Caleb is an amazing trainer! Seriously. I was skeptical about getting a trainer at first but It so worth it. He comes up with the entire workout plan for you tailored to what your goals are which is great for someone like me who knows nothing about what to work out, how many reps and what weight. I gained far more mass training under him than I thought I ever could.But the best part of training under him is he makes going to the gym feel so natural. No judgment, no anxiety or anything like that. He understands people and the gym to a point where he knows how to make going to the gym fit in and work for people who have other stuff going on in their lives and feel good about it.Also he has killer meal plans that make it easy to know what to eat, when, and in what amounts. I couldn’t recommend him enough!

Nice facility, good selection of machines/weights, and very clean. I highly recommend Caleb D. as a personal trainer! Ive been working with him for almost a year and he has helped me tremendously. When I came to Caleb, my goal was simply to improve my strength. I was sick of feeling week and knew I needed to incorporate weights into my workout routine, but I just didnt know how. Since starting with Caleb Ive made consistent, measurable progress while meeting personal goals and Ive made more gains in strength than I thought possible. Hes an excellent teacher and its been really helpful to have someone show me how to use equipment and how to lift with proper form. Especially as a woman the gym can be an intimidating place and Im grateful for all the knowledge Ive learned from Caleb.He also provides really helpful nutrition information and even has a college degree in nutrition science, which gives him a leg up on the competition. If you struggle with what to eat, need help calculating how many calories you should be eating in a day, or even just want to chat about nutrition topics, Caleb should be your go-to guy. All in all I cant recommend him enough!

Are you ready to reach your goals?! Caleb D is the trainer to take you on your fitness journey. With the help of Caleb, I have been able to reduce my overall body fat and put on muscle. It isn’t as easy for a mid 40’s guy to get back into shape. Caleb is always thinking of ways to improve my diet and out of the gym exercise. He checks in with me when I am not in the gym and makes going to the gym a challenging fun time. During the covid pandemic, he continues to make sure I am reaching my goals. The dedication he shows to his clients is inspiring. Thank you Caleb.

Caleb Duckwiler is one of the best trainers in the game. “No excuses” is his motto, and he always pushes me to my fullest potential, beyond what I thought was even possible. His workouts are simple and effective, he always holds you accountable, and he’s always willing to answer any and every question about diet and nutrition. I’ve seen incredible aesthetic and physical progress since working with him. Highly recommend!

I have trained with Cari Krueger for 12 years and she is excellent. Cari is very knowledgeable about fitness and nutrition and continues to educate herself about both.Her workouts are never routine as she is always adding some new exercise. As someone who dreads the gym and traditional workouts, I discovered the only thing that would actually get me to the gym was accountability with a trainer who listened to and worked with both my physical and emotional (aka difficult personality) challenges. Caleb D. is a true gem and blessing to anyone seeking a trainer who works with you in every way to get the most out of each workout and to improve your overall health while somehow making you forget the “working” part of working out.Caleb customized my training to accommodate previous injuries while strengthening the muscle groups that helped alleviate constant strain on those injured areas. He was patient when introducing new exercises or routines into my workouts and actually listened to me if I had any discomfort be it physical or even just emotional awkwardness while learning what to do. He never hesitates to get on the floor mat or the equipment right beside you and work with you as you learn the correct form and motions. Caleb is engaging in conversation as you workout in such an easy going manner that you sometimes forget he is training you and monitoring everything you and your body are doing until he makes gentle adjustments to weight levels or your form at which point you have that “oh yeah, I am at the gym actually working out” moment.While training with Caleb I achieved a level of muscle development and toning that I had given up hopes on over a decade ago. He is understanding of and focuses on YOUR needs and goals and somehow pushes and motivates you to reach them while making it a fun and friendly time you will look forward to instead of dreading.

