Customer Service Representative quickly passed the buck and told me to take my issues to the Capital Mall location. That they dont contact or deal with Verizon customer service at their location. Quick to take your business, but even faster at passing on customer service.

Entered the store around noon, completely dead. Four employees doing nothing besides being on their phones.The store has two entrances, however the area is way to big for the few items they have on display. At least half the customer area could be reduced, making it more inviting and intriguing. They only carry high end phones, so finding a mid phone is impossible at store level. You can order them online.Salesperson was only talking about iPhone and Samsung even though they carry other brands pushing the customer to phone at 800 dollars plus.If I was responsible for this Verizon district I would definitely downsize the store, making the staff more customer friendly and listen to the customers questions.

There was ONE person working, so we had to wait WAY too long, I almost walked out it was so long. But once it was our turn in line, they were great, extremely helpful, and very knowledgeable.

This was a negative experience especially if you’re interested in Apple products. They tried multiple times to talk us out of IPhones to stick with android. After convincing them we wanted to switch to Apple, they only set up the phone enough to make and receive calls. Including not setting up security and face recognition or many other features. It was a long process that left me wishing I went to an Apple store instead. They also didn’t provide me with freebies as advertised and I had to call them back to inquire. I do not recommend you use this Verizon authorized retailer. We left with more questions then we came in with and have found other ways to learn about our new phones. Our new phones are awesome by the way. It was a nice upgrade from what we had before.

Had my phone stolen and needed a new one ASAP. Store closes at 7:00 but couldn’t get there until 6:58. Dalton kept the store open and saved the day. He has only been there a couple of months but his service and expertise was awesome. He turned around what was a bad day and we will drive 45 minutes out of our way to continue buying products from him.

Went to the store Jul 6 2020 and dealt with Janie... my wife bought a tablet that was used we wanted to add a line to that NOPE.. was told more forced I had to by a NEW tablet which was $330 since the one we had was still connected to a disconnected account... I was getting a Jetpack originally... Online stating they had certain ones again I was forced n told this is all they carried..$220 after everything done Janie added the billing address to the stores location And spend a total of $730.00 which ... and now I’m unable to pay my bill for my hotspot or tablet...So my whole bill is screwy $70 for one line $60 for another...And I still can’t access my account... or registration to access..Even on the my Verizon app.So today I get to go into another place and get this fixed...Avoid this place by all costs
