They keep sending fliers for bundles but they make good Firestarter and the cute staff makes up for it
Mike went above and beyond to help us out with our business. I understand he was there from an other location. What I dont understand is why that location doesnt have wifi.
Terrible....the price is way to high to be paying for the poor service i receive. Wifi goes out atleast every day or every other day. I recently moved last year and received a new router and when i asked the employee that comes out to install it what we should do with the old box he told us we could just toss it/throw it away. Now they are trying to bill me $100.00 for something i was told i could just get rid of no one informed me that i HAD to return it back to spectrum offcie. I refuse to pay the money for something that their employee gave me poor information on. And now spectrum has caused my credit score to lower due to me not paying the money. How is this fair!???

We arrived to return a router at 5:55 PM on Wednesday March 24th. We went up to the doors and they were locked. There was a man that kept pointing profusely towards us. We thought maybe we needed to call to be let in or needed to press a button to be let in.The man would not leave from behind the counter, He just continued to give us dirty looks and hand gestures. Apparently they closed at 6 P.M. not 7 P.M. as which the hours are stated on their website say they are open until 7PM..So even though we were there before the new hours, the man working (at work) was intent on closing instead of customer service.The fact that he wouldn’t take the time to communicate other then the rude hand gestures is very disappointing. It’s enough to make us look elsewhere for cable and internet.
Just stoped in to pay my mothers monthly payment
Called ahead of time stated they were open at 7 and they took down my boyfriends name to have equipment ready. Got to store at 6:23 and no one was there. And that was after driving 30 minutes to the store since I dont have one in my town. Poor customer service.
The lady unfortunately was rude. After my daughter had spent 2 hrs on the phone w spectrum . I had to go pick up a modem for her . (She works 3rd) when my daughter was on phone she took her X off the acct she has been paying the bill he is gone in the service. Added my name so i could pick up, but when i got to the spectrum office nothing had been changed after my daughters 2 plus hours call. So when i arrived at the closest spectrum office nothing was to be found they had changed nothing and the lady was extremely dry, and rude. I was not impressed considering who she is representing
The service was fine, but the parking lot isnt paved. It was a nasty, soupy, mess when I was there.
They still cant get the setup right. They could give me a free year of service, and I would still rather watch grass grow. The SUCK.
New phone s20 could not be switched from Verizon.
Expensive to get what you need to watch tv are get internet

Awful ...Who ever put Andi in customer service should have there job evaluated. Rude,disrepectful and raised her voice at me for asking what there 800 number was. Overall she just made this a horrible experience.

Very creepy guy named Mark that drives a company van around, stops at parks, and takes pictures of people in the park. This person has also been seen doing this around peoples houses and other areas around Centralia.
Thats if you like paying for cheap Wi-Fi

Never called to cancel the appointment. They just didnt show up and reported they did. I sat at home during, before, and after the scheduled time waiting with the door open and no one showed.
