Love it here! I’ve been at the Villas for eight months and continue to be floored by the amazing office staff and maintenance team. I’ve never waited longer than 24 hours for any maintenance request submitted, and the office staff is quick to reply to me through email or voicemail. My neighbors are extremely pleasant people, the grounds are always clean, and it’s an all around great community. Thank you Villas team!!!

Horrible apartment complex. Doesnt fix emergency maintenance issues. They are all about making a dime off of the tenants without doing anything for the tenants. WORST apartment complex. Do NOT rent from here.

While I enjoyed my stay at this apartment for a large portion of my stay, and had previously left a five star review I cant in good conscious recommend it to anyone at this junction. Perhaps the issues that are developing will be resolved under the new management, perhaps not -- so at this point Im changing my enthusiastic 5 to a tepid 2.I have chosen to omit the details as to why for the time being, and depending on how the next few months play out I will consider upping the stars again.EDIT: Still omitting the details for now, but this review has gone from 5 to 2 to 1 -- and I would place that squarely on the new management. At this stage I would say avoid, and I may post my transcripts as to why later depending on outcome.

Andrea and Debbie are incredible property managers and they have been so helpful during my time living here the past year and a half. They take time to get to know you and they always answer my million questions I have. Very quick response rate too. Its like talking to dear friends who you have known forever! Highly recommend living here for the management and the beautiful apartments!

EDIT: Extremely unprofessional. I have attempted to have a cordial conversation with the community manager and she has continued to belittle me via email. I have called three times and the manager has never answered or even attempted to call me back. They eventually refunded me part of the below fees, but it took multiple emails and hardly any apology was given. I seemed to be a nuisance to them even though in the end they agreed I was in the right.The only follow up they provided was to say that I handled the situation poorly.Okay community to live in, but be prepared for unprofessional service if you have any issues, and be prepared to lose half your deposit when moving out unless you show them the actual lease language.-----Sadly while the apartment community itself is decent, they do not adhere to their own lease agreement. I was a resident for over 2 years, yet they are charging me for several fees upon moveout.1) Professional carpet cleaning - even though the carpet looks brand new, and the lease states professional cleaning is not owed by the tenant, they are billing me for normal wear and tear2) They are claiming the stove drip pans need to be brand new and replaced. They are not even claiming they were damaged, but simply since they were not brand new I owe them replacements. Absurd!Ive lived in many communities and have always received my full deposit back. This is a first that I have not and it has left me quite bitter. Im happy to pay for any damages I caused (which there are none in this case) but charging me when its clearly against the lease is ridiculous. I am hopeful we will be able to get this resolved and I can improve my review of the community, but as of now I am very disappointed.

We just moved in a few weeks ago... and we are so happy we made the choice to move here. The property manager is the most helpful and friendly person. She made our transition so smooth and really made us feel at home. The complex is full of friendly people and feels very community oriented. It’s close to anything we need. The apartment itself is cute, cozy, and everything we need. We’ve already had a maintenance request and it was filled promptly and the folks doing the work were respectful and wore masks. Overall I can’t say enough good things about the apartment, the property, and the management.

Debi Lyman is the best manager you will ever have. She will do whatever she can to help. She makes you feel important. Such a sweet and caring lady! You can tell she loves her job and shes excellent at it! I will miss Villas at Holly.

Nobody ever at office when you go by to get things done waited all day for someone to come fix our furnace because the on call maintenance was in the mountains since pandemic started no one ever came to check on smoke alarms or change filter. No one cleans up after their animals.for the price those apartments should look much better than they do

This place is really wonderful place to live. Especially for Middle class people. The houses are spacious enough for the rent you pay. Also the Management is really really wonderful. I am happy I found this place for my family. The school district is also great so no need to worry about kids education as well. I really recommend this place for others.

This place is an absolute dump. The only good thing about the whole place was the maintenance guy, Alex. The complex is old and it shows. The windows need to be replaced, when it was really windy outside it also was windy in the apartment with all the windows shut. My A/C and heating bill was through the roof. You can smell whatever your neighbors are cooking or smoking for that matter! The garden level units flood all the time. This place either needs to be bulldozed to the ground or some serious renovations need to be made. Think twice before renting here. I lived here 1 year too many. It was a good day when I left.

