Brand new to State Farm!After having another car insurance company for about 10 years, I have decided to make the switch to State Farm for 2 main reasons. 1) customer service! I am a true believe in this. After I was hit by a drunk driver and had serious damage to my car, my last insurance provider could have tried to fake some compassion, or at the very least, done their job. I would call and email multiple times a day and week only to get minimal or rude responses. I did not appreciate being treated like an inconvenience as a paying customer. So, when my mom became a part of the State Farm Family with Beths office, she RAVED about the quality service and I knew I wanted to switch...even if it was a little more expensive. Which leads me to my second reason...2) competitive pricing for excellent coverage! I thought I couldnt get any cheaper than what I had, until I was quoted me a cheaper monthly cost for more coverage with State Farm. I was fully prepared to pay a little more, but when I heard my monthly price--it was a no brainer. I get to now sleep easy knowing I have amazing service & coverage at a CHEAPER price than what I already had. Marisol was already 100 times nicer and more polite on the phone than what I was used to :)

Is there any word better than amazing? Beth and her crew are just the best. My husband and I just bought a new truck, and we wanted to make some changes to our insurance coverage on our other vehicles. I emailed Kristina with a lot of questions, and she answered all my questions quickly and thoroughly, and was happy to take care of me. I asked for a lot of information and what ifs and for different coverage scenarios, and she sent me just what I asked for in an easy-to-understand format. I was able to up my coverage significantly on 3 of my vehicles for a very decent price, and it was just a little more than I was already paying. My husband and I have our auto insurance, renters insurance, personal property item insurance, and my husbands life insurance with State Farm. I also have CEA (earthquake) insurance through them. Ive been a customer for 36 years, and Im not going to go anywhere else. We even have our bank accounts with them. State Farm is just the best. Over the years Ive had to make 1 or 2 claims, and theyre spot on and come through quickly. Special thanks to Edgar and to Kristina for their help with getting the best insurance coverage for our needs. I highly recommend this awesome crew of folks who really do care about their customers.

I cant lie. Being a young 22 years old woman searching for insurance is pretty freighting. Although I must say that I was fortunate enough to have found a great and patient insurance representative as Edgar. He was very thorough with all the details and very patient with all my questions. I know I wouldnt of found anything as great of a value anywhere else.

We needed umbrella insurance and had a complicated mess of vehicles and properties in different states and with different companies, on top of a costly flood a couple years ago. Kristina took the time to explain everything to me - how umbrella insurance works and the requirements - and methodically go through each insured item with me and what it would take to get the best discounts and the coverage we needed. Its so much better having everything consolidated now. I can just go to one website to view, pay or get insurance cards for anything - anytime, anywhere.

Thanks so much to all the Staff @State Farm Insurance I have been through so many disasters my Renters Ins. policy saved me from going homeless in a pack out and storage of all my belongings I stayed in a 1bedrm with a sofa bed for my care provider my son is my oldest personal care provider! We had my sweet little Mini Poodle Oso aka Bear with us and we had a blessed few months whilst I had to still pay all bills rent and continued as if nothing happened with my condo rental when it was being torn down treated and rebuilt by owners! State Farm inspector and staff were always on it paying for everything in advance for my stressful time! I wouldnt have another Company but State Farm Theyre good loyalties are kind and generous to be real! Im a very sick lady and get confused easy but never seen a moment of wrong doings as long as I had StateFarm Renters Ins. thanks be to God! And all of you for helping me! My car is under the best care and now next month I will add earthquake Insurance! Its not expensive and well worth it when disasters hit Home!
