I recently signed up for insurance through AIS and was pleasantly surprised with with my over all experience. Tracy and Nicole(Miller) exceeded all my expectations and made the task of picking the right policy extremely smooth and pleasant. Both were extremely knowledgeable and able to get me setup in a timely manner. Nicole made completing the application a quick process while still being thorough. I will be recommending AIS to family and friends looking for insurance as there rates were extremely competitive i.e. the best I could find to suit my needs and as said above, the costumer service was phenomenal.

AIS is so helpful! I called because I accidentally let my insurance lapse and needed help getting it reinstated. Sandra Vargas was so helpful! She helped me get it reinstated, and after I briefly mentioned to her that I moved she called the next day to follow up and get my address changed. The address change even saved me money, so Im super thankful she followed up!