If you’re looking for an apartment complex you can count on respectful neighbors and a timely front office when it comes to ANY issue definitely move along. I’ve had a constant issue for months regarding a neighbor who is threatening, rude, loud at ALL hours. He’s flooded my apartment twice because he “forgot to turn the bath water off”.They left the patch of my ceiling that ripped open due to the water from upstairs open for months so clearly not worried about mold in the apartments either.My sliding glass fire has black electrical tape to I’m guessing keep the lock on and that was how it was on my move in day.The office won’t do anything about it but seems to cater to the loud neighbor. I guess have residents that don’t feel welcome, safe etc in their Own apartment is the normal here.At this point I’ve run out of options with this place and just fore warn anyone that’s looking to move to these “newly updated” apartments.

Since day one at the leasing office Lisa and Debbie are so helpful and welcoming! We enjoyed our stay at the apartment. The maintenance guy was kind and on top of it. Only thing he had to fix was our garbage disposal which was easy. Definitely our favorite place we’ve lived at.

Ive lived here for about 3 years now and have seen the property change hands a few times. The current ownership, managers and staff are top notch. Maintenance has always been quick, even on weekends. The front office is super nice and helpful. It’s one of the few places I found that allowed dogs. They have a great dog run.

Bert Davis the leasing agent there is PHENOMENAL. I am trying to move into these apartments but currently live in California and she has been so helpful and accommodating. I am a firm believer in the importance of customer service and in addition to the beautiful property, Bert’s amazing customer service is what makes me want to live here. You can tell she really cares about the tenants from every interaction that I’ve seen and she is honest. (Many leasing agents I’ve dealt with in the past are not) I look forward to making this my new home! Thank you for all your help Bert!

V@H has been my home for 3 years. Both my kids and I lived in a two bedroom, two bath spacious apartment. Its fairly quiet for the most part and the convenience of a shopping plaza across the street and short access to I25 makes life easier.As for the staff, Lori & Alexis wants to make sure that tenants are reasonably taking care of. Lori acts quick to service request and follows up on a timely manner and I like that she doesnt stand for BS with tenants who are irresponsible. I will miss my neighbors and the community at V@H.

Weve been here about a month now, and we love it. Its pet friendly, and there are a LOT of dogs around, but people clean up after them.Its very quiet. There arent loud parties or anything, so its peaceful. There is prettt good insulation between floors so you dont hear your neighbors, but the doors to the hallway dont seal entirely, so you can hear when people are walking in the hallways. Other than that, its still very quiet.The office manager, Debbie, is awesome and super helpful.The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because the apartments are lovely, but the construction is a bit lacking. There are small issues, but nothing terrible.Update: Weve been here almost a year now. Weve never had any problems with maintenance. Yes, you can smell things throughout the complex, because the entryways dont have any sealing or anything.Were on the top floor so we dont have any issues. The staff is helpful and personable. Debbie makes you feel important.And they never asked me to leave a review. So there will always be negative experiences, but thats just a part of life.We do not regret moving here.

We moved in the villas of holly around March and have been happy the entire time. Seeing people complain about maintenance is a joke they have one of the friendliest and quickest teams ive ever had at an apartment. And the front office is phenomenal Debbie the property manager is friendly and extremely genuine she takes time to make sure there are zero issues with the apartment and cares! Moving here has been one of the best choices weve ever made. They also love animals which is a huge plus for us since most complexes dont these days.Sincerely an extremely pleased and happy resident.

This is what the residents of Villas at Holly dealt with last week... Had to walk past a bunch of evicted neighbors apartment garbage (furniture and other junk) right outside..Couldnt even utilize the parking spots, as you can see. This is beyond ridiculous to say the least and gives the definition to trashy! This place is a joke!

Highly recommended ! I couldnt have chosen a better place to call home. Lori and Alexis in the office go above and beyond for the residents here. I regularly stop by the office just to say Hi. I havent had very many maintenance requests but the few i have had were taken care of immediately.

Villas at Holly has the most unorganized leasing office ever. Ever since i moved in, there has been a high turnover and no one ever seems to be on the same page.My lease is over March 1st. However, they want me to pay for the full month of March. They ask for 60 days notice if you decide to not renew your lease. If they dont hear from you, your lease automatically goes month to month. I received the new rates 40 days before my lease is up. Based on the highly increased rates, i decided not to renew my lease. It is unfair the tenant is required to give a 60 day notice to the leasing office but they do not provide the tenants with the renewal rates 60 days before the lease is up. Given the fact that they failed to provide me with the renewal letter in time to make a decision, I feel like they set me up so Id be forced to pay the extra month. After calling and leaving messages out of concern, I still have yet to hear from Echelon customer care group.Ive had a horrible experience here and I strongly discourage anyone to move here.

