I had a work trip in centennial for a couple days and required a full size freezer. This was the one place close enough that had it without charging extra. I was pleasantly surprised at the property that offers hotel and apartment services. I was only there for a short time but other guests were there for many weeks. The staff was always friendly and greeted everyone when they came or went. I didnt require much on this trip but it seemed like they were willing to help with anything, especially when I wanted to check our closer to 1:30 in order to keep some things frozen before my flight. I would recommend this place to any business traveler (short term and long term) as well as people who would like the ability to live in an apartment setting temporarily with a full time maid service. The property services a different type of concept that I was used to but it works out great! Will definitely be staying here in the future if I end up coming back for another work trip.

Barbara at the front desk was incredible!! They were all so friendly and loved seeing my cat. We will be back! The bed was not comfortable and the amenities were not in plain view or discussed prior to our stay.

This building is supposed to be all non-smoking. During our entire 2 week stay there was a strong stale smoke smell in the hallway outside our door that bled into our unit. Our clean towels ended up with a dull smoke smell. I did notify the front desk about this after a week but we didnt see a difference by the time we left.Also, the walls/floors are paper thin. We had a herd of elephants above us for a week while trying to work full time during the days. It was very distracting especially when we were in meetings. If you are staying here and needing to work full time where you cant leave the unit, I would not recommend this accommodation.

It was a great stay! I felt very cozy having an apartment to myself and I enjoyed working with staff. I cant wait to come back!

It is all right for the most part. The security of the place is really bad many people got their vehicles broken too.

I like the overall cleanliness of the hallways, the water sometimes have a yellow tent to it and its also in the ice that comes out of the ice maker. Dont look healthy some staff said its from construction in the area ???Dont look Healthy !!! Better grass care lol, More Parking, Location Great. Recommend Yes!!

Ive already suggested this place to friends and colleagues looking for both short and long term lodging. The staff does a great job keeping the place well kept, well maintained and clean - but their hospitality is the best amenity you guys offer. Your hard work is much appreciated! You guys are a class act!

Super comfortable living situation. Rent includes all utilities from gas/electric all the way to WiFi and cable. Staff is super helpful and maintenance is always on top of everything. I’ve truly never been so stress free and satisfied with an apartment complex like this.

I loved the tour we took, very clean rooms, so we decided to rent a 1 bedroom apartment, we are so excited to start our new journey with yall, thanks for finding me the best apartment.

The one bedroom rooms are like Condos.They have everything from full kitchen to Washer and Dryer.Very large bedroom and comfortable firm mattress.

Other than a slow internet connection and smaller than average apartments, its a great place to save money. All the included amenities and bills makes it worth living here, even if its just saving up to move into somewhere bigger. The leasing agents are all great and do what they can to help. I love how the hallways smell after Lori mops and not having to worry about separate bills also takes some stress off. Maintenance is always pretty quick and they adapted really well to the Covid-19 situation, even calling to make sure your home, THEN delivering packages to your door!Honestly, if the apartments were a little bigger, had faster internet and a patio, Id never leave because of the amazing staff!

First, the good. The apartments themselves are nice. The appliances are newer, the included utilities are a plus and the newer stackable washer/dryers are the best. Aside from that, this place is actually hell on earth.So, when you inquire they will bait you in with everything (internet, cable, electric) is included. You will say WOW! Just like myself and everyone else that lives here did. Lies. Lies. Lies.First, the internet. You are told its fiber internet, and its secure. Its not. On any given day the average download speed is less than 2mbps. If you are in either corner of the building, you are looking at more like less than 1 mbps down. Netflix? Not going to happen. Load a webpage, grab a cup of coffee - its going to be a minute. They are aware of the problem and are working on it. More lies.The TV. DirectTv goes out during every storm, everytime. The NFL/sports packages they say are included, are not. You have basic cable, a few advanced channels, a slew of religious programming and HBO, Cinemax and Shotime which granted is nice.The grounds. First off, they charge you a $75.00 fee if you have a dog for it to be DNA registered with their PooPrints program. Yeah, yet, there is dog poop EVERYWHERE! There are MULTIPLE aggressive dogs on the property that will go after your dog when they meet around a blind corner or the elevator doors open. You can complain, they will promise action, but dont hold your breath.You can basically hear a ghost fart through the floors of this place. IF you are still foolish enough to move here after this review, make sure you get a spot on the 4th floor. Its the only way to enjoy the slightest bit of sanity.Parking. Parking is available in free, except its not covered despite being in hail central. Parking after 9pm is basically nonexistent. The buildings were not built with enough spots - which means cars line the fire lanes to the point that safety is surely jeopardized. Recently multiple cars have been broken into and one stolen.Lastly, at no point during your leasing process will they tell you they allow a drug and alcohol rehab center to operate out of one of the floors of the neighboring hotel. Now, I have nothing against people bettering themselves, however, I am not sure doing so undisclosed to the other residents is the most ethical of business practices.Long story short, dont get sucked into this place. You will regret it.
