Do not waste your time contacting these ‘professionals’. I scheduled a carpet cleaning more than a week in advance and was stood up. I called multiple times even from different numbers, spoke to one individual and he assured me he would call back. He eventually did, two hours after the scheduled appointment time informing me that they cannot make it out today due to truck issues. Now, this carpet clean was for a move out inspection and has now cost me a couple of hundred dollars to reschedule a walk through, paying rent for more days because the carpets aren’t done, an annoyed landlord and painters.