We just moved from a 1 bedroom to a 2 bedroom. Lorie and Alexis were great with helping us with the transition. Every issue was dealt with and it seemed like they went out of their way for us. After we handed in the checklist the problems were immediately addressed. Im thankful that it went so smoothly.

Our experience on Monday, September 4th, 2017, when my family and I showed up looking for a place to move was extraordinary. We met with Lorie Suarez and explained our situation. Mrs. Suarez explained the pricing and then showed us a 2 bedroom, 2 bath. She displayed customer service as if it was the definition. Her kindness was second to none. Even when we hit a roadblock, she continued to encourage us and we signed a lease that day. We could not be happier with our decision. Mrs. Suarez is the epitome of what satisfaction in the customer service business is. Thank you for all you did for us.

DO NOT MOVE HERE. PAY AN EXTRA $50/month and move to a better location.Yes they have gotten a couple good reviews the last month or so however if you move here after a few months you will wish you didnt.If you live on the lower level, your apartment will FLOOD every time it rains. Also when it floods they do NOT replace any of the carpet, they just try to dry it out and pull the padding out from under and staple the carpet back in. Then they will charge you for carpet cleaning fee. In addition to your apartment flooding after they come and take the dryers out of your unit, they will enter your apartment WITHOUT NOTICE while your wife is in the shower WITHOUT announcing that they are in the apartment. If it werent for me coming home while my wife was still in the shower, she wouldve gotten out naked and see 3 people in our unit.In the event you smell burning with your washer and dryer and call the maintenance to come check it out they will continue to try and repair it instead of replacing the unit. With this being said after trying to repair it our washer and dryer unit caught on fire and made our apartment inhabitable with smoke. The apartment took NO ACCOUNTABILITY. We had to spend our own money on 3 days of hotel living along with stay with family.Also, whenever the maintenance comes to bring in a new washer/dryer unit or a new water heater, they will scratch up your vinyl wood flooring and take NO ACCOUNTABILITY for that either and then charge you to fix/replace it.They are trying to blind every new client by telling them all these great things about a new hot tub, new units, dog wash area, etc however we have been told since FEB 2017 that we wouldve had a hot tub by the end of the winter. Also, when we moved in the pool was CLOSED for 10 months because kids threw rocks in the pool. They recently just opened the pool back up May of 2018.Also, you will want to make sure that you take all of your personal belongings out of your vehicle EVERY NIGHT as your car will get broken into. Their promise to have night patrol is a LIE. Your car windows will get broken and your items will get stolen.They also promise ON SITE maintenance however that is also a lie. Apparently their on site guy died so they continue to tell people they will have on site maintenance for emergencies and once you call for an emergency issue, it will take them NO LESS than 2 hours to get to your home.Their staff, LORI AND ALEXIS are HORRIBLE. They are rude, condescending, and do NOT care about their tenets unless you ask to speak to the owners of Echelon. And once you do ask for the owners of Echelon Properties they ignore you. They never answer to emails or phone calls. They take 3 hour lunches and leave before the office hours are closed. They will continue to put no parking tickets on your car in the resident parking but you will see both of their vehicles parked there. They are the do as I say and not as I do type of people.Save yourself by NOT moving in here.

I just moved her a month ago and can not say how happy I am. My husband and I moved into a brand new renovation and are so amazed by thr hard work they put into it. Granted, there a couple small things that need attention, but the minute I came to the AMAZING office manager Lori, it was done. Lori is so sweet and accommodating I just love her!!! Charlie, who is the lead maintanece is also the most genuine person and gets it done. Everyone that works here is always looking out for their residents and their happiness. We love it here. I strongly recommend 5 stars!!!!!!!! Love u Lori and Charlie!!!

Our air conditioner went out and maintenance said it would be two weeks out before it could be fixed, then we talked to Lori and she realized that it was really hot outside and got them to come out in two days and repair it immediately. Thank you Lori at the management office for taking care of the situation and getting them to come out two days after you called. Every time I spoke to her she always spoke to me nicely and professionally and taking care of any problems, so thank you for your help.

