Love this place! Matt has a great, no nonsense approach to work outs. He has not only helped my son physically control his size, coordination, attitude, and anger, but his entire mindset. Him and his entire staff has a no excuse approach and provides physical, mental, nutritional, and emotional control! He is my idol. This program is not for the soft hearted, lol. I was ready to fight him at first, but 40lbs, improvement of his mindset, physical endurance, and now rehab for his physical injury, they are my idols!!!!!

Terrible experience.. Matt never quit when it came to charging my credit card. He was good at that but nothing else .He quit on my son. He also did not quit getting his money from the credit card dispute- that he is very proficient. I should have known when he wanted his money up front (with a very slimy contract) that this org was not on the up and up. We were told that his Twitter rants were even more priceless. I didnt waste my time reading them but apparently he likes to call high school athletes quitters. In the end nothing came out good from it but a headache and I lost over $5,000 in 5 months.
