Car seemed nice and clean. They said it was serviced. Even inspected recently. Air filter VERY dirty. I replaced right away. Cabin air filter gross and disgusting. I changed that. Pulling to the right bad. I have an allignment appointment. At my cost AND front brakes need rotors. They are warped. WHICH MEANS A BRAKE JOB AT MY EXPENSE. BE VERY CAREFUL THERE. I WONT BE BACK. 1600.000 refund.

Very informative w/ a LOT of attention to detail and easy links. Value your car. Shop cars on the lot under $10G! and download brochures for new models. Half the other dealers I’ve visited know nothing about what’s on the lot and can’t even find brochures on their new model cars.Ask for Travis. He’s been w the dealer his entire professional career and is a high standing sales rep. Super Honest and will point you in the right direction for whatever you need....and with respect. My grandfather has been “tire kicking” at Forrester for more than 30 years and Travis always takes time to chat and answer his questions.

Purchased a used Leer truck cap from Cody, who insisted it would fit my 13 F-150, which it does not. Bottom skirt of the door is not compatible with my trucks tailgate, and it is not an easy fix that he assured me it would be after I had driven the 2.5 hours to pick the thing up. To top it off, the key for the T-locks that he taped to the inside of the rear door doesnt fit or work in the locks, so now I have to order a replacement from Leer. I guess I should have walked away were it not for the hassle of driving 5 hours to get the thing. Reaching back out via facebook marketplace where he listed the item after the fact to discuss the issues, he did not respond. Untrustworthy to say the least. Keeping the stereotype of shady used car salesman alive. Good job Cody!

My fiance bought a truck here today, and I have to tell you I am thoroughly impressed with Mike Manning and the team at Forrester Lincoln.We called in asking to see a particular truck, and since it was a hot day Mike took it upon himself to have the truck pulled close to the entrance and crank the AC for us. This level of attention to detail was apparent throughout our entire interaction.Mike was very thorough with features and pros/cons between the truck we were looking at and different trim levels and even brands. The information he gave was not biased in any way, and never once was pushy at any point during the process. He was an absolute delight to work with.We test drove the truck, then looked it over after returning to the dealership. When all of our questions were answered Mike said hed give us a few minutes to talk, and that hed be inside if we wanted to move forward. I loved that; not pushy at all and absolutely no pressure or expectations.Mike was extremely thorough with explaining financing options and each step in the process, including explaining how prices are set. We started the purchasing process a little before closing, and he happily stayed almost two hours after closing (despite us offering to come back Monday) to complete the process. Never once did we feel rushed or pressured.I cannot emphasize enough how pleasant it was to work with Mike Manning.