Nightmare. Flooding and spider infestation. Centipedes. Woke up and saw what I thought was spilled black pepper on the kitchen floor...no, hundreds of baby spiders. Our stuff was still in boxes after a month because we knew right away we needed to get out. (Were shown a different apartment) A lot of ourstuff was ruined in a rainstorm floor in a bedroom. The cleaning crew said they had been there many times. They lifted up the carpet and I saw lots of insect life. It was unfit for humans to reside there. Please turn away from this place.

Ive just renewed my lease for the third year at Villas at Holly. Thought it was about time to share the best kept secret in the DTC/Centennial/Littleton areas. I absolutely love living here - its quiet, fairly priced and very well run. Management is responsive and professional. This is a family community; lots of kids and dogs. I highly recommend Villas at Holly!

This place is a rip off. Since i moved into the floor apartment i have had water leak from the upstairs vacant apartment.. it took the maintenance crew a month to take care of it. The maintenance crew is full of amateurs that has no idea how to fix simple stuff. There was a pipe with exposed wire hanging down in front of my patio door for months.. i had to complain about my air conditioning not working for 2 weeks before they did anything about it...My apartment flooded because the maintenance crew doesnt regularly check and clean the drains outside of the apartments. I received no assistance from them or the renters insurance company which is also suggested by villas at holly. When my apt flooded it took a week for them to come to my apartment... but someone smelled Marijuana in the air and i get an eviction notice... after all of the BS i have been through here, they want to put me out without my deposit... dont move here... the rent is 1400+ and the entire complex is crappy..

Avoid this place at all costs! The leasing staff isn’t stable, and the people currently there are incompetent to say the least. From putting notices on the door for prior tenants’ balances to putting more notices on the door for amounts that aren’t properly calculated in the bill.... I’ve had so many issues in handling the affairs of my sibling. Their presence is unprofessional; one platinum blonde lady with a short cut didn’t even come out to introduce herself; she instead stared through the blinds as if they were tinted. The parking space was never applied to the account. The unit smells of mildew; totally drowning out the plug-in and oil fragrances throughout the unit. Dishwasher is missing the cap for the detergent. Already had to replace the entire bathroom door (Cut uneven and wouldn’t close as if the wood was swelling; new door is too short and still doesn’t close sometimes, but I guess we have to pick battles...). Had to replace the chain lock because it literally cracked at the bolts. I wish we would’ve investigated this place harder before spending money for my sibling to be here. It’s God awful, and since I can’t trust management to do anything right, I’ll just write a letter to the owners directly so they can know how their property is being ran. Btw, move-in was only September 15, 2018. Make it make sense...

Do not live here! Our apartment flooded 6 months into our lease. It took a MONTH for them to dry out the carpet, re lay the padding(leaving the same carpet which was water stained). They promised they would clean the carpet after they were done and never did. The whole month we were forced to live in the musky gross carpet apartment. After they were done they never fixed the moulding and there was metal sticking up dangerously.After all that when we moved out they kept our 300 deposit, and charged us an additional 250 dollars to fix the carpet. Btw the flood was not our fault. The gutter drain out side backed up and came in our apartment.All the other stuff we went through with the whole office staff was enough to make this place miserable. They are so beyond incompetent.Fraud Fraud fraud.. they shouldnt even be allowed to be in business.

If I can give this place a negative Stars I would not only has the management company change 3 times when I lived there but managers and employees themselves never stay more than a few months. Make sure you keep record of every penny you give them because they sure dont I lost my deposit for a satellite dish which they refused to return because they lost the approval paperwork. Since I have moved out theyve done a lot of cosmetic repairs but dont let that deceive you. I would recommend renting Anywhere But the Villas at Holly previously known as Sterling Pointe. The appliances are old and used they swapped them from apartment to apartment so you have a semi working Appliance when I moved in I had used carpet almost three years later I moved out and they left the carpet. I asked for touch up paint upon move out which they refused to give me and told me not to worry about painting and then they kept more than half my deposit because of marks on the walls. All I can say is if you move in here watch your back and keep records

Weve been in these apartments for just over 6 months and have had such a terrible time getting maintenance completed. When we moved in the oven didnt work and we reported it while we were on our honeymoon -- it took them 6 weeks to send someone to replace it and only after we called several times and asked for a discount in our rent.Now, weve found out that we have a water heater and furnace that has been condemned by the gas company because of a leak that the energy person called a ticking time bomb. Our downstairs neighbor had the same problem and so did the woman across the hall. Still, the management company has refused to inspect all the water heaters and furnaces in our complex.They also put the woman in the leasing office who helped us on leave after she complained on behalf of the tenants. The neighbors are great here, but the management company is very unprofessional.

