I like that you are greeted by name and offered a beverage when you arrive. That and the decor make going to the salon a treat, not errand. I have had cut, color, pedicure, and a facial and have been pleased with all the services. Always get compliments on my hair. Theres no trying to sell you on product, either. Nice experience every time.

Received a gift certificate as a gift. Used it for a facial with Kelli. It was wonderful! Returned often for services with Kelli for over a year prior to my daughters wedding. Received more gift certificates as family knew I loved this treatment and Kelli. Called to find out Kelli had left. Very disappointed. More disappointed in Bella Lei that they stated she had started her own business but refused to provide me the information. It would have been MUCH more professional, gracious and supportive of a loyal customer and wonderful past employee to have shared this information. Will use my remaining certificates and not return. Does not reflect well on Bella Lei as a business or employer. They should have wished her well and let customers decide where to have their services.

Every single time I go to Bella Lei, I am treated like the most important person in the world. I have been a loyal customer for many, many years... even when I lived quite a distance from Cedarburg. I have had nothing but top quality service, both from the folks in the wonderfully comfortable waiting area and the highly-skilled stylists. Yes, I pay a bit more at Bella Lei than I would elsewhere, but I have come to know and trust (even love) these wonderful folks. I look forward to every experience I have at Bella Lei. More than just a haircut, indeed.

First appointment my hair was cut extremely uneven to the point where i had to go to another salon to have it fixed. Kept my second appt since i loved my color and decided not to have her cut my hair and just touch up the color. Had to reschedule due to childcare issues. Called to ask to reschedule and they charged me for entire service. Called Back later to ask why i was charged and the receptionist was rude and kept repeating there was nothing she could do.

I saw Katie for a haircut and was pleased with the experience. I made the appointment last minute after coming home from vacation and needing it desperately. She took my appointment at 8:15 at night and when we consulted she offered a solution to all the hang ups I had been having with my haircut. She not only helped make my hair look healthy she improved the quality of the haircut I have been wearing for years. It is clear she is experienced. I will certainly be returning to BL for my next haircut with Katie.

Unfortunately, the website does not accurately reflect what services are available. Theres only one massage therapist for two locations yet the website states couples massages as an option.

Bella Lei is not just about a service, its about an experience. The Cedarburg location is just beautiful and you feel like youre indulging, not just getting your hair cut. I havent been there in a while but only because it is now too far away for me to drive :( My new place is ok but charges the same and doesnt have nearly the atmosphere or level of expertise in their staff. After your visit treat yourself to some shopping and coffee - great location.

I went for a prenatal massage and pedicure for my birthday. The massage was great, but the facilities lacking in comparison to other spas Ive been to. The pedicure left much to be desired. My feet have become quite callused since I cant reach them to buff on my own, but I still could have done a better job than my nail technician. She also was a little sloppy and I had some polish to clean off when I got home around the cuticle. The front desk staff was ok; I needed to use the restroom and when I asked where it was he just pointed down the hall. I kind of wandered down the hall and looked around until I found it. Overall this was just an ok visit, but I probably wont go back.

Ive been going to Bella Lei for years for hair, massage, pedicures, etc... the whole team is incredibly professional and the service quality is second to none.

A week ago I got the most expensive $120 French/shellac and the WORST mani pedi I have ever received. I am a professional in Wisconsin and Michigan. I did bring that to the manicurists attention, yet I had to ask that the equipment be changed from a previous client who was still sitting there, embarrassing for me and her. I hope she was also educated about sanitation. The location and shop were good, and convenient to where I was staying at the Washington House INN. I gave the benefit of the doubt and left a tip, but white polish was on every one of my toes and is still embedded in the cuticles that were poorly trimmed. NOT good. I do not live in the area so it is not likely I will be back. I wish I had read reviews before I went. :-(
