Friendly staff 5 stars ⭐️ but take all your new phone accessories with you. I think one of the guys kept mine or accidentally tossed—zero stars ⭐️ . Either way disappointing behavior. I had to replace the costly accessory.

Xena Mora is THE BEST! I am not tech savy and had my phone for over a year and never realized that it was never activated! Only used it for coupons and to have available in case of an emergency. When I discovered the phone did not work not only did she it but she never treated me like a moron :) I will turn to her for any future purchases! Xena can be trusted to sell you what you need and to take care of you afterwards!

Good service but I was really there with somebody else

10:15 am.... store should be open at 10 am and no one is here. What kind of customer service is this?!

Staff was too busy cutting out promotional signage(?) to look up at me when I approached them with a question. (It was a service/tech issue I was encountering with one of their products, rather than me wanting to purchase something -- I think that may have accounted for the attitude). However, the other staff member, while baffled at the device I was holding that she had apparently never heard of before (a WiFi hotspot), at my request she got me on the line with phone support, who were able to solve my issue. Hence the 3 stars.

Store staff is RUDE! When you try to get matters resolved there is not one person that seems to be in charge that you can talk to!
