Close to shops and restaurants!Super friendly staff and decent sized rooms.But a lot of things to improve.1. Walls are VERY thin and you can literally hear your neighbors conversation if they are speaking loudly2. One of the restroom was full of smoke even though we got a non smoking room.3. Carpet, washer and dryer had a lot of pet hair from previous occupants4. Window edges were probably never cleaned5. People smoke weed only few feet from the exit and also while walking their dogs6. The kitchen exhaust only rotates the air inside the apartment and doesnt go anywhereLooks and feels modern. But its just a high priced 2 star hotel at the core.

Spent a week. Great accommodations. Service staff super helpful . Quick access to Denver and surrounding areas.

We don’t actually live at this complex. However, our car broke down on and we happened to pull into their parking lot. The tow truck wouldn’t be arriving for another hour, so we ended up sitting in the lobby entrance. One of the receptionists was very kind and allowed us to sit in their communal area, and even provided each of us with a bottle of water. We felt so bad for using their space, but they were so accommodating. I imagine they treat their residents with the same level of care as they did us strangers

I ll give it a 5 star hotel( staff, location, rooms and all), I just wish they dedicate every floor for a category ( smokers, pet owners, families with kids…etc)

We stayed here for 25 days. An amazing place to stay with a great staff. 20 min from downtown Denver!

Reminiscent of college dorm rooms. Not much closet space. No covered parking. Rooms were very small in the two bedroom unfurnished unit. Smelled of weed in the hallway when we went up to see the unit.

All utilities included. Even cable! Washer and dryer in unit. Simple and clean.

The room was not clean at all. They did not change the sheet from previous guests. The lady on the front desk, Barbara was nice and she apologized and gave us the new set of sheets, and did not charge for that night. I cleaned the whole appointment. Noise is extreme from the outside, mattress very uncomfortable. I would never recommend this place and I would never came back.

These are not apartments. You could maybe call this a hotel with suites if you had flexible morals, but the correct description would be that this is a dorm. The front office staff were wonderful, but they couldnt help that the company they work for is employing false advertising.We booked this for temporary living while we wait to close on our house after relocating from another state. We thought it was an apartment - the photo showed french doors leading to a patio and a small office space to work for my wife since she works from home. There is no patio at all, and theres not even a front door to the apartment since this is really a dorm.There is also no place to work - there is just a very small table in the kitchen.Oh, and the WiFi is terrible. Not slow terrible, but drop-your-signal-every-2-mimutes terrible. Yes, full drop. On a tablet, a phone, and two laptops. Working from the apartment for my wife was one of the greater reasons we picked WaterWalk -- its not possible to work remotely in the age of Zoom/WebEx/etc if your WiFi just completely loses signal.Again, this is advertised as an apartment. I had my own WiFi with me since I figured I would have access to a router in an apartment, so I likely could have fixed this if it were an actual apartment, but this place is a dorm.Also, the cleaning staff need immediate attention. When we moved our stuff in, I immediately noticed 3 things:1) Our dorms kitchen drawer and cabinet handles had not been cleaned. I could see the hand smudges and fingerprints on them. Normally I wouldnt be too bothered about that, but were in the middle of covid, and they know better.2) Our dorm would give us wafts of a sewer smell every few seconds. It was hard to place at first, but it ended up coming from one of the bathrooms, which takes us to number 3..3) One of the bathrooms toilet hadnt been cleaned at all. I had to go to the bathroom since we were just finishing an 8-hour drive, and discovered this too late. Urine splatter on the toilet seat, pubic hair and fecal matter on the rim, bowl, etc. The office staff took care of it right away, so kudos to them, especially since the cleaning staff had just left for the day, but the cleaning staff knew better.Later that night I noticed our TV remote was covered in slime that hopefully used to be food. I cleaned it and put it in a ziploc bag we had with us.We originally planned on staying for 3 weeks, but within an hour of arrival we got super lucky and found a townhouse on CHBO, and moved out a day later (the townhome wasnt ready the first day or we would have left immediately). Since we moved out early, we had to pay a higher per-night rate, and they charged us for 4 nights instead of 2 since they have a 4-night minimum.Im still pretty upset even a week later now. They bilked us out of about $600, and added a ton of stress to what was already a very stressful situation for us -- we spent the previous 4 days packing and moving our house, had been driving for two straight days, and I was starting a new job two days after we arrived in Denver, only to find the place we had planned on living in was not remotely as it had been presented in photographs or in the description (or in reviews).If you think Im just confused and am reviewing the wrong place, this review is for the WaterWalk Hotel Apartments @ 11400 E Parkview Ave in Centennial, CO.If you think Im a dummy for not realizing this was some kind of 1-star dorm/hotel rather than an apartment, this is the language they use to describe the place as I write this review: We offer both fully-furnished corporate apartments with hotel amenities and services for a few days to several months, as well as one, two, and three bedroom unfurnished apartments that are available for lease terms of three to 15 months. Notice the use of the word apartment, not hotel or hotel apartment, and certainly not dorm, but apartment.If you dont mind staying in a dorm, then this may work for you. Its inexpensive, and I didnt notice any crazy noise either of our 2 nights.

