Mark is a fantastic one person operation. He is prompt, kind, professional, funny, tolerant of curious kids, and importantly does great work too. He does private homes and also has numerous commercial clients. He hadnt raised prices in five years, so I asked for an inflation adjustment. I would recommend Mark to anyone.

Butch’s has been cleaning my home’s windows in the spring and fall for 14 years. Not a single issue in 14 years. I wish every company has as great a work record. Mark does a perfect job every time. He is neat, prompt, friendly, and a quick worker. Fair rates for a great job. I had another company for a year before I found Butch’s and there is simply no comparison. No one else but Butch’s is my window company. He is super busy because he does great work, and he works alone, so you have to be patient, but it’s worth it. My windows are spotless when he does them. Additionally, I have a problem with my windows having faulty thermal seals every year, and Mark is able to alert me early to a problem starting. I will also note that the bad review left by another customer has to be false; there can simply be no validity if you match it against my experience with Mark, and the dozens of other happy customers who use him every year, again and again. I’m a loyal happy customer!

Mark is a one man crew. He cleaned our windows for at least 5 years. Always did a good job. Issue, last year we noticed after he left nearly all 20 windows had terrible scratches in them. I would guess to say his squeegee was damaged. I quickly called him to tell him what had happened. No one answered. I left a message. I did that several times. Mark never returned my call. My opinion, if you do harm to someones property while providing a service, admit to your mistake and move on. I would not rehire.

I couldnt be happier with Butchs Window Cleaning!! The company has been in business for over 30 years. Mark provides excellent service and our windows are sparkling clean!

I have had Mark clean my windows for the past 5 years. There was one year that he could not get to me when I needed him (he is that popular) so I hired another company. I will wait for Mark!!!!! They did a terrible job and I had to have Mark do it anyway.