Villas at Holly is conveniently close to i25, SouthGlenn shopping mall, DTC, local shops and eateries. Its a safe and a nice neighborhood. I think the dog park should be uniquely divided to add a playground for kids as well as making the large pebbles smaller for the sake of dogs feet.There isnt storage on Hollys grounds but my suggestion: another way to make additinal money on vacant carports is to build additional storage compartments in the carport. Renters are sure to pay for carports if it comes with storage.

My roommate and I have been living at the Villas at Holly for about a year now & literally at no point have we had a fully functional apartment as advertised. Weve started keeping a humorous record regarding the escapades of the maintenance staff, including- but not limited to:Month 1: Master shower has no hot water. They have a plumber come look at it while were not home. He tells them its fine but doesnt let us know that hes been there. We call a week later to ask why someone hasnt come to fix the master shower- they say there isnt an issue. We assure them there is. They send amateurs out while we arent home, resulting in flooding the entire master bedroom, bathroom, and closet. They dont inform us of the issue.... so when I get home from work I am faced with an uninhabitable apartment with utility fans and soaked furniture, carpet, and clothes. They dont apologize or offer alternate accommodations for the evening.Month 2: Towel rack in guest bath falls off. This begins the epic saga of trying to get the towel rack to stay up. We call maintenance and have them come to fix it (they sneak in while were gone and just set it back on its things so it LOOKS fixed but really it doesnt even bear the weight of a wash cloth) 6- maybe 12- times. Finally admit defeat and gorilla glue it to the wall. Whatever.Month 5: Sink leaks. They come and fix it. It still leaks but not as bad so we let it slide.Month 6: Sink leaks worse. They come and fix it. Still leaks but seems okay so.... we let it slide.Month 7: Actual lock stops functioning. Its been finicky and sticky because of rain... of course it decides to stop functioning while were locked out at 9 at night in pouring rain. We call the Maintenance 24 Hour Emergency Hotline. They tell us they dont deal with lockouts and that someone will be there at 8 AM. We patiently explain that we werent idiots who locked themselves out of their apartment or forgot a key- our lock is literally not working. We have nowhere else to go. We need into the apartment. They say to call a locksmith. We do so. $250 later were into the apartment. Locksmith is baffled by terrible quality of lock and had to replace the entire thing. Villas at Holly tries to say they wont pay for it. We threaten to withhold rent. They say theyll pay for $200 of it. Damn straight.Month 9: Sink LEAKS. Water pours from under cabinets. Pipes burst off of sink. Downstairs neighbors inform us that water is pouring into their apartment. Sorry, guys. We call emergency maintenance and are informed that someone will be there first thing in the morning. Guess they arent too concerned about flooding. The next morning, no maintenance workers appear. We call, but are left on hold for about twenty minutes and give up. Call the main office- sent to voicemail. Downstairs neighbor and I trek to the main office and ask why the heck this issue isnt being dealt with and are informed that maintenance went to the wrong building theyre so sorry someone will be here right away!! Several hours later... still no maintenance.The worst part is, this extensive list doesnt even include all of our maintenance issues with this place! Living at the Villas at Holly has been a real experience. Not one I would recommend. Except maybe to my worst enemy. The apartments look nice, the ladies at the main office are super nice, but living here is THE WORST. The actual worst.EDIT 5/2016 (response to the owners comment): We have not found that maintenance has been any more reliable since greystar took over. I visited the main office asking them to ensure that snow & ice on staircases and walkways gets cleared (esp. the stairs up to the dog off-leash area and the walkways and building staircases on the sides of the apartment closest to Arapahoe road) and not ONCE this winter did they remove snow from any of those areas.I recommend that any potential renters take a moment to explore the entire property and see the lack of basic community maintenance for themselves.Edit 5/18 fire alarms went off (deafening) for almost 2 hours.

Do NOT move-in here! The quality of the pictures are not the quality of the apartments. Everything is done extremely chepaly. Also, be prepared to pay INSANE late fees. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere!