This is great temporary housing

Stayed here while doing fire training in the area for USAP-South Pole. The rooms were really nice especially the separate bedrooms and kitchen area. Only stayed about 5 days but it wouldve been comfortable to stay longer, even though I was sharing the space with a stranger-turned-work-mate. Bonus that is within walking distance of a massive plaza for all our restaurant/ shopping needs and the field with pasture dogs for our entertainment.

I have lived at WaterWalk DTC for the last two months while in town for a work project. The staff has been friendly and helpful, and most of the time, someone is in the office. I like that the building is secure after hours.The only thing I know they can improve upon is the north side parking in winter. Parking spots are already hard to find, and when there is snow and ice on the north side, it is very hard to park, and its pretty dangerous because of the incline it is on. They really need to have someone plow, AND get rid of the snow on the opposite side of the parking area. The employees do what they can to salt the sidewalk and shovel it, but even that stays icy and dangerous.The grocery delivery for the build-your-own breakfast is awesome; it is delivered directly to your room and cold items are put in the fridge and freezer. Online ordering is a breeze, and they offer a good variety. I love that I can have packages delivered here, and they are put in my apartment upon arrival. Very helpful when I was working long hours.The cleaning staff does a good job weekly, the trash valet weekly is great, and the furnishings in the room are nice and modern but still cozy. DirecTV with a DVR is a huge bonus! Overall, I would definitely stay here again.

Katrina Gough, who is the owner of WaterWalk is a lifesaver! When my roommate and I found this apartment, we thought our eyes deceived us. ALL UTILITIES ARE PAID FOR BY MANAGEMENT! In addition to being in a very nice location surrounded by many retail stores, they also include some discounts for many nearby areas. The office workers are awesome as well! Justin was very informative during our whole process from Day 1. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

Do not go in waterwalk apartments. Me and my husband come couple months ago. Looks apartments and we are liked,so we are applying for long term. Nobody didn’t respond for us we call them 2 weeks,finally we are was approved but for May we are was 4 in lines for rents. They told us they are call back when will be our line but still nobody didn’t call back. And price in couple stars more high. Don’t go in waterwalk because if you wait when they respond you live on street.

My parents stayed here over Christmas to visit me. It was great! Very clean and comfortable. I liked that they were able to have a few brand new grocery items in their fridge before they got there. Although the coffee was Folgers.. not our personal fave!

Ive been living in the apartment side for about a month and live everything about this complex. Everyone os very friendly and quick to address and questions or concerbs about our apartment.

Overall an OK experience if you dont take the internet here into account. Theyll tell you they are fixing it but 9 months down the road and you still cant watch a youtube video at 7 in the morning without seeing all the pixels. Staff is generally good though they rarely clean any of the upper floors in the apartment building. With the internet, their IT company is inept and tells you 10Mblps down is generous and act shocked if you have more than 1 device connected. The 10Mbps is a lie, When the internet works I get n average of 1 Mbps down.
