I stopped in today to get a new iPhone. Trey took fantastic care of me. He answered all my questions and actually answered some I didnt think to ask.Update - needed to go in a second time to document discount was told would have to verify online. Did that and online said it wasnt possible. Received multiple emails asking me to sign up for protection plan I had signed up for. Called store and they informed me they couldnt help me unless I came in a third time or called ATT customer service line.

This is the only AT&T store we go to intown because of the quality service and it is on the otherside of town. Typically these days places give you a number to call and make you deal with your problem on your own, often causing the issue to go unresolved in my experience. At this location not only were we assisted on site, one of the employees, Sean, continued to follow up with us until our issue was resolved. He went out of his way after he was told I was going to be getting a call (which I never recieved) to take our issue seriously and stepped up and was the one to handle everything on our end. That saved us alot of time and stress. It really goes to show how much customer service matters. Thank you so much again!

I switched to AT&T at the beginning of the year during a promotion to receive a free iPhone11. I qualified for the promotion, so I ported over my number and got my phone. After three trips to the store and multiple emails, I finally got additional fees on my bill removed; ones for which I declined in-store during my first visit. I received a credit for these fees which was much appreciated, but I was still being charged for the phone. Nine months later, more emails, and multiple phone calls later, I found out that the associate in the store did not create and file the trade-in promotion for my account. I am now only receiving an 8.5% credit for what I am due (costing me hundreds of dollars). If you think that you are getting any promotion from AT&T, then make sure that you receive some sort of proof before you leave the store. It was definitely not worth the hassle to switch carriers, and I will be switching back to my previous carrier once my phone is paid off.

My husband and I went in to combine our plans since I get a discount through my work. They told us our monthly bill would be $160 now. What they DIDNT tell us or DIDNT know is that apparently theres a $20 fee PER phone if you combine plans or share data. If we had known that, we wouldnt have wasted our time because after 1.5hrs at the store, were paying the EXACT same as we were before.The day before we went into the store to talk with someone about combining plans. We waited for like 20-25 minutes before we walked out. An employee and customer were just chit chatting about nothing closely related to phones or plans while they had waiting customers. I didnt even want to go back to this store and deal with these employees.

I bought 2 phones today, once I realized I didnt get the phone i originally asked for they told me it would be another $55 to restock the phone that was still sitting on its box at the counter. After i just spent about $2000.***The store manager Matt reached out, asked me to come in and made everything right. Please note, I did not complain until I got everything for free, I simply wanted the phone I originally asked for with out paying the restock. I gladly paid for the upgrade and everything else that was normally due. Just not the restock.THANKS MATT!!

I have had good and bad experiences here. Matt, the manager, is really easy to work with and super helpful if you ever have a problem. Unfortunately some other employees of the store are less helpful and often try to push more expensive service packages and other forms of expensive equipment. The service for AT&T in Iowa is spotty at best. Eventually I ended up switching to Verizon because it was cheaper and the service I received at their store was much better, quicker, more courteous, and over all helped me find what I wanted for a decent price.

I had AT&T for about 4 months. The service is iffy and the bill is to high compared to competitors. I went in and asked if they could match Sprints deal, which would have been 27.50 a month for me. They refused, but somehow lowed my bill $10, still being nearly $50 a month. I then asked if I cancelled would my final months billing be prorated. The service rep said yes.AT&T does not prorate the final months billing.The staff here needs training or they need to acknowledge when they dont know the answer to a customers question.

It is impossible to get a straight answer from sales people when asking for an actual estimate of monthly bills after all coupons, discounts, & incentives have expired. That in itself is frustrating. But the service was good, I love the phone I have, & Im paying less than I was with Verizon.

They will unfairly charge you hidden fees and they have increased their prices. Also they have increased their prices. I also was told that because someone was harassing on my phone that they would change my # for free. They did not and their manager said that I was be charged fairly for everything. Just stick with Verizon.
