Got hit by a semi truck that is insured with them . I cannot even get a confirmation or call back from Eva or anyone that works there, I couldnt even file a claim over the phone, they told me to email it...... Pretty strange . Hopefully Eva isnt disrespectful like this with anyone else . My car is still damaged and un-inspected by Avinas Insurance, been 2 weeks already