I worked out with Mark, the owner, many years ago. After I dropped out and gained weight, last year contacted Total Health and Exercise for help. Mark connected me with Tyler who is a terrific, trainer. Hes young, enthusiastic and highly entertaining as he puts me through thorough workouts that are challenging but arent so arduous that I cant move my body the next day. He tailors each workout to focus on a different body part while giving an overall cardio and strength challenge. The gym is spotless, always clean. Its a more private experience, where you dont have to be stylish or have makeup on - everyone there is laid back and focused only on workouts. Nice people, great place.

Stephanie Mola is no cookie cutter trainer. She listens to my fitness goals as well as the struggles I face when trying to get there. She customizes meals plans and trains to your body /mind to give you the best set up for a lifetime of success. Workouts always kick my butt and I love it. I can always count on her to help with my struggles though the process and she gives me the confidence to overcome them, I feel amazing and well on my way to reach my goals. I trained with the owner Mark for over 10 years...his gym is amazing and has all of the equipment you’ll ever need. The other trainers in the gym are all super friendly and it is just a great atmosphere overall...makes training a lot easier! I definitely recommend getting with any of the trainers that work there, they will whip you into shape while making it fun!

I used to train at this gym and am still in aw about the facility, the trainers, and the owner. Mark run his business with integrity and has everyones best interests in mind. Honestly when I came into the facility and was discussing working there, I thought it was too good to be true and I was ready to get burned (hello fitness industry), but I was so pleasantly surprised and grateful to experience a positive, healthy environment that gave me some faith back in the industry! Only positive things to say about this gym and those that work there and come there as clients.

I had a great experience training with Stephanie Mola at this gym. Stephanie is a complete professional who absolutely lives by the standards she sets for her clients, and it shows. She creates very fun and challenging sessions and I definitely learned many great workout ideas during our sessions. She provides a very doable meal plan that I still use to prep my meals today. I highly recommend working with her to achieve your fitness goals. The gym itself is clean and spacious and the equipment is in great condition. Overall, this is a great place to train!

I have worked out with Stephanie Mola for years. I initially decided to use her to improve my strength for the Triple Bypass bike ride(120 miles/10,500 feet of climbing). My first two years I completed the ride in roughly 10 hours. After using Stephanie my time drop to 8.5 hours the following year and then my personal best of 7:15 min two years into Stephanies training. I was also fit enough to complete the Double Triple 5 times. I am very self motivated in my workouts, but her training has changed the way I workout and for that I will always be grateful. If I had not used Stephanie I sincerely doubt I could have accomplished it.

Took me 65 years, but I found the perfect gym. They have ever piece of equipment you will ever need, it is spotless and the instructors really understand the human body. I am getting better results than when I was much younger and feel great. I no longer have an excuse not to go. They are always there when I need them.Look no further... this is the only place youll ever need.

Ive been regularly going to Total Health and Exercise for almost four years. The place is clean, well-maintained, and adequately equipped. I never have to wait to use any equipment. The training sessions with my trainer Trevor along with his life coaching has changed my life. At 53 Im in the best shape ever.

This personal training gym is clean and open. Trainer, Stephanie Mola is amazing. Shes a complete personal trainer. She taught me how to train correctly in both weight training and cardio. She taught me how to eat healthy by providing meal plans. She taught me how to think positively about myself and to motivate myself. She helped me set goals and pushed me to reach them. As an active fitness competitor, she is a model and an inspiration.

Total Health and Exercise is a unique place where individuals like me go to get quality interval training. THE gym is full of trainers and top grade equipment. This is a serious gym. No people standing around chatting endlessly while on the machine you want to use. Its clean and the owners treat trainers and their clients like family. I have worked out regularly with Stephanie Mola and she is fantastic. I believe that what makes her an exceptional personal trainer in that she is able to establish where you are from a fitness perspective, and then create a training and meal plan that will enable you to safely progress to higher levels and achieve your goals. You do not simply maintain with Stephanie, she pushes you to advance and the results from my perspective have been very impressive. It takes time and commitment, but personally I have seen tremendous results over the past year and look forward to continuing my progress with Steph.

Steph challenged me all the while being extremely supportive and customized a plan for me that helped me reach my goals through both strength training and nutrition.
