be ashamed if I did not.
